Kara, and why knead for so long ?! In 23 minutes I got a good dough with developed gluten. And I think an hour is still too much.
Olga VB
Yes, I, too, Myasoedovsky was normally kneaded in less than half an hour in total.
That is, I hook first on min I mixed it for 5 minutes, then looked, tasted it, added a little flour, stirred it for a couple of minutes, and then turned it on to the 2nd speed and got a completely silk dough for a total of 25-27 minutes.

finally got my 770 phone: girl_dance: waited almost 2 months. Yesterday I tried it - a vanilla sponge cake on boiling water, super fluffy and soft! the set included an acrylic blender and a high-speed grater-slicer. I ordered a separate cutter, a dough sheeter, for spaghetti and flat pasta, and for macaroons.
tell me where to look for recipes for pasta, spaghetti and other dough?
and a separate thank you to the girls, thanks to whom I acquired attachments at very tasty prices

hostess, congratulations on your purchase.
There is such a temka https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=2843.0
For spaghetti and hedgehogs with them, I personally liked the ratio of 150 grams of soft wheat flour, 50 grams of durum semolina and 1 large egg. Knead the dough, leave it alone for 2 hours (I put it in the refrigerator). And then into rolling.
As for curly pasta, I recently studied this issue. Knowledgeable people recommend using durum wheat flour, otherwise they split into pieces during drying.

Hello dear hostesses and hosts! Hats off to the creators of this site. For many years I dreamed of learning how to make a pure white cream, but this recipe was behind 7 seals and in search of it I came across your site, where I learned a lot of interesting things, and I could not tear myself away from the topic of cakes for almost a year, every evening I looked at culinary masterpieces and was simply delighted with the beauty of what she saw. And only now I finally decided to register and join the ranks of fans to have a delicious meal.
I saw the topic about Kenwood KM086 and decided to share my impressions. Just the other day I became the owner of this "miracle". I bought it for just crazy money, almost 75,000 rubles. in Moscow, invested all her savings for the year that she collected in a new kitchen. It's good that my daughter was next to the car, or even I don't know how she resisted: the box is huge and weighs 30 kg. After the purchase, I began to look for recipes, since in the books offered there are only heels of them and I read that in Ukraine this device costs almost half the price, I was terribly upset, but you won’t be lucky back, so now I’m testing it and he begins to rehabilitate himself in my eyes. I will describe the first impressions and what I did to them:
1- gravy, that is, béchamel sauce, as in the book, turns out very well and quickly, you do not need to stand nearby and interfere. Then I made the same sauce with onions, slightly frying it in a bowl, it turned out faster than on the stove.
2-mixed the dough into 2 different cakes, everything was mixed well.
3-I kneaded the dough for pies, they turned out about 40 of this number, though small in size, but much faster than with my hands.
4-received as a gift nozzles for pasta and played with them too. True, it seemed that the dough was steep and added water, and then it turned out that in vain. When the spaghetti passed through the nozzle, the pasta was sticky and poorly cut, but this did not affect the taste. only in appearance, here you have to adapt. And for some reason, the nozzle for rolling the dough is inserted with difficulty, we thought it was a marriage, they called, but we were told that it should be so, it is necessary to catch the groove at slow machine speeds, although everything is inserted into the video without difficulty.
5-and most importantly, I cooked a protein custard twice and I finally got it, the whisk is powerful, and in general, the attachments are such that they can be killed, they are very easy to insert and remove, you don't have to trick anything.
6 - I used a combine, it is not very easy to insert, it cuts the onion either coarsely or completely into the dust, but the carrots are not bad, here, it can be seen, you also need to adapt at a speed, but in general, the circles turn out well, it's a pity. that for the cubes you need to buy a separate nozzle, it is not provided in the combine
The 7-blender mixes well, only it is very heavy and also difficult to insert. but maybe. will develop over time ?.
In a word, I came to my senses a little and I'm not so worried about the money spent, but it really saves time, he whips the same proteins myself while you watch the syrup, otherwise I ditched my Phillips mixer, the Wet meringue melted the sleeve, and the corolla itself looks like a chicken next to a Kenwood hippo. I would be glad if my information helps someone, I would like more recipes, but I shoveled the entire Internet, but so far I have found only what is in the instructions, so I will try to adapt my recipes.

