Oh .... Oh ..... Oh ... Hurray! HURRAH! HURRAH!!!!!!!! I woke up my son (giant) and threatened that if he didn’t remove the yogurt he wouldn’t be in trouble (and he’s a fan of grabbing a half liter jar, or even more than one, after the gym) so he pushed and took off with his playful hands.

The Crust mode works well very energetically! : wow
It works fine for me. My favorite mode.

Yesterday or the day before yesterday I made pork in this mode in sour cream-mustard sauce (from the same topic, sorry, I don't remember whose recipe)
The recipe is mine. Everything was normal for me. Maybe a little sauce was poured? Did you like the taste of the meat?

Girls, it's hot outside, but I want to bake something in the fruit season. I kneaded the dough in a bread maker, baked two apricot pies in Aurora and Yummi. One is closed, the other is open. No problems! Tomorrow I'll post pictures.

girls, remember the conversation about your own bowls?
yesterday they called me from the service and said that "my" cup is there and I can pick it up.
I actually just wanted to know if they exist, if it is possible to order, what is the price. and they took and brought the cup under me. Well, in short, I felt uncomfortable, and even the poet's soul could not stand it, and even liked the price ... in short, I bought it.

I remember the conversation in the subject was about 180 UAH, but it cost me 100 UAH. the bowl is identical to my perfused ones, it became perfect. became better than a bowl of yummi, but the quality you know is the same.
already cooked in it last night.

If anyone is interested, I ordered it in my native Aurora service in Kiev. I think in other cities this will not be a problem either.

Well, about the bowl, it will go for about two weeks, so you can still collect your thoughts. I say that I did not expect it at all, but they took and found me a cup.

that's just not clear what the price is. I seem to remember the price of 180 UAH was called ... or I have glitches ...
for 180 UAH I would not take it.

Multicooker Aurora AU 250

The two promised lazy apricot pies:
Dough in x / oven
500 gr flour
250 gr of milk
100 g melted margarine
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2-3 tablespoons of sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp saf-moment dry yeast
The dough always succeeds, it is universal, I bake everything from it, even fry the whites in Dex
And the pies themselves are as easy as shelling pears: laid out the dough in a cartoon, raising the sides (made a bowl), put the cut apricots, sprinkle with sugar. Pour an open pie with a mixture of eggs and sour cream, and just pinch the closed one.
I baked closed in Aurora 50 + 50, and open in Yummi for 90 minutes After baking, give time to cool down (if you stand it) A circle of baking paper was placed in Aurora, and Yummi did not even grease with anything

https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=130377.750
But I changed the composition a little: 4 eggs, 1 glass of sugar, 1 glass of flour + everything else according to the recipe.
The result exceeded all my expectations.
A very tender and fluffy biscuit turned out.
Hello, Aurora! Here I came to you from Perfez, I think I can get hold of some new recipe ... and then it turns out, they try my Charlotte !!! I am so glad, girls, that you like it, eat to your health !!!
It is truly versatile. I bake it in a day: now to the dacha, then to work, then to friends, then somewhere else. Baked with plums, this is something indescribable at all, the only thing I didn’t like was that the whole plum fell to the bottom and fermented ... but against the background of sweet dough, this sweet and sour taste of plum is simply divine!
addresat
I put the apples on the bottom, then some dough, then apples again, the rest of the dough, and apples again on top.
oriana
I made the dough for the very first time, inside apples, on top of the dough, apples must be sprinkled with cinnamon and they didn't sink to the bottom with a little flour, but were evenly distributed throughout the biscuit.
The second time I did this. I just poured all the dough into a saucepan and poured apples mixed with cinnamon and flour on top, so they baked on top of me, not a single apple fell down. It was the same with the apricots, but the plums were disobedient, everyone was at the bottom.
addresat
Apricots are almost never sold here, but you will definitely need to try with plums.

It is thermonuclear only for the last 15 minutes
Kapeliya777
But what about the potatoes? If the program, in my opinion, runs for 2 hours, and the tin itself begins in the last 15 minutes, will it turn out to be fried puree? and I already thought if the cartoon works for me correctly? I very often turn it off ahead of time, switch to another program.

Why 2 hours? you can put 1 hour.
addresat
In the mode, I made a crust of potatoes: I cut them into circles and laid them in layers - potatoes, fried meat, onions - and poured everything with sour cream, and on top you can rub it with cheese.
There was a lot of squirt during cooking. Turned off somewhere in an hour or an hour 10 minutes, everything was ready. The bottom was very fried. And recently I made a cauliflower casserole on the baking mode 50 + 50 min. And still there was a lot of liquid (the casserole was large), so I turned on the Crust mode for 10 minutes - all the liquid quickly evaporated.
In general, I do not use this mode very often.
ang-kay
I have a complete idyll with the "Crust" mode. I even make zucchini caviar on it. No thermonuclear fusion. A lot of the recipes I have laid out were prepared on it. Maybe I didn't measure the temperature correctly, but it didn't rise more than 104 degrees. Maybe some peculiarity of my Aurora?
And the potatoes can be perfectly fried in the "Fry" or "Baking" mode
SupercoW
the FRYING / VEGETABLE mode really makes great fries. I do it regularly.

