Angel with horns
Girls, please unsubscribe on the topic "I'm sorry." Who regretted that they bought too large or too small a bowl, power. Or vice versa, I regretted that I had not bought it. Who regretted the purchased attachments. If not difficult, then with an explanation - why. By doing this, you will greatly help with the choice of those who have not yet purchased Kesha, but really want to.
julia_bb
Angel with horns, I just do not regret that I bought Kesha with a bowl of 4.6 liters, for my seven (I am a husband and a child) this is it. I have 570, if that
Masinen
So I will write)

I bought the first 560/570, with a 4.6 liter bowl.
It was enough for me, even very much.
But when Easter came and I put my usual volume of dough in it, I really regretted that it was not 6.7 liters more.
And then 086 Kenwood turned up for me, although I had planned 020, but the price was such that I bought it.
For me, a large bowl, just
I use all attachments.
Very often a meat grinder, a harvester.
Periodically mini grinder, mill, sieve, dough sheeter
Rarely dice (holidays only), and high speed grater (big and noisy)

In general, now I am very happy !!!

Rarely Dice (Holidays Only)
Mashun, you rarely use a cube, right? And I even want him so
Maybe a combine and a multi-chopper will be enough for me to be completely happy?

But if there is a harvester, then a high-speed grater is probably not particularly needed, right?
kseniya D
I had 570 and its volume was always enough for me. I began to think about replacing it with 010. I wanted a metal hook and a K-shaped hook. And he is more powerful. And in the end I bought 084, because I got caught at a good price. The volume of the bowl is too big for me. If there was a choice with a smaller bowl, I would take it. Of those attachments that were before and did not fit this sieve, ice cream maker and potato peeler. I will buy a sieve and an ice cream maker, and a potato peeler is a pampering. I often use a meat grinder and high-speed grater. There is no harvester attachment, but I want to. There is a free-standing analogue. So I'm thinking about it. Prices have jumped. I use a blender and a multi-chopper from time to time, but I would not refuse them.
Masinen
vernisag, Irish, I wanted her too, I was dying))
I can say that it is a very good nozzle. But I use it for the new year and birthdays))
And yen has a cube in Mulk.
Actually, her cubes are good.
kseniya D, but I forgot about the blender. I never got it out of the box.
julia_bb
kseniya D, I just want to buy a sieve first of all, if you decide to sell yours, I would buy from you))
Masinen, and the meat grinder will normally rotate the meat in my 570, 1000 W is enough power?
Jouravl
And I use a cube for blanks - eggplant, squash caviar. Also this year I was drying diced zucchini. And for freezing, the same zucchini, eggplant, pumpkin. It is very good to make tomatoes in their own juice. And of course for the vinaigrette and salad - only raw and I bring them in a double boiler.
Very rare with a blender, super high-speed, many cutting options, also for drying apples, bananas, kiwi ..
I also like the meat grinder. The harvester stands assembled with it and with the K-attachment. That is, in combat readiness.
Juicer - if used rarely, then completely. Potato peeler is also rare. In the season of young potatoes. It also seems to have a processor, but I have never used it.
Everyone has different tastes and preferences, but the chicest thing is, of course, the dough and whisk attachments.
Angel with horns
I asked in the topic about the attachments, but apparently they rarely look there, I'll ask here. Will the AT 930 nozzle fit the 080 Kenwood?
Masinen
julia_bb, yes, works well. I didn't notice the difference between 560/570 and 086.
Masinen
Angel with horns, and AT930 is a dough rolling machine or what?
Angel with horns
Masinen, no, it's a sieve. But I have already found that it does not fit.
Zhanik
Angel with hornsI found my wiper box

Kitchen machine Kenwood (2)

sorry for the quality
I have 086

so AT 930 to 080 fits
Angel with horns
Zhanik, thanks for looking for the box. But it seems to indicate on it through a fraction that 992 is suitable for the Chief, and 930 for the Major? And 080 is the Chief, isn't it? That is, it doesn't seem to fit. I'm already completely confused.
Zhanik
Angel with horns, 080-Major! Cooking chef (title), but Major size!
kseniya D
julia_bb, just like Masha, I confirm that the grinder works well in the 570.

