Girls - today I made a curd-noodle casserole! OTPAD how delicious !!!!!
I liked it more than Kuku

Baking from 1 pack of cottage cheese in a silicone mold, in a brick, which natamylove sells.
I bent the handles on the sides, stuck it into the AF grid and it became a square
Naturally without a cover.
20 minutes at 180 ° C and leave to rise a little more.

There are no photos, the camera is inoperative, I can only show the mold itself.

And tell me please, chicken meat, cutlets should all be put in one layer, you can't breaded and bunched into a pile to fit more?

Not desirable. I only made a pile of drumsticks in a baking bag.
Love.
Yesterday I also became the owner of this miracle of a deep fryer, I managed to cook only fries in the evening, first from a semi-finished product, and then from my potatoes,
it turned out great, today I will continue my experiments. I bought in an online store, took it by self, I was pleased with the price of 5000, and it is convenient only 7 minutes from the Ploschad Ilyich metro station, if someone is interested in this information I can give the coordinates. Well, I'll post the pictures later, now I'll make another potato and take a picture.
Love.
And here is my potato, it turns out delicious and beautiful, today I also warmed up pancakes with cheese filling, it is also very tasty and most importantly without butter Air fryer Air fryer

I tried to make yesterday kebab _ CLASS !!!!!!!! It turned out great: quickly prepared and very juicy! And the potato is disgusting! I soaked it for 30 minutes, dried it 2 times in a towel and set it on for 10 minutes, then shook it for another 12 minutes. There was no crust, but inside was puree. I tried it and put it on for another 3 minutes, it turned out dried.
did you add oil? without butter, the crust will not work!
Love.
I continue to experiment with the deep fryer. Fries frozen from the store are obtained as in McDonald's, homemade fries are also tasty, but not so, but homemade fries (quarters) are tastier than homemade ones. The kebab and wings are great, today I will try to bake a lula. I tried to fry the seeds, they turned out great, the crackers are out of competition, the remains of the bread do not disappear. In general, I use it every day, the children now go to visit with their potatoes, yesterday I fed a family of 8 people, alternately they made fries and homemade and barbecue, sausages with sausages. Everything is preparing so quickly. I am satisfied with the purchase and can be washed without problems either in the dishwasher or with a brush in the sink, everything is washed, I don’t bother with foil.

Girls, today I fried shashlik and potatoes "Nostalgia" in an Air fryer and in a grill-gas frying pan for comparison.
see here;
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...58497.0
And the shish kebab turned out to be tastier in the grill-gas pan, it was more juicy there.
I think that maybe it makes sense when frying a kebab in the Aerogrill to coat it with oil, and then fry it so that a crust forms immediately and it remains more juicy?
And no one tried, when frying meat, add water down so that it does not dry out?
The barbecue itself in the Airfryer is also tasty, but in comparison it loses.

Can you make donuts in it?

Classic deep fried? No ... not possible, there is no oil.
SchuMakher
That's bad ...

kosmar
I have a Tefalevo air fryer, I fried donuts and whites in it, you can pour oil as well as in a frying pan (it doesn't pour out - it's checked), or you can do it without oil at all - they are like buns.
so I make a medium version (pour oil, but less than in a frying pan)
Nataly_rz
Masha, on Hanukkah, when I tried to participate in your marathon, for the sake of experiment I tried to fry donuts in an Airfryer, even greased them with oil. Alas, nothing came of it, it turned out buns that fit slightly, I threw the remaining dough into the deep fryer, and it turned out to be excellent donuts. So donuts definitely need a real deep fryer. By the way, I have a little clathronic that everyone scolds, but I think that once a year to fry donuts, it fully justifies itself
SchuMakher
how much oil should you buy?
Nataly_rz
Mashul, I have the smallest one for 1 liter, 4, maximum 5 donuts fit into it at a time, and such a patria of mines is fried. 5, I have enough, because I try not to do fried, except once a year on holidays. And you have a big family, so see for yourself, maybe this will be too small for you ...

My husband dropped the saucepan and the plastic broke off, I don't know if this will affect the work .... can it be glued with superglue or will it evaporate into food?

per liter it will just be, our size ... I don’t often make donuts for them, but they ask the employees

I'm looking closely at this device, I don't know yet whether I need it or not.
As for the potatoes, you can wipe the whole potatoes with a napkin or towel (better with microfiber, it absorbs well), and then just cut it. Or will such AF humidity not suit too?
thet
If you have funds, take it. He cooks very quickly and efficiently. For small portions, that's it. And it looks very stylish in the kitchen.