For the first time in MV I cooked pasta. On a pack of pasta, the cooking time was 5-10 minutes.
In MB, the default is 8 min. I decided that it was enough, but there was not enough time - it was raw pasta. I still had to keep the food warmer for 15 minutes. In general, I liked the cooking process.

in more detail, then it was like this
first I printed it out and started doing everything according to this recipe -
Chicken with zucchini in sour cream
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=67447.0

while she herself continued to frantically search for Sternushka's recipe, this one -
Potato-squash casserole https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=105555.0
because I couldn't find it myself, I wrote to her in a personal message, waited for an answer, and that's why I didn’t start with him ... (if I write confusingly, please “cut it”)))

until I got a response from Stеrn , her first recipe was almost ready, pieces of chicken were fried in Aurora on Zharka, pulled out on a plate, then she fried zucchini in Zharka, and then good fried onions. Added sour cream.
... I took all the number of grams from the original.
When I printed out the 2nd recipe ... and even the 3rd, this one -
Potato squash casserole for CUCKOO 1054 from Omela https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=77788.0
things took a different turn: peeled the potatoes, mixed fried chicken with fried zucchini, grated the cheese, the onion was already mixed with sour cream ... and there Mistletoe has a sequence of layers, I used it ... I need to take her thanks)))
here, phew ....
my casserole - three recipes from the forum in one dish.)))
when everything was folded, the Baking program, just in case, also included it a second time, but you should not wait until the end of the second 50 minutes, it can burn.
The son-in-law said about the taste: "Bomb!" ... it means "Dump head" in our opinion)))
Cooking is not long and pleasant. FSE ...

It cost me 210 UAH. Weight 675 gr. Thickness 2.5 mm. Better finish than our Auror pot. Enters the MV tightly. I baked apple charlotte in it, but it turned out lower than in my own saucepan. So I think - maybe because it is thicker, or maybe for another reason ..
I had an incident the other day. I bought cool bacon and decided to cook it somehow. On the My Bread Maker website, I found a recipe for steaming lard in a baking sleeve. So my sleeve was so ripped open that the MV cover tore off. As a result, now my lid has stopped closing as before. Steam does not come out from under the lid, well, maybe heat and is lost during baking.

I have steamed lard in my sleeve several times.
The first time I had a small piece of bacon and the sleeve turned out to be normal, the lid closed well, and the steam outlet was also not blocked.
The second time, the piece was large, just like your sleeve was open and the lid was difficult to close, it was necessary to apply force to close it, I was afraid to use force too much and, moreover, the steam outlet was closed by this open sleeve. Then I took off the hinged saucepan and put this open sleeve directly into the water, it turned out even cooler! This bacon was steamed in 45 minutes! The taste is just mortality!
addresat
I understood correctly - did you put the sleeve directly into the water? and boiled in water?

I understood correctly - did you put the sleeve directly into the water? and boiled in water?
yes, absolutely right, after the lid did not close, I took all this content, packed in a sleeve and put it directly into the water (at my own peril and risk), well, I thought that it would be absolutely no worse in the water and in the sleeve, than steamed in a hanging saucepan. And really, it turned out great! After all, we cook lard in a saucepan in water, and then stuff it with garlic and cool it, here is the same technology, only the lard is already stuffed in the sleeve, like in an air bubble!
addresat
Thanks, I'll try.
Previously, when there were no sleeves, they boiled in several plastic bags directly in water, it also turned out deliciously.

My grandmother cooked lard all her life just in a saucepan in salt water, then there were no sleeves, and they did not even imagine what it was, these are now the wonders of civilization. So she always had bacon - you will lick your fingers.
And I also do pork's flank like this, stuff it with garlic-carrots, bay leaves, peppercorns, roll it with a roll, wrap it with a string, salt the water very strongly and cook this flank, then freeze it for an hour and cut it with such beautiful rolled rolls

Suitable, but not perfect. The saucepan is superb. We have already talked about this a lot, but the lid does not stay closed. At first everything was fine, and then it began to open at first on the active modes, and now it does not hold up on heating. Maybe I have some kind of weak spring. Someone else wrote about this problem. Polinka's only on Perfezka is all right.

yes, everything is ok. in perfuse and in 57th and 58th. and the 58th is the twin of Aurora.
at the marina in 56th, it seems also opens.
I think this is a lottery ... let's wait for more reviews.

I've ordered another bowl in the Auror service. I've been waiting for a month, they said another three weeks have to wait, there are no such bowls in Ukraine yet, they must bring it.