Angel with horns, Irina, and you look here and everything will be clear

Angel with horns
vernisag, thanks for the link, I've already reviewed everything, it turns out that it does not fit.
Masinen
Angel with horns, yes fits 930 to 080.
I have a sieve for 086.
Zhanik
Angel with horns, "Nozzle for sifting, wiping for kitchen machines Major AT930A" This is from the site. Why is that not suitable? And I use it. And Maria too

I wrote above.
080-Major! Cooking chef (title), but Major size!

You, like many, are confused by the name of the induction Keshi
Angel with horns
Maria, NataliaHow nice that there is such a forum, and there are practices on it. Otherwise, I would understand it for another hundred years. Thank you girls!
julia_bb
Masinen, kseniya D, thanks, so I will also buy a meat grinder, and I will take a separate one to the dacha. although it is worth hoo, looked ...

Since I bought a "naked" Kesha (84 model), I bought an additional track. attachments - sieve, dough sheeter, tagliolini and spaghetti attachments, dice and high speed shredder, multi-chopper and AT512 attachment. Instead of a blender and a processor, I will still buy Thermomix (heated).
I love the dice shredder dearly. I shred everything raw and in 5-15 minutes I cook in a steamer and immediately into a salad.
For soup, cubes are also good, as well as for preservation. The high-speed one has not even reached it yet.
I have a separate meat grinder, very powerful, I don't want to change it.

Jouravl, and you immediately using nozzles thinking? I'm afraid of something, I always put one at a time.

That's all about the cube cutter, they write that it cuts raw vegetables, but what about boiled ones? Has anyone cut Olivier on it? The video is so beautiful, but I'm afraid that he will remember the potatoes

Jouravl, and you immediately using nozzles thinking? I'm afraid of something, I always put one at a time.
Natushka, if I beat the whites, or knead the dough, the meat grinder on the combine, do not remove it. But if the meat grinder works, then I simply remove the attachment to the nozzle - if the bucket is empty. But sometimes, together with a meat grinder, I simultaneously knead the minced meat for cutlets. The combine has no functional switching and therefore all gearboxes are in motion, regardless of whether there is a nozzle or not.

Doesn't crush any potatoes, eggs or carrots. And the meat cuts normally.
m0use
Thank you boom do
Natusichka
Considering my very little experience with Kesha, I want to say that I am very pleased that I bought with induction!
I make dough for bread, for pies, everything is kneaded very well, and then I put it on heating, set the temperature to 30 (or briefly - 40) degrees and it fits right in the saucepan, very convenient! And then she laid it out on the table, shaped it into shape!
Imagine how cool it will be to make custard cream! And I haven't tried making a stew yet. I'm waiting for the end of the post and then I will try, try !!! I already have no strength to endure.
My kit includes: a steamer, a blender and a food processor attachment.
I already made bread crumbs in the combine, it turns out very quickly and with high quality, I made, of course, from homemade bread.
I'd like to try making a biscuit.I wonder which nozzle is better to do it? If I understand correctly, you first need to beat the eggs with sugar with a whisk, and then change the attachment to which one to gently mix with flour?

I was very interested in the "cube" nozzle, if possible, who cut vegetables and boiled and raw, please post a photo. I'd like to see it. And what is the size of the cube?
Masinen
And yesterday I did not whip butter in Kesh, because it smears on the walls and it pisses me off. We have to stop it and collect all the shovel.
So, I did everything in Thermomix. And I made the whole dough for a cake in TM.

In the cache, you need to beat half a kilo of butter, and 200 g everything on the walls ((
Pchela maja
I make the dough for the biscuit with one K-shaped nozzle, everything turns out great!)
the size of the cubes is wonderful. In the topic we are working with nozzles, we have already laid out photos of cubes in comparison with green peas.

Mashun, do you have a special attachment for butter creams? Such, with a silicone pad .. I really like to whip it, if it is adjusted correctly, it does not smear at all
Masinen
m0use, is, but it creaks, maybe rubs against the bowl) $
And she just couldn't beat me.
Maybe I was trying to do it at the wrong speed)
m0use
It, of course, should touch the walls, but it can adjust the creak .. although you need all these movements, you have TM !! * JOKINGLY * well, that's me, thinking out loud .. I have TM recorded in "Wishlist", but after Keshka ... they won't understand me at all
vernisag
Girls, tell me how to whip butter cream in the cache, otherwise I only know how to whip it up, with my hand and with condensed milk. I saw somewhere that it is possible with sugar or powder.
ElenaSta
I also have this silicone nozzle creaking, and it has already regulated everything differently. The most interesting thing is that after adding an egg to the butter, the creak stops.))
and whips och well, even 80 g of butter.
m0use
vernisag, Ir, everything is the same as with a mixer, first the softened butter until it turns a little white, and then a little bit, continuing to beat, you add everything you like - condensed milk, custard base, chocolate, etc. Sugar, well, not I know, probably, it will grind on my teeth ...
Parallel
sugar in butter will not dissolve, even beat it until it turns blue. but you can add powdered sugar.

