In my opinion, 010 has a small bowl. If the truth is there are only two of you ...
louisa, there are many different and more budgetary kneaders now. If you are rarely going to use it makes sense to overpay. And if it is rarely possible to knead it with your hands, or in the end with a hand mixer. And the steep dough is perfectly kneaded with an ordinary blender with a bowl (though powerful), the recipe is on the forum, literally in 21 seconds. It makes no sense to buy Kesha for your requests. And I do not agree with you at all about individual devices. Perhaps this applies to combines such as Mulinex, etc. And Kesha with its attachments is no worse than individual devices. The bowl blender is one of the most used attachments in our family. Dough sheeter - I love her very dearly. It is a pleasure to roll out the dough. The food processor attachment is always in use. I already forgot when I grated carrots on a regular grater. A few seconds and you're done. Borsch is now cooked very quickly. And also carrot pies, salads, etc. There are some complaints about the juicer, but given that we prepare juice quite rarely, it suits me and takes up a little space. As for the kneader itself. It's a pleasure to use. I don't really like kneading a tough dough, it's hard, but possible. But kneading bread dough, even with a lot of liquid (such as ciabatta), is just a fairy tale. And as for squirrels, I generally keep quiet. I have 080 and I do not regret a bit about the money spent, but I also use it almost every day. I also plan to buy a wiping sieve and a meat grinder and my kit is ready.
Look at some more kitsch eid.
I don’t think it’s worth saving on technology.

Tell me, please, is there a lot of waste in the combine when you rub vegetables? If, for example, I need to grate one medium carrot, it will smear on the walls and will there be a release of this carrot in the same volume in which I laid it. And what are the complaints about the juicer? I want to order this attachment this week, after your words I thought
Musenovna
lexx_my, in my opinion, not much at all. There remains a 1-2 mm tail, which is not rubbed, but this is more than worth it, given that it takes only a few seconds to chop one carrot. And if you rub it with your hands on a regular grater, then waste also remains, otherwise there is a danger of Injuring your hand, which I have happened repeatedly until there were assistants.
As for the juicer. That cake is not very dry. But I sometimes use it, so it doesn't bother me very much. Easy to clean. It takes up little space. When I read reviews on this attachment, opinions were different. Perhaps it depends on the nozzle itself, or I'm doing something wrong. I rarely use it.

Thanks for the answer, now I urgently need a dough sheeter, do not tell me which model of the nozzles cuts the dough like soup noodles?
Musenovna
lexx_my, everyone has different soup noodles. ))) someone loves wider, someone narrower. I have trenette width 1.5mm at973.
More broadly, I use it just as pasta for pasta.
lexx_my
yes, I was just looking after this model. (I am analyzing now all Internet shops for nozzles)

People, kind, help!
Grief for me, a combine from Kesha yesterday of that Noodle dough in it with knives (which for 21 seconds) was making, and he suddenly, kaaaak squealed and let the whole kitchen stink fired, I of course immediately turned it off. Then I couldn’t pull the knife out of the bowl for two hours, it seemed to be welded there. In short, when I disassembled it, I went nuts, inside the knife should be a hexagon, and now I have almost a circle, I was ashamed of everything Fig knows why this is so ... All the other parts seem to be normal.
In short, I think so far to try only to replace the knife itself. Until 3 in the morning I climbed in the internet, and did not find it, to buy a new combine - the toad is strangling. Maybe someone knows where Kenwood parts are sold? I have kmm 023. Help, huh?

Irisha, go to the dock, he seems to be fumbling in these matters

Tell me, new attachments for the series Major suitable for old combines of this series, for example KM005?
Belka13
Hello! Thanks to the forum, Kesha 023 has been working in my kitchen for the second year already. Now there is a need to purchase KM Kenwood with induction. Please tell me the price is 50 thousand rubles. for 084 and 70-75 thousand rubles. for 080 or 086 model - is this normal? Does anyone have any information on lower prices? I would be very grateful for the information.
Olga VB
What complete set do you mean by these articles and where are you going to purchase it?
The question is due to the fact that only 080/086 is officially supplied to Russia in a certain configuration.
All other supplies are left-handed, either according to gray or black schemes.
You can also buy from the bourgeoisie. It is they who have a complete set 084, but there it is necessary to clarify, since each sandpiper understands something of his own, deeply personal, under this article.
But, as you know, there will be no warranty service in Russia for foreign supplies.
Look at here
🔗
This is an official supply with standard equipment and an official warranty from Kenwood / DeLongy
The set includes a food processor and a mixer with a thermal bowl and, of course, all standard stirring attachments.
Do not pay attention to the description of the completeness, there is an inaccuracy.
I ordered in this company, I liked the service, and, of course, the machine itself.
Only the managers are stupid, they themselves do not always know what they are selling.
Belka13
Thank you very much for your prompt reply, the price is really lower than others. But I want to find a "naked" Kenwood KM084, that is, without a combine and blender. The difference in price is 15 thousand rubles, and the cost of a blender and a combine does not exceed eight thousand. So I'll look for more. Maybe get lucky.
Olex
I also took 84 with such thoughts, but now they are gone from sale ..
Olga VB
In Russia, you will not buy "naked" from an authorized dealer, because officially naked is not supplied to Russia, only according to gray or black schemes, that is, without a guarantee or, at best, with only a seller's guarantee. This means that if something goes wrong, the equipment is returned to the seller, he sends it to where he bought it (Poland, Germany, ....), and you sit and think when and what exactly will be returned to you - money or fixed technique.
But, fortunately, I didn't hear much about Keshik's breakdowns.
If all this suits you, take a look at these comrades.
🔗
A couple of months ago they were selling naked under a gray scheme for 46 sput, is there now and for how much - find out.
You can also order from Germany, there are many direct suppliers and intermediaries. But mine in a set and with a guarantee cost me more profitable than from there naked and without a guarantee.
Belka13
No, there are stores that position themselves as official Kenwood dealers and offer the 084 model. On the official website, they are presented as Kenwood partners. While I was clicking my beak, my car was gone for 46 thousand A 086th and 080th models do not want to buy.
The fact is that I already have a 023 model, and I need an induction machine somewhere else. Blenders, harvesters, shredders, etc.I have a lot of assistants, both stationary and complete. Therefore, I wanted to take only the bed.
The option of ordering from Germany is also eliminated, since the weight exceeds 20 kg. Maybe there is a way to get around this obstacle?