Girls share the secrets of cooking potatoes like in McDonald's, country and fries, well, finish it off with nagits, otherwise the son has no strength to torture.
thet
Personally, I don't really get hung up on the intricacies of cooking. I cooked dried potatoes and no. Coarsely chopped or into cubes. It always turns out very tasty. For me, it tastes better than at McDonald's. But both potatoes and nuggets must be greased with oil. And the main thing is not to set too much time at once. I once burned a potato like that.
matroskin_kot
I also wash the potatoes from starch, then roll them in spices with butter, well, that's all. And nuggets too - I cut a file, in a double breaded with corn starch or with unsalted-ground flakes I roll, well, that's all.
veranis
Thank you I will train

I also got so on fire with this air fryer. I bought it, played enough a couple of times, my husband still likes potatoes fried in a pan more. Fries from McDonald's with simple potatoes will still not work, no matter how you want it (in an air fryer it turns out very golden, but not crispy, inside it is steam). I liked the frozen potatoes from the store more. Honestly, I decided for myself that it was just another whim on my part.
Qween
Romashkina, and we did not buy immediately for the sake of potatoes. Cooking cutlets, zrazy, cheesecakes, etc. in breadcrumbs. It's cool to warm up pancakes - we can say that they are best in AF. I rarely cook potatoes.

Love.
I am happy to make wings, kebabs, breast nuggets, marinade and any side dish for 10-15 minutes and you're done. I marinate and freeze the wings and nuggets, and the kebab is usually marinated for 2 hours and ready. We also make frozen potatoes from the store, but not often. I used the first month very actively, now less often, but I'm very happy with the assistant, the menu diversifies, and if the guests are unexpectedly, there is no equal, immediately fries and something from the freezer (wings, etc.), while the snacks are prepared, the hot is ready, only first meat, and only then potatoes, it cools faster.
thet
AF completely replaces the oven if you cook in small portions. Only much faster. And the potatoes are super.

Girls, I did not find something in the subject of the answer (but asked) is it possible in AF to fry dumplings?
I love this product ...
julifera
AnNita - and how do you fry dumplings in an ordinary oven? Do the same in the air fryer.
As they have already written - Aerofriturka is a mini-oven!

I have never made dumplings in the oven, we sweep them away immediately after boiling
I know people fry in a frying pan, splashing water and oil under the lid.
Or, at first, they boil it all the same, and bring it in the oven, in the same way, you can also put a pot of boiled dumplings in the air fryer and bring it.

Deep-fried dumplings are a fairy tale! In an ordinary deep fryer, they are fried without defrosting, it turns out like a mini-cheburek in a crispy crust (yum-yum) ...
It looks like AF is not suitable for this.

Girls-owners of this miracle, tell me, can you cook zucchini in circles (for a frying pan you need to roll them in flour) can you cook in it? Mine are very fond of this, but standing over a frying pan is very tiring, so I don't cook it often. Just for the sake of them (well, eggplants and bell peppers, and of course potatoes sometimes) every summer the wish to have a deep fryer wakes up. And then it turns out that something has already been invented and is not so harmful

I bought this device for the occasion (I drove to Auchan, and they were there for 2999 rubles) I liked the French fries, I liked the champignons, but we didn’t do anything else in it (yet)

for half a year now as I have an air fryer. To be honest, now I just don't know how I used to do without it, I cook in it very often, even not once a day, but three times a day for sure. My husband generally said that if this one, God forbid, breaks down, he will go to buy a new one on the same day. My husband cannot live without meat, but stewed, boiled meat, in the oven or there cutlets does not really respect, he loves fried, and it is desirable in a piece, but he cannot be fried, so a deep fryer is salvation for us, now almost all meat is cooked there, and lamb , and chicken wings, and pork chops, and turkey drumstick, but it is best to marinate a little before baking. I often bake vegetables, make an omelette for children in it, bake potatoes almost every day in it, and not fries (I rarely do it), but simply bake them in a peel (very tasty and fast), or peel and bake in halves.
What I especially like about this device is the speed of cooking, and my husband has a speed and a golden brown crust, which is still impossible in the oven when baking, even though we have a good oven with a grill function.
Love.
Girls, maybe the information will be useful to someone, in the Metro the air fryer costs about 4 thousand, it seems like a sale too. I am also very used to it, I cook regularly.

And here I need help, my brains run out, I'm in a hurry, I can't remember, although I did - bake 4 small apples - at what temperature and how long should I put it on? To make it very soft, very soft.
Tanyulya
I only baked in foil, set 180 and the time was 20 minutes. I haven't tried it without foil, in AG I bake at 205 without foil for 10-15 minutes
The time depends on the size of the apples.

Tanyulya - straight a savior, I would not have thought of stove in foil, would dry my kids.

Thanks for your feedback. Breaded chicken fillet yesterday and today I did (we sell such a Japanese one). The fillet was marinated (it lay in the marinade for almost a day), AF warmed it up for 5 minutes and made two pieces of fillet for 14 minutes at 180 degrees. I'll post it a little later.