Marine, and in more detail? .... At what speed? And what, just eggs with sugar, and then, without stopping to beat, flour? Or how? And what, slow down the speed? do not subtract?

How to adjust it correctly? Well, I still have a kettle .... And yet, at what speed to beat the butter cream?

Why not dissolve? After all, if with a mixer, then everything works out ...
Olga VB
The cube is cut with a side of 10 mm. At first I thought it was a bit big, but it turned out to be quite normal.

I beat the eggs onto a biscuit, without dividing them into whites and yolks, all together, gradually increasing the speed: first, at a minimum or on one, I stir the eggs with sugar until the sugar dissolves, then I increase the speed gradually to the maximum. When the mass reaches the state of soft peaks, I stir in flour on (1) on the right side of the scale - literally a few turns. I do everything with one K-shkoy - and whisk and mix in flour.

Sugar in butter, when beating, really will not disperse, no matter how much you beat. But you can stir it in oil without any problems. Therefore, the technology is the same as with eggs: first, at the very minimum, stir the butter with sugar until the latter dissolves, and then beat it. Sugar, of course, is also different. Sometimes a very stubborn person is served.
But with powdered sugar it is, of course, much easier to do.
Natusichka
Olya, Thank you very much for your advice!

Valya
Girls, my silicone nozzle stops creaking after I smear the contents of the bowl (dough, cream, etc.) on the walls of the bowl itself. Squeaks from the fact that the silicone rubs against the dry bowl. Try it.
m0use
Natusichkahow to adjust the nozzles is described in great detail in the instructions, well, and a special key must be attached .. Specifically, the silicone scraper should touch the walls, but not "scrub" much, somehow
Irina_Smith
girls and I fell in love with Kenwood Sense XL, and what to do, my head hurts. Moreover, I like the assembly as they sell in Australia, where it automatically comes with a souffle nozzle and a flexibiter, that is, immediately by default there are 5 nozzles and a meat grinder. ideal for me, and it costs less than 500 euros. Delivery will be about 700 euros. And cache 086 with delivery of 1000 euros, well, I think it's a heavy thought, I need induction or not very much. Well, how difficult it is to live induction, I want only for sauces that need to be cooked in a water bath (birnaise ... and similar ones), but now I'm thinking at all, I probably need to buy senseo, and for thermomich sauces, buy it later. Maria (Masinen) what do you think? you just seem to have everything. Have you seen Kenwood sense live?
Masinen
Irina_Smith, so I wanted to ask you for a photo of Senseo.
And its characteristics)
kseniya D
This is this
🔗 ?
Masinen
kseniya D, Ksyusha, but he has no flexi or nozzles for souffle.
But it looks like this one.

Irina, well, its power is excellent, 1200 watts!
Bowl 6.7 liters.
Cool! And the design is new! Handsome!
Take it and TM to boot and it's a great kit.
kseniya D
Mash, well, this is probably a complete set for our country.
And I, all the same, like ours better. If only he had a matte bowl, I would love him twice A more!
Irina_Smith
Well, yes, unfortunately, for some reason, Kenwood only for Australia provides such a complete set:
🔗

but for Europe, only 3 attachments (balloon, hook and iron K-scale) plus a blender and a grater \ shredder

you have at least a meat grinder and a grater \ shredder in Russia, it's just that I have a glass blender well, in general, I don't need a separate one.

in general, it's not fair, the best thing would be 5 attachments and a dough sheeter, this would be a complete set

in general, I will think I bake a lot, so in any case I am looking only towards 6.7 liter bowls, so for now the choice is only between Sense and the cooking chef. Unfortunately, we do not have both of them here anyway, and therefore I can't compare live, touch, walk around. There is still very little information about Sense on the Internet. I'll probably wait a month and maybe more information will appear.
Masinen
Irina_Smith, if in doubt about Sense, then Cooking Chef is very cool!
You can even order without feeling it)
And I haven't seen the new one in our stores. If I suddenly see him, I will talk to him from all sides)
