Greetings. As a newcomer to the forum, I have questions, I find answers to many, but not to some. So far, I have not found an answer to this question either, although it may exist.
The essence of the question is as follows. Why is there no section on the forum where you can see how the bread looks like, given in the standard instructions for the bread machine. By models. Discuss taste, how many tasters liked it, how many did not.
Stove manufacturers do not favor the user with color photos of what should be obtained according to the recipe they have written. Therefore, from the user's point of view (judging by myself) it is always more interesting to bake what you see how it looks, and about which you read a lot of positive reviews.
That is why, after purchasing the stove, I rushed, like many others, to read the forum, peer at the photos of finished products, and try them.
Instead of starting with the simple and wonderful recipes provided in the instructions. And all this is only due to the fact that there are no photos and positive reviews.
And when you try one, another, the third product from the recipe book, you understand that you didn't have to go far to get excellent bread.
In addition, you can make changes to them according to your taste, when you begin to understand what and how will affect the result.
In addition, in the vast majority of recipes from all ovens are suitable for each other, subject to the correct coordination of the baking regime.
People are usually not inclined to download instructions from other stoves, and read recipes there, but in vain.
As a user of Kenwood 450, I read not only my recipe book, but also from Panasonic 255, and from Delongee 125, and found a lot of useful things in them for myself and my stove. And on the forum - all this would be publicly available and clearly structured.
Well, something like this . ..
