This is a multicooker with 10 automatic programs

Multicooker Redmond RMC-M 4502

and this is how a multicooker looks like with 16 automatic programs

Multicooker Redmond RMC-M 4502

and for the M4502 multicooker with a Russian display menu, the package also includes a deep fat basket. I posted her photo above.

and this is from the Multicooker. RU method of preparing milk porridge:
“Last night I decided to cook rice milk porridge for breakfast. I took the classic proportions - 1 liter of milk per 1 m / glass of cereal. But since it was supposed to leave the porridge on the“ Warm up ”until morning, I reduced the rice to 160 in a measuring glass. I did it because in the end the porridge turned out to be thick. I cooked on the "Multipovar." During cooking, I looked into the saucepan, checked the temperature by pressing the "Cooking" and "Menu" buttons. The maximum temperature of the lower heater was 107 degrees. The porridge was boiling, but the milk did not it rose, as usual, but “puffed.” Immediately after boiling, the porridge was liquid with grains. But after standing on the “Podogreva” for more than 11 hours, it thickened well, the grains “melted.” The porridge looked like pudding in consistency. It turned out delicious! "

I myself have not cooked such porridge yet, we have milk porridge in our family, somehow, they meet without enthusiasm ..

I need exactly the M4502-multi-cook I need to cook milk porridge, there the guarantee is longer and the equipment is richer and there are also more different programs, and the price is the same. I don't know any deeper differences.

French meat. Quenching program 2 hours. Ingredients: beef, onion, mayonnaise, cheese. I didn't add water. The meat is soft and the sauce is delicious.

Multicooker Redmond RMC-M 4502

Biscuit. Baking program 50 minutes. Ingredients: 4 eggs, an incomplete glass of flour, ½ cup of granulated sugar (a glass of 200 ml). Very worthy. No need to "drive" the oven to prepare sweets for tea.
Multicooker Redmond RMC-M 4502
I also cooked milk rice porridge on the "Soup" program. Ingredients: 1 glass of Krasnodar rice, 2 glasses of milk, 2 glasses of water, salt, sugar to taste. You can add liquids, it turned out thickly. There were no attempts to "escape" the porridge. Quite convenient. I'll try to upload a photo later.
a little clarification: this is a biscuit and you need to beat the whites and yolks separately. Adjust sugar to your liking - this is a medium sweet option. And I don't add citric acid, baking powder, or baking soda. It's simple: beat, combine, gently mix with flour, put in a MV bowl, turn on the program ... and wait! Four very quiet signals will inform you that it's time to set the table !!!

I put off making the biscuit for the weekend. And today I baked a slow cooker like this, I don't even know what to call it.
Recipe "everything that came to hand"
cottage cheese - 250g
egg -2pcs.
sah. sand - 2M glass
baking powder
flour psh - 3M st
oat flour-1M st
condensed milk - 1 tbsp. the spoon
starch - 1 tbsp. the spoon
oil drain. - 50g

I mixed everything thoroughly, put it in a saucepan, "Pastry" - 1 hour 20 minutes and this is what happened:

the valve has a protrusion at the back. Pick it up with your fingers and pull it up. Do not be afraid, you cannot break anything. The first time is removed with effort

Now I am "rich"!
Oksana brought me a cartoon! Now he lives in our kitchen! Cartoon, of course, not Oksana ...
Oksana, thank you so much for everything, for the purchase and for the tests and for the delivery !!!

We already had time with friends to test the baking of cottage cheese casserole (more than 1 kg), baked goods were included twice, since such a volume was not baked at once. It turned out to be something like a soufflé, delicious!

Tell me what the flashing Keep Warm / Cancel light means?
And what is on / flashing / off after plugging the plug into the outlet without pressing any buttons?

I would like to appeal to the owners with a request: check if your ten (click) turns on without a bowl when you press the "heating" button? It's just that the instructions "declared" protection against switching on without a bowl ...

Without a bowl inserted into the cartoon, I hear that the heating element turns on when you press "Heating", but in theory it shouldn't.

Another question: backlit display or just contrast?

