Potatoes with pork and chanterelles in a pot

Ingredients

Chanterelles fresh 50 gr.
Pork shoulder 150-200 gr.
bulb onions 100-150 gr.
potatoes 300 gr.
vegetable oil 4-5 st. l.
salt, spices taste
sour cream 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Peel the onions, cut into small cubes. Divide the onion into 2 parts, put one part aside.
  • Fry half of the onion in a pan in 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil until golden brown. Put the onion on a plate.
  • We clean the meat from the films, cut into pieces of 10-15 g., Fry in the oil left over from frying the onion until golden brown (add oil if necessary), add to taste.
  • We clean the chanterelles of debris, rinse them thoroughly, dry them from moisture on a towel and cut them arbitrarily (I cut them quite coarsely, into pieces of 1X1 cm), fry them on heated with 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil in a frying pan, adding a pinch of salt.
  • Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into cubes (the size of the cut is the same as for meat).
  • All the ingredients are ready, fill the pot: first put the meat, then the chanterelles and fried onions, then the potatoes and raw onions, add two pinches of salt on top, and pour water up to the shoulders (just below the level of the potatoes). We send it to the oven preheated to 180C, after 40 minutes, carefully open the pot and add a spoonful of sour cream, send the pot back to the oven for another 20-40 minutes, reducing the oven temperature to 150C.
  • Bon Appetit!
