Additives and flavors can be very different - I chose the classic vanilla flavor and almonds.

  • Turn on the oven at 150-160 degrees.

***** In some sources it is recommended to keep the dough in the cold for 30 minutes, in others - 15 minutes after shaping on the sheet. I tried both options and the third - without standing, did not notice the difference. Perhaps these recommendations are for dough with ammonium? Maybe with him the dough is not so convenient in molding immediately after kneading? I tried it only with baking powder - with it, the desired dough structure is obtained within a couple of minutes after a short kneading - the dough thickens before our eyes, so you should not add additional flour if you suddenly think that the dough is not thick enough. Excess flour will damage the molding.