Bowls from Redmond 5L, they are higher than Panasonic ones and therefore do not fit Panasonic

Bought the same mom for an anniversary (70 years old)
Full delight!
She completely "fired" the electric stove. Cooking only in the cartoon.
Says porridge, like from the stove. The meat in the soup is the most tender. The potatoes are fabulous.

The store says these Redmonds buy very well. Where is everyone ?!

And I don't cook potatoes now.
I cut it into medium-sized pieces, to the bottom about a centimeter of water, a piece of butter, immediately salt and for 20 minutes (perhaps 25 minutes, depending on which potato) on Multipovar 100 * С. I pick it up - sprinkle with dill and leave it for 10 minutes on the heating. It turns out to be DELICIOUS !!

Elena, hello! You have both Panasonic and Redmond, which, in your opinion, is better for cooking cereals, soups with a delayed time, long-term stewing of meat, cottage cheese casseroles, yogurt - I just suffer with the choice of multi ...... all in doubt. And is it possible in Redmond to cook soups without supervision, for example, fried vegetables, threw everything else and went to work? ))) Prosto Redmond is more powerful than Panasik, so I'm wondering if he can cook or not, what is being prepared in Panasonic? Thank you in advance for your advice !!!

Panasonic and Redmond are quite different multicooker. In Panas I cook porridge (I like it more than in Redik), I make yoghurt on heating (there are no separate programs in both cartoons), and sometimes baked goods. Panasonic is my first multicooker.
In Redica I cook soups (including on a delayed start), pasta, the multi-cook program I like very much, I often use it for frying and stewing for a short time (1 hour). In Redica, yoghurt will be difficult to make (the temperature in the heating mode is higher (about 60 vs 40 in Panas)
But if now I were faced with a choice, I would have stopped at Redik, the model is newer and there are more programs. True, Panasonic has even a saucepan with a delicate coating (it scratches quickly), but the food is fried less often.
In short, in my opinion, for yoghurt better Panasonic, for everything else - Redmond

I think that you need to adapt to each CF ... I have never burned anything yet. Multicook is a miracle! Everything is prepared very quickly and tasty (although, I have nothing to compare with - this is my first cartoon)
You just need to understand that if the temperature is above 100 * and cooks without water, you need to watch and stir.
It is enough to fry under supervision and select a program of about 100 *
I prepared the pickle according to the principle of all at once and without supervision. Stewing for 2 hours.
Over time, when people test a new bowl with a ceramic coating, I'll buy myself one.

I bought this multicooker on ozone ... in early December there was a promotion and it was given for 1600 rubles. The description of the multicooker was from the first version with 10 programs, but for 1600 I thought that this was normal and ordered 3 pieces. As a gift to yourself and your parents. Delivered by Russian post the other day for free. I opened the box and was stunned. Ozone will send the latest version of the multicooker with a Russian display, 25 months warranty, 101 recipes book and a deep fryer on board. It turns out that for 4920 rubles. I purchased 3 multicooker of the latest version, and even with free shipping. Thanks to ozone.

Is the coating durable in terms of scratch resistance?
Does the baked goods pop out easily or does it stick?

It was not possible to take a picture, because by the end of cooking, the family was already sitting and waiting for me to make this dish younger ...

