Horns with meatballs (Brand 6050 pressure cooker)

Ingredients

Minced meat 0.5kg
Rice 100gr
Onion 2 pcs
Carrot 1
Sour cream 100gr
A tomato 1
Horns 300gr

Cooking method

  • I am placing this recipe because I cooked everything together in a pressure cooker.
  • Prepare minced meat for meatballs, put onion, rice in it, knead well, beat off and shape meatballs.
  • Pour a little oil into a saucepan, fry MEAT mode, put onions, carrots, fry a little. Then I pushed the vegetables aside and put the meatballs, fried a little, turned over, added a finely chopped tomato, pushed the vegetables into the places between the meatballs.
  • She fried everything, added sour cream, and without fanaticism mixed meatballs and slightly stewed vegetables.
  • I poured dry horns and added boiling water, it covered the horns by about 1 cm. She moved the horns with a spatula so that they would not stick together, salted them.
  • I canceled the FRYING mode, closed the lid, turned on the PORP mode for 8 minutes.
  • At the end of the program, she left for another 5 minutes, then relieved the pressure.
  • The horns were not sticky, not boiled, they were juicy, but they did not float in the sauce.
  • It turned out very good, fast and tasty !!!!!

Time for preparing:

10 + 8min

Lerele , thanks for the express recipe! I think the recipe will come in handy!
I took note, although I do not have Brand (I hope a new one will appear in the summer!), but I think that Unit will cope well!
Kisena
and in MV it is possible the same way?

I have not tried it in CF. Here the horns did not stick together at all, which was a pleasant surprise for me. But in MV, they cook longer, so I can't say anything, they suddenly stick together ..

This will work for any pressure cooker.

a couple of days ago I was preparing a similar dish in the VM. it turned out wonderful Only my pork was stewed first with vegetables, but then I broke the spaghetti right on the meat and added water (so that the macaros were barely visible) On the "stewing" mode, for the same 8 minutes, my food was ready For taste I added French mustard with grains, mixed and served to the dripping saliva family. Well, it turns out very juicy and does not stick together !!!!!! Try it in the pressure cooker and in the MV !!! The principle is the same. The result will please you for sure. CHECKED. Thanks to the author for sharing good ideas with everyone.

hfhthrf , only, probably, 8 minutes will not be enough for the cones in MV, but since they do not stick together, then add time for cooking.
Thanks for the kind words.

I myself love simple recipes. To be fast, simple and tasty.
And then the horns turned out to be wonderful, somehow juicy, and soaked in gravy.
There are still meatballs, but the horns are gone

It looks delicious!

And in 20 minutes you will have a full lunch or dinner, if the minced meat is ready to take.

I always cooked pasta in MV at "Steaming". The time was set according to the manufacturer's instructions (indicated on the package), basically, it is 8 - 10 minutes. Today I decided to do it in SV, I had to dance with tambourines.
Lerele
On the contrary, it seemed to me that it was easier to prepare the horns, put it down, filled it with water, closed the lid, and wait for yourself.
And what did you fail /? What dances?