Hello Natasha. Congratulations on your purchase !!!! I, too, but 84, and there is no recipe book, since I took it in Ukraine not in a company store.
If possible, write down how you make the cream and sauce. I will be very grateful.
In mine, I made dough and custards, very convenient. And the biggest thing - I liked to make yeast dough, heated - it's such a beauty !!! I made such cakes from Sveta (thanks a lot for the recipe to her!) https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=383627.0, took one and a half volumes. First, I brewed and mixed the yeast with a rubber nozzle, then flour with a hook (everything is heated), then I pulled the hook and covered the bowl with a lid (you can additionally cover it with a towel). When it came almost to the top, I took it with my hand in flour, inserted the hook and mixed in the rest. I liked it so much that in one day I made two bookmarks and baked a bunch of muffins for all my relatives. At first, I also regretted that the unit was expensive (I took it for 8.5 t. G), without accessories, now I am slowly buying the needed one.

Hello girls! Sorry for the dumbness, but I don't know yet. how to write an answer to a specific author and therefore I will write here, and you, I think. figure it out. Here's about the Bechamel sauce: milk -500 ml, drain. butter - 60 g, flour - 60 g, salt - 1 tsp. l., white pepper - 1/2 tsp. (but I don't have such delights, so I take either black or just some kind of seasoning). Mix all products in a blender for 50 sec for max. speed, then pour into a bowl, install a soft nozzle (with a rubber pad). Set temp. 120, speed (1) for mixing, cook 5 min., Then add. seasoning, reduce temp. to 100 and cook at (2) speed for 18 minutes. But in my opinion, it turned out faster, just look visually, how it thickened, so it's done. Gradually adjust yourself.
I also make the sauce in my own way: fry the onion right there in the bowl, using a soft nozzle, for 5-7 minutes, then add. chopped carrots, for another 5 minutes, then 1-2 tbsp. l. flour. depending on how you need it: thinner or thicker, and then add cold water to the eye, depending on the number of eaters, about half a liter and then cook like béchamel. You can also add.chopped sausage or sausage, (ham), everything in the refrigerator, but not much. You can eat everything with this sauce: pasta. buckwheat, potatoes. Hearty, cheap and cheerful. On the stove, this sauce must be stirred all the time, but here your hands are free.
I make protein custard according to the recipe of Tortyzhki, everything is very well written (special thanks), only now I'm not beating the proteins, but the machine. I put the syrup to boil, as it boils, I begin to beat the whites, and then according to the recipe. Only it takes longer to beat until the cream cools down, because you can't put the bowl in cold water, however, I applied a wet towel, but somehow I'm afraid of induction, so I just wait, and the machine works.
I would be glad if I wrote it clearly and bon appetit.
Regarding the Recipe Book: I ordered it on the Internet, indicating the serial number of Kenwood, while the book is not in stock, they promised to send it at the end of May.
Yes, I also read about the dough for pies that they knead for almost an hour, but you can knead it with your hands and knead faster and save energy. On the contrary, I was glad that the kneading with a hook went without much effort and much faster than manually. Maybe you need to reduce the portion to make it easier for the car and make 2-3 batches? Something like that.
Olex
I don’t know how anyone does it .... But I get it quickly - the minimum speed, 1-2-4 (a little) and that's it ... in the process you can see the degree of readiness of the test. 5-10 minutes. then it came up, I crushed it, and minimal.
Maybe I'm doing it wrong, but the result
Musenovna
I also knead much faster for pies. In general, I did not knead any dough for more than 20 minutes.
And who is it for an hour kneading the dough for pies and where is it generally written ?!

For bechamel, you don't need to complicate things like that - dirty the blender, pour it back and forth ...
Everything can be done in the main bowl with K-shkoy: first mix the products, beat until smooth, then turn on the heat, continuing to mix, ..., all in one bowl and one nozzle.
Regarding the book of recipes for the usual Kesha and the coupon for the 080th model, write in a personal message indicating the model.