Girls are right - not the most essential feature.

But how cool it is to do everything in one bowl. Today I prepared a honey cake according to this recipe https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=373782.0 ... First I melted honey and soda, and then I mixed everything else. No water baths and additional utensils involved!

I love my 086, such a smart girl!
... Svetlana I don’t understand how to do it all in one bowl, you must first melt the honey with soda, then put it out, wash the bowl, beat the eggs with sugar, etc. That is, you have to empty the bowl? Or is it possible somehow differently?
Chenka
First, honey with soda, like 45-50 degrees, then I turned off the heating, the sugar intervened, it dissolves well, and the mass cools down during this time. Then eggs, at the end flour. I use a K-paddle.

Thanks, I will try this too. And then I bought it with induction, and I will not adapt to it in any way, I only cooked jam. It's a pity the mashed potatoes do not want to beat. Maybe someone knows how?

Olya, I don't have a recipe book. And the speed could not be increased to a large one for whipping mashed potatoes. Somewhere yesterday I read that you need to press P first, and then speed up. This is true? In general, I'll try tomorrow.
Zhanik
I would not experiment with pulse mode. Starch does not like high speeds and sharp knives. Get mashed potatoes as a powder
Olga VB
Natalia, there are no knives, there is a stirrer.
Elena, Throw me your email. address, I'll send you a book coupon for 080.
about the mode: set the temperature, the desired speed.
At first everything turns out by itself, but when the temperature rises, it seems, up to 60 * C, then there can only be a low speed. Then press and hold "P" until the speed is what you want. Then you let go of the "R", it will turn on itself at the required speed.

KMM 040 is the same KMM 020 only with a timer, that's the whole difference. I have a KMM 020, on the one hand, a timer is not a superfluous thing, on the other, the fewer bells and whistles, the more reliable the mechanics work.
For me, my Kenwood works quite quietly, at least in the modes of whipping, kneading. The noise is louder at the grinder. I have a nursery right out of the kitchen and without a door for now, I work with Kesha at night, I don't wake anyone up.

Hello to all Kenwood lovers! And I finally decided to buy myself Kesha. I thought for a long time, read the forums and still settled on the 086 model (fortunately, soon I had DR and my husband seemed to approve). So, soon I will be in your staunch ranks of admirers of this device !!! I ask for advice: what should be checked before buying, except for the appearance and the presence of all components? Do I need to turn on Kesha, switch speeds (except heating, of course)? And can this be done at all without at least one nozzle and bowl inserted? And out of the corner of my eye I read somewhere that two (dark and light) scraper (or whatever they are called ...) are going to the silicone whisk. Is not it? And the last: is the AT 957A ice cream maker suitable for the 086 model or not? Someone says in the instructions that it does not fit, but someone says that it fits ... Thank you if someone answers my teapot questions (everyone once started with "tea" questions))))) )
Olga VB
Where do you buy?
Found where is cheaper?
There were messages where it is better to buy, where it is cheaper.
Regarding the nozzles - this is at the office. website information should be viewed, everything is suitable for the CHEF.
You need to check the appearance, the presence of all the equipment, if allowed, you can turn it on, it is not necessary to insert the nozzle and the bowl.
Be sure to check the warranty card and that it has the official stamps of the seller.
Kisul
Thanks Olga! Now there are the second and third questions ... I am meticulous in choosing a technique, especially on such a road. Sorry. I was on the offsite up and down, there is no answer to my questions. I watched a German video about the packaging in the box. There are 2 silicone scrapers (both of which are dark in color) for the soft nozzle are included. But they have it, but how about us? ..
About the ice cream maker is also an ambush. In the Russian offsite, their download instructions indicate that the AT 957A cannot be used with induction Kesha. The same is true for the English offsite. But on the German offsite, their instructions indicate that you can. And how to understand this ??? It looks like there are problems with ice cream makers ... Okay, with an ice cream maker, if only not with Kesha because of this ice cream maker. (((
Kind people! Who bought in Russia and preferably in Moscow (not in small online stores), and did not drive from over the hill, resolve my doubts !!!
Who has been using an ice cream maker on an induction cache for a long time, please answer !!!!!
taniakrug
I have been using an ice cream maker on an induction cache for six months now. The first time I hear that you can't use it. Why? We do not include induction. I'll go read my instructions. By the way, when I bought Kesha on the Ukrainian office, they gave me an ice cream maker as a gift

