You find a branch where it is appropriate, at the bottom of the page it says "new recipe" in red, - poke it, and then just like any message in any topic, only there are still forms to fill out so that the recipe is designed according to the rules of the forum.
There is also hints.
Throw in a link as soon as you can, okay?
And it is highly desirable that the name of the recipe be "..... for KM Kenwood 070/080" or something like that.

Of course, protein alone does not beat, but I don't need it.

I disagree)))
One protein whips with a bang, only the whisk needs to be twisted.

Brothers, I found another convenient property in my Keshik: he shows the temperature!
Ie.
1. When I turn it on, I can see the temperature in the bowl where it stands and whether it will be necessary to rearrange it for proving the dough to a warmer place.
2. It is known that with prolonged kneading, especially a tight dough, it can overheat, which does not have a very good effect on its quality, but here everything is under control.
3. Somewhere here someone wrote (Admin, it seems) that the degree of readiness of the dough for baking can be controlled by its temperature: as it has risen by 2 degrees, then it is ready. With Keshik, no bread thermometers are needed for this.

We had 086 - and there was no protective cover - is that how it should be? ..
Apparently, without it, it is not desirable to interfere with a lot of things, but here it is; (
Olga VB
Alexander, the set for 080/084/086 comes with 2 covers: one is a so-called heat-protective filter, which is put on the bottom of the mixer head, and the second is a splash-proof cover that covers the bowl itself.
Both of these covers are included in the basic kit, they are not optional accessories, so they must be included in the kit upon sale. Moreover, without the first cover, you cannot turn on the induction.
If you do not have them, ask the seller!

Hello! I would like to ask the owners of kenwood with a request. I bought mine in Hamburg, and the recipe book, of course, is in German. Maybe someone could have photographed a coupon that would allow you to get a book in Russian. I will be very grateful.
Olga VB
I have a coupon as well as an electronic recipe book. Which one suits you best? Throw in a personal email. mail, I'll send you.

Olga, can I please have a book in electronic form in Russian?
The same story, the book is in German, but there everything is very far from our Russian cuisine.

Thank you
Olga VB
Where to?

Good afternoon, yesterday I bought KMC010. There were a couple of questions.
1. The juicer attachment is very noisy and shakes decently. And also, in the process of spinning, it is gradually unscrewed from the socket on which it is attached, so you have to hold it with your hand a little. So everyone, or me, did not connect something correctly?
2. A meat grinder, does not completely sit in the nest, well, it falls into the groove, but it feels like it could have been drowned there and further, but no, it doesn't go further. It turns out a visible gap, is this also the norm or try to push it further?)
3. In general, the harvester is noisy and rattles a little at high revs. So everyone?
Marusya
Papa [BOP], I also have. I carried a knife with a net to the workshop, sharpened it. The harvester works every day.

Found the oil where the nut and the mixing attachments are attached. Before that, twisted one of the nozzles ?! Is there something wrong with everyone or me ?!
Olga VB
I have not that oil, but some kind of strip - a trace of grease on the part that is inserted into the planetary part. At first there was more, after 2-3rd use almost none, but the stripe appears on all attachments after use.
And everyone has to twist the nozzles.
The manufacturer does not recommend just tightening the hook.
AlenaT
I have nothing like this on 020 ...
Serge
I also have everything clean in this regard ..
tanya123
Well, I ordered the KMM 023 model, now I'm waiting for it to appear in the warehouse ...
AlenaT
Happy waiting!)))
tanya123
Here I have a question, is there an accidental model KMM 023 but without attachments?
EkaterinaLg
KMM 020 doesn't fit?
tanya123
Not quite correctly asked the question ...
On the site where I ordered, they do not say anything about the configuration, in fact, they themselves apparently do not know which attachments with the combine are going ...
So I think maybe there is a KMM without attachments ...
Strains just strangely cheap price for 23 ,,,
EkaterinaLg
I would be alarmed by such lack of information. There must be complete information about the purchased product. I advise you to shake the sellers. I tormented the Germans from the compatibility of the nozzles (I took 040 + bonus additional nozzles of my choice) and up to the voltage consumed.
tanya123
No, I did not dare to order in another country ...
I ordered in Moscow ...

I would also advise you to find out which attachments are included in the kit. I thought at first to buy 023, but considering how much the 020 would cost and the attachments I needed, it turned out that 020 + attachments were cheaper. And it is not at all profitable to buy 023.
tanya123
They told me here where 023 costs 39340 ...
It turns out cheaper than 020 with attachments ...
Vei
Girls-users of KM020 and similar volume, please clarify to me the minimum amount of PROTEIN that can be whipped in it! I cannot find out this information in any way. They always write about the maximum, but the minimum interests me.
Serge
Well, actually, you can beat 1 too - if you twist the whisk)

Actually, or is it possible? Has anyone tried it? Is it difficult to twist this whisk?
I now have a choice between taking 010/030 or 020.

The price is very good. Therefore, check the package contents.
Even though not all attachments are needed.
Serge
Yes, there is essentially a difference only in the height of the bowl - and the distance from the rim to the bottom is the same. Yes, I tried to beat it - there were no problems. It is recommended to twist in any case all the attachments except the hook - there is no need there. I have km086 (the cup is essentially like 020) - and I won't say that I have a lot of it.

I was scared to twist, everything turned out to be simple. He unscrewed the nut with a special key and set the desired height. For twisted back.
Serge
Uh-huh - just a whisk, as for me, the most tightly twisted)

020 and 023 are the same model, only with a different set of nozzles)))

Look live 010 and 020. 010 seemed very small to me.

PERSONALLY beat ONE protein!)))
Fine!
But I twisted the whisk before that!

Well, I understand what the difference is, millet is strange because the store that sells does not know what kind of attachments are in the set ...
Vei
I want to order in Germany, the prices here are painfully inadequate. And what is the difference between 040 and 020, a timer or the presence of nozzles?

And we do not confuse. ))) It is generally cheaper to buy 020 with attachments than 023. There are, however, exceptions. And this is in Moscow. This was discussed.

As I know. Only by the presence of a timer

How much does this timer make life easier? Does he just crank or turn off the program?

Yes, I'm waiting for Monday, New Year's holidays, whether they are not okay ...

Perhaps the store is large, and the managers may not know and are too lazy to find out. Get your way. It's better than giving up later.
Serge
I don't use the timer as such - I just look at the temperature (because with heating) - so I doubt that it makes life much easier
Musenovna

I have 086 and it has a Timer. It shows how long the harvester is running or it can be configured to shut off. Convenient, because on some nozzles they write "the operating time is not more than 2 minutes." In mine it also shows the temperature, which is also a useful thing. But I do not know if there is in 040. Otherwise, you can do without.
Vei
I realized about the timer, which means I don't need it))) better than buying a nozzle with this money.

I also have a question: is the KMM 023 silicone K-mixer included or not? And does she even fit there? How does KMM differ from KMS? The head is already spinning ...
Olga VB
There are KM, KMM and KMS.
You can find all of them on the official Kenwood website, for example, here
🔗
choose the models you are interested in and see the comparison.
I usually look in the English or German version - there is more information there than in the Russian one.

Are there silicone k-mixers ?! I have metal.
If the numbers don't seem to differ in any way, it happens they just write somewhere kmm, where-kms. But I can't say for sure. This question was raised, try searching in the topic.