1. If it is still relevant, I will try to explain in my own words about the delayed start
The instruction is based on page 29. Place the food in the bowl. First, we will set the parameters, as if we are starting to cook right now, without delaying the time. Menu... We chose a program like soup. We set the time how much should be cooked (for example, 2 hours 30 minutes): time setting the minutes blinked time for preparing set 30 minutes, time setting the clock blinked time for preparing installed, 2 hours. Time blinks, let it blink. We press delayed start, the inscription timer 1 appeared, * using time setting and time for preparing we set by what time the dish should be ready. Start.
If you need to select timer 2 - from * press again. Why 2 timers. The time on them is remembered by the last setting. You can cook from evening to morning, and then immediately another dish for dinner, in the morning I laid the food and turned on the second timer. With 2 timers, you do not have to reset the time every time. I chose the timer that I needed - and start.
2. Now about the bowls. I have 3 bowls - it's very convenient. One of them is ceramics. So far, it is no different from just non-stick. I read in tyrnet that ceramic pans lose their non-stick properties over time, and food begins to stick to them. Will this be the case with the MV bowl? Wait and see.
3. I recommend everyone to buy a spare bowl. I almost juggle them when preparing food, while one fries-cooks-steams in a cartoon, in the other I collect products for another dish. You can also make duet dishes - meat in a bowl, garnish over meat in a double boiler (or vice versa - garnish at the bottom, steam cutlets at the top).
4. And since the Redik bowl can be put in the oven (and washed in the PMM), this property can be used in baking to brown the finished biscuit on top. I blush a little differently - I take out the baked goods (using a steam steamer, this can be done more neatly) and make the top crust (when needed) in the airfryer.
5. It is not very convenient to disconnect the MV from the network every time - to pull the plug again. Therefore, I connected the MV through a short extension cord with a key - click and the MV is de-energized
6. There is a problem with yoghurt preparation in this model. Which is sad.
I have not written anything new, but it may be useful to someone.

If the cooking temperature is more than 100 * C, you need to look.
When I cook vegetables, first (while fried) I put 120 *, and then multi-cook 100 * - then they will not burn in principle!
It turns out very tasty.
And the bowl is still only simple, I already dream of a ceramic one.
Outside, my almost brand new bowl has already been wiped from the bottom to the metal. There is only one scratch inside so far, I don't even know when it was honored.

I have already cooked a ham in "Belobok" twice (I am bragging)
At first, when I bought it, I panicked, I thought it would not fit in a saucepan.
Fits perfectly! I put it on a rag on the bottom on a barrel and stew for 2.5 hours.
Sonny doesn't eat shop ham AT ALL! And from this one cannot be pulled by the ears.
I spied on the girls at the forum. Can I upload a link to this forum?

She took the basis from here, and then a flight of imagination. I liked the partly minced meat (twice ground and "punched" with a blender with spices, a couple of eggs and garlic) and the rest in pieces. Add delicious chicken liver pieces.

First, I cook in a tightly sealed bag, and I pierce it to cool so that it is better pressed. Vkuuusno!

Well, stew and on the stove without a crust. Or did it follow a recipe from a book under cheese?
I decided for myself that stewed, stewed, boiled dishes and biscuits are good in the cartoon.
For frying and baking the crust, of course, the stove and oven are better suited.

What program did you cook on? If Frying or Multipovar is higher than 100 grams, then it will definitely burn. On Frying, MV strives to evaporate all the water, then starts frying. It is not recommended to stew vegetables on Frying.
Rice (Cooking) express and regular - these programs have a manual shutdown.

Quote: Levitan

Rice (Cooking) express and regular - these programs have a manual shutdown.
Nooo, manual shutdown is if you are tired of waiting! Sometimes I cook buckwheat with meat on "EXPRESS" cooking until the end of the program... When all the water runs out and the temperature rises to 125 degrees, it cools down to 100 and includes a countdown of 10 minutes, that is, it dries from below and languishes for 10 minutes, and the porridge turns out to be crumbly. But this is when time is not a pity, or you have to leave.
"Cooking NORMAL" does about the same, but, apparently, in a more gentle mode and more time is needed.

It is much more convenient to use "Multipovar".
In the recipe book, the cooking algorithm, in principle, was given - 10 minutes on a multi-cook 120 * C, then 100 * C until cooked.

I do it my own way. I put a multi-cook 120 * C, I leave the default time 40 minutes. And during this time I fry everything I need (meat, onions, carrots, add tomato paste, if necessary). Then I load the "main product" - potatoes, or cabbage, or mixed vegetables, or buckwheat, add a little water if necessary (if buckwheat - 1 part of buckwheat to 1.5 water) and leave it at 120 * C until it boils. Usually the whole procedure takes about 30 minutes.
Then I switch (again, the time depending on the product) to "Multipovar" 100 * C, usually with my small portions, 15-20 minutes are enough. It turns off and remains on heating for 15 minutes, up to an hour and a half (how much time there is before meals).
Thus, the heat treatment time is reduced to a minimum, and the product "reaches" on heating.