Good evening! Indeed, everything could be done much easier. But these were the first attempts at writing, so to speak, a new typewriter, they were still afraid to do something wrong and did it according to the recipe that was attached to Kenwood. But everything is learned by comparison. We will continue to study. Thanks for the advice.

Girls, please tell me who has the AT970A dough rolling attachment - how wide does it roll out the dough?

The question is caused by the following situation: there is a markato atlas 150 rolling out, and there is a risoli form for 12 ravioli (11 cm wide) - too much waste is obtained due to the difference in width, but it seems that according to the Kenwood website, the at970a nozzle is just 11 cm - we are thinking to buy for this form)

I sell the Chef AT956A ice cream attachment for the Kenwood food processor. Brand new, unpacked.
It was ordered from Germany to ComputerUniverse, but instead of the ordered AT957 this model was sent. I did not return it, as it was unprofitable. Now I'm selling it.
I live in Kaluga, but if you wish, you can arrange a meeting in Moscow.
Price 4000r.

Girls, I ordered an ice cream maker on KM020 (AT957), I wanted it for a long time.
I also want a 647 food processor, but for some reason I can't make up my mind. Tell me, if you use it in everyday life, or use it every other day, will it work? The salads are there, the shredder is different.
And then I didn’t feel it live - how does it justify itself (as long as I have money)?
Olga VB
I hardly use it, because.get, collect, wash longer than chop for two by hand or with Burner.
But some girls wrote that they constantly use them for salads, soups, and other shredders.
That is, it depends on the convenience - how much this attachment will be at your fingertips and on the marketable quantity.
And so he copes well with this task.
I got it in the kit, so there are no claims, but I probably wouldn't buy it separately ...
Although, he makes shortbread dough well with knives. And for the pasta. But me and in the bowl K-shkoy sand is normal.
Albina
Inna, I shred something on it almost every day. But in my work, I often use 2 discs and a knife for grinding onions.

I will answer myself)) checked - width 14.5 cm)

Inusya, I have. I use it often, especially with a grater. I like.
Feechka_amator
I will sell the attachment for rolling out the AT970A dough, used 1 time (yesterday). Reason for the sale: on the manufacturer's website, the dimensions of the test width are 13 cm, but in fact 14.5 ((And they bought it precisely because of the size, since there is already a Marcato Atlas 150 machine.
Price 800 UAH (bought for 1020 UAH), nozzle in Kharkov, I will send across Ukraine by New Mail.

Olga VB, just tried it, chopped cabbage. very comfortably. all shredded without waste))

Thank you, girls, the total opinion goes to the side- "nada!"
Yes, I also forgot about cabbage, I often make salads, but how to chop (although there is a manual shredder) - bee. Or have I become lazy ...
Feechka_amator, - it's a pity that there is a manual dough rolling machine, otherwise I would have bought it, but I don't want to clutter up the table, I'll interrupt ...

I have waste. It doesn't work without waste, but it's still better than hands. As for the cabbage, you need to contrive to cut it. It seems to me more comfortable on the Berner.

Depends on the density of the cabbage: the young one is more shaggy, therefore the waste, the old one is denser - there is practically no waste.
I also prefer Burner for daily purposes (soup, salad), but if I had the opportunity not to pull this attachment back and forth, but always have it at hand, I would use the attachment.

Hello, help, my head is already falling off, I can't choose, I want to buy a car so that the bowl is at least 3.5 liters, a glass blender is at least 1.5-1.6 liters, the power allows you to make dough for dumplings (that is, cool), a meat grinder is not required, the main graters are within 25 thousand. And most importantly - where to buy? I live in Krasnodar I wanted to buy Boshik XL 40G, so there is nowhere, in one online store only, but it does not inspire confidence. Help kind people

Inusya, I've had this processor for six years now !! I am not afraid of this expression, I use it 100 times a day. This is the most popular attachment for me! Dough for muffins, streusel, mixture for casseroles, minced meat, grating vegetables, etc. I have not been able to get a meat grinder for years thanks to this processor. I have an option without a handle yet

Thanks, girls, I took into account the 647th!