I read the instructions - nothing is said about the ice cream maker anywhere.
In the section "Attachments that can be purchased separately" there is an ice cream attachment AT957A
Olga VB
Of course, the ice cream maker cannot be used simultaneously with induction, it is plastic.
But this does not mean that it cannot be used on Cache 080/086, it is simply not worth turning on the induction, and it is useless: the plastic is not magnetised.
Therefore, an ice cream maker for the CHEF will suit you.
I wrote about this above.
It has also been said many times about silicone attachments for agitators:
they are absolutely identical, just one gray and the other black. Most likely, this was done in order to make it easier to distinguish them and use, for example, black for meat, fish, marinades, salty sauces, and gray for fruits and sweet dishes.
philia
And no one accidentally has a photo where 010 and 020 stand side by side in order to understand their dimensions? is 020 much bigger ??
Olga VB
I don’t have a photo, but I saw them side by side - they almost do not differ.
And the dimensions at the office. look at the site.
philia
Yes, I looked at the declared dimensions on the site and tried to model them in order to imagine how much they would take up space ... I am confused by the size of the bowl - will it look like a bucket in the place reserved for the car ?? !! And I'm trying to orientate myself whether I need such a volume, or is it enough that at 010 a family of 4 people (for now ...) 2 adults and 2 children under 4 years old ... .... especially at the office. site 010 and 020 cost the same ...
Kisul
philia, Better to take 020. Children have a habit of growing quickly.))) And you will not fill the cup to the top. When comparing, look inside the bowls and you will understand everything. The bowl from 020 is not much wider than from 010, only a third higher. And one more thing: these Keshas are at the same price, but differ in configuration (only a blender goes to 020). If this is not critical, then 020 definitely steers “straighter”.))))))

Forgive me, I did not ask what color they are and what they can be used for (I read about this on the forum). I asked if there really were two of them in the complete set for 086, bought in Russia in our, not for the lumpy, online stores (and just chain stores, by the way).

About the AT957A ice cream maker: it's even surprising that there is such a strange confusion in the instructions on offsite. And why exactly the ice cream maker got into such an "interesting" position?))) And in such heat it is on her that great responsibility is laid.))) Simply, if something goes wrong (t-t-t), there is always an excuse: "We you were warned! The instructions on our website clearly state what is prohibited! " But if people have been successfully using it for a long time, then we will be optimists (although I am a well-informed optimist)))). And then ice cream forever !!!)))

In addition, if you really read this entire thread, you would not have any questions about CM Kenwood, and you would not try to open America to someone about what, where and how it is sold.
Quote: Kisulya
it's even surprising that there is such a strange confusion in the instructions on offsite. And why exactly the ice cream maker got into such an "interesting" position?)))
Because it is plastic like I wrote, and even with refrigerant. And other accessories for Kesha, which have their own bowl, as a rule, with a metal bowl that can be used with induction.
And everything with plastic bowls contains a warning in the instructions that it cannot be used with heating.
This is not a superfluous warning from the manufacturer, because if they don't write this, they can be dragged into the courts by some clever people.
Moreover, bowls from additional attachments can be used not only for their intended purpose, but also for standard functions with stirrers, for example, in the same ice maker you can, for example, stir some sauce. And since sauces are different, it's not a fact that someone won't try to warm it up ...
And if you are so annoyed by my answers, then in the future, I hope, someone else will answer you, because I no longer want to run into your sarcasm in response to my sincere desire to help you.

Hello to all ken breeders! I'm new. We have Kenwood KMS 10. We have purchased and are already actively using several attachments. I would like to share my impressions of the last 2 purchases: a glass bowl AT 550 and a stirrer for stirring soufflés and biscuits AT 511.
First, about the cup. It looks nice, but its inner profile does not match the profile of the metal bowl. The whisk, adjusted to the minimum of a metal bowl, does not just rest against the bottom of the glass, but even does not allow the top of the machine to be lowered. I had to re-adjust. That is, the bowl itself is wonderful, but if someone chooses an additional bowl, keep that in mind. Today, instead of glass, I would choose a metal one.
The biscuit attachment was used once, but since it was contaminated with the dough itself (they added all the flour at once) and it lost volume, I can't blame the attachment for that. We will continue testing.
