Dear bakers! This is the first time I write to the site, if this topic was already, then I'm sorry. Please advise me a HP with the longest possible dough and baking mode (well, so that everything about everything took 5-6 or even more hours). I had HP but the max mode was 3h45min, and I like it when the bread contains little yeast and takes a long time to rise! Thank you in advance!

Panasonic have the longest programs. Basic - 4 hours, French - 6 hours. True, before kneading in Panasonic, the temperature is equalized - the oven just stands. On the main program, this time takes 25 or 60 minutes, depending on the ambient temperature.
Perhaps you should pay attention to the programmable stoves. In it, you can independently set the time for kneading, proving, baking ..

You can cook bread on a long dough - put the dough at night, knead the dough in the morning and bake (or from morning to evening), you can use the leaven - then without yeast at all. You can knead the dough and leave to rise in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours - and then 1 hour for proofing (warming) and baking.
You can purchase a programmable HP (like mine) and set modes there for up to 90 minutes to climb.

Good luck

I have a German multi-cook Yunold (a hybrid of HP and a multicooker), so there was a program of "sour bread" with a proofing of 9 hours! Total duration over 12 hours

Excellent programmable HP - DeLonghi-125

The maximum time for each proofing is 99 minutes - a total of 3 proofings
And there is also preheating - up to 99 minutes.

If you put the mixes in 0 between them, then you can get the MAXIMUM
99 * 4 - almost 400 minutes is 6 hours 40 minutes of continuous proofing!

And you can twist these periods left-right as you want