And now we need help from the audience.
Girlfriend needs Kesha.
Such as mine (020th) - she is too big.
You need: with a smaller set, and a bowl of 4.6 liters, the main thing is a kneader (well, you can also buy a blender) the rest will be bought.
Tell me which model is suitable for this?!
(KMM-010 does not count, because - alas, it is no longer available anywhere, - called - it was discontinued, newer models went) and looked at the remains in the "outlet" - it is already 7,200 UAH, too much for 010 -th ... (((
Like the 010th model, what else is there like that?
Please advise the models, otherwise I am already confused in them.
Are there any basic ones, no problems? The main thing is that Kenwood! She really liked mine.

Can you make mashed soups too at 647? But who has a blender, how much is it needed? (I am making a list of attachments, I do not want to make a mistake and take what I have not used)
Olga VB
Partially the blender can be replaced with a processor, but the blender is heat resistant, but the processor is not.
In addition, the knives in the blender are more powerful - this, for example, for ice, is more relevant.
Therefore, look at your "repertoire".
In general, do not rush with attachments.
At first I made a list of 12, but I was in no hurry. Then this list shrank, now it would shrink to 2, but I managed to buy 3 ...
However, the blender and processor were already included in my kit.
Therefore, think carefully about what you need for those dishes that you regularly cook, but not think you will prepare.
lexx_my
Yeah, then the list of current attachments looks like this:
1.kitchen processor (chop, chop or chop)
2.the dough rolling machine
3.blender (smoothies, cocktails, blending)
4.meat grinder
5 cube cutters (I cut everything in it for borscht - a beautiful square borscht turns out)
correct or add to the list of still urgently needed attachments
L @ stochka
The blender, as I understand it, always comes in a set immediately + whisk, stirrers
It is glass, you can also hot soup
And the processor is made of plastic, I would be afraid to pour hotter

So I didn't try soups at all, I wouldn't put them in the processor

I have a processor, a blender, a meat grinder, an ice maker, a sieve and a cube cutter
I use a meat grinder the least. Literally 2-3 times a year

most often it is a processor and a sieve (I wipe cottage cheese for cakes, sugar powder for mastic and flour)

They wrote about the mashed soups and the processor in their instructions (what can be cooked or rubbed in the processor) I thought about it myself, so I'm thinking of buying a heat-resistant blender. I often use a meat grinder, I do not like purchased minced meat (I don’t know what and what kind of meat they make there).
I bought KM080, it went without attachments (but much cheaper, even if you buy attachments yourself).
Olga VB
That's it!
I often use a meat grinder, the processor is very rare.
Blender - mainly in the summer for a cocktail (for mashed potatoes, mayonnaise, nutella, etc. I use submersible)
Cubic cutter - for big holidays, because it takes longer to wash than cut.
I have not used the rolling pin at all - a rolling pin is enough to roll out a couple of sheets, besides, the width is not limited for a rolling pin.
Processor - depending on the mood, not too often, it would have done without it.
This also explains how much it is "at hand". As soon as I think what to rake it all out of the bowels of the box, then wash it, then rake it back, - faster on the Burner.
So just focus on yourself.

I do not like to work with a rolling pin, and also to cut with a knife. It's easier for me to pull the attachments out of the drawer and then wash it all.
I bought for 49,000 rubles + 500 rubles for delivery (online store). The set is standard - all whisks, beaters, mixers, lids, scrapers, a stand (mat) for hot dishes, etc. just without attachments (processor and blender)
Inusya
OlgaVB Ol, looked through, 030-th so far we do not have this.

But today we made a choice,
KMS013th (analogue of KMM010th) - goes like promotional six main attachments (meat grinder, food, blender, citrus press, scales, chopper) in just 9.500 UAH,
right here- 🔗
We decided to take it, the price is just free for everything in a heap.
And the 013th (like the 010th, but "naked" equipment, current blender) - costs 8.500 UAH.
We decided to take a "bunch". It turns out to be profitable.

I borrowed from an authorized dealer for 54490 with delivery, a blender and a processor were included.
As far as I know, the "naked" 080 (without mixer and processor) is not sold in Russia according to official deliveries.
That is, you probably took a "gray" delivery, and therefore without a guarantee or with a "gray" guarantee, that is, the seller's guarantee, and not the DeLonga service network.
Probably, what kind of thread is LitEway?
So the concept of "beneficial" is different for everyone.
