If the soup mode does not fit, but you have to use the "extinguishing" mode .. there the temperature is lower, but then you will have to turn off the cartoon manually .. because the extinguishing mode sets the minimum time to 2 hours. There are also general tips so that the porridge does not run away: 1) grease the saucepan with oil in the form of a strip above the surface of the liquid. No liquid will come out through this oily strip, 2) dilute the milk with water. Maybe someone else will tell you the methods. I am not a lover of cereals, so I can only retell what I heard. Somewhere there are many discussions on this topic, can someone tell me where exactly.

As for the valve, you got it wrong. We don't have a pressure cooker, there is no pressure here. The valve must be opened and closed. Unless only for washing.
Almost nobody uses the "crust" mode. It happens that you need to quickly evaporate the liquid in the dish, if it is excessive, or specially brown the crust in some dish. Then you can use this mode, but as far as I know, it still remains unclaimed.
From, thank you, so simply and succinctly, I understood, but for the cereals I did everything. and smeared the saucepan, and poured some water. In general, I have deduced a peculiar pattern for myself, I cook everything in a cartoon, like on a stove, but only the first stage, and otherwise, on the correct mode and forward! Everything turns out ok! If something was not enough for some meat dish, I just add time and go !!!!!!!! Soon I'll get used to it and go ahead at the scheduled time! And most importantly, a huge THANKS to everyone who is on this forum and helps us, just beginners, to understand the beautiful !!!!!!!!! Girls and experienced men THANKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everyone, in Odessa I work at the company "AURORA", we did not have AU-250 for a couple of months, they brought it home immediately on the first day. the second day there was just a great number of recipes in net, there is a service center in Odessa on Dalnitskaya 46 (I am glad that they have been on sale for a long time, but they do not come to the service! they work !!!), it costs something about 60 $ Odessites who are interested in a personal write, we will call you something to decide
roman2911
I really want to ask a question, how not very experienced in baking, can you put baking paper on the bottom?

Desirable. This protects the saucepan, and it will be easier to remove. Lubricate the sides.

I talked with our service technician in Odessa, there is no way to buy pots for multi separately, we need to finish it so that through a representative office in Kiev they give an order to China, and make us spare pots
makabusha
we are ready to finish. only if the saucepan is worth up to a certain level.

of course, at the price of a multi aurora, if the saucepan costs 250 UAH, then this is half the cost of the multi itself, this option is not very interesting, I don’t know about you ladies, but I’m definitely not interested, but I will still try somehow through ours to break through the option with spare pots, although he says that there are no options yet, but in Odessa, we are not accustomed to the fact that there are no options, there should be an option, in extreme cases I am even ready to resolve such an issue at the level of our main office in Kiev (representative office of Aurora in Ukraine) I will talk with the chief, on this topic, I myself caught fire with the second container for the cartoon, although I do not climb into my native one except for wooden blades

I now understand for sure that I need a mixer and a scale, but this is for recipes, and so everything else can be cooked as on the stove, cook porridge, so I do both by volume of water, by time, like on the stove, and I'm happy, mother and daughter they also try different versions of cooking dishes, in general, if you don't want very accurate recipes, or you understand how much to throw, you can do without any kitchen assistants, and since I want to try to cook something according to recipes, I want to take a mixer and scales at work least

This is taobao. You can order from it only through intermediaries (Admin, go to the Odessa forum there are many intermediaries offering their services), in the end it will cost about 11-12 dollars. Will it definitely fit? I look at this seller many more different pots of different materials.

girls-boys, I read the whole topic from cover to cover, and did not find an answer to the question - did someone try to insert a steel saucepan into the Aurora? well, and cook in it, respectively ...
at kidstaff I saw an advertisement for the sale of steel bowls suitable for aurora, orion, polaris and several perfuzzes. I want to sightly buy a cartoon under this saucepan because I want a cartoon for a long time, but I'm paranoidly afraid of Teflon ... no one, ever? confess
Diana
I bought such a saucepan a long time ago. She fit perfectly to Aurora. I'm just happy. True, I did not try to bake in it. I bought it here on the site.

Oh cool:))
so does an iron saucepan work ???
baking is the tenth thing, I will lay on the non-stick parchment on the extreme ... + I will need baking in the cartoon only a couple of times in the summer - on vacation.
But how correctly does a cartoon of porridge in a stainless steel cook? the program does not crash due to the lower thermal conductivity of iron compared to aluminum? does the porridge not burn too much? Can you make a stew or boiled pork?
Diana , thank you for the answer, you are directly reassuring me, otherwise I have already decided that the cartoon is not for such paranoid people like me.

did you find this link in the subject? If yes, then I found it by accident, digging in taobao. Translate the entire page through google translator or any other online. You can partially understand. A saucepan has already been ordered from this link, only there is no review. Now I will try to remember who ..

Here's a mention ... maybe just with taobao ...

jl80

Hi)))) I also ordered Aurora. Mom advertised. Now I'm looking forward to it. I have a big family, I hope we will make friends with the cartoon and she will help me feed my battalion))) Plus the little guy is 5 months old. No extra time messing around in the kitchen.

I cooked a stew of cabbage yesterday - it turned out super. In the morning I cooked milk rice porridge - my husband ate it almost with a saucepan. Wait put the red borschik. So far, I'm happy with everything.
Today I want to make squash caviar, pilaf and yogurt for the night. And the pastries are interesting to try.

I have already cooked borsch, pilaf, yogurt, fried potatoes (here I got a piercing and I got almost mashed potatoes, but tasty)))), stewed potatoes, children's soup, I don't remember anything else. Everything is very tasty, I am satisfied. In general, thank you very much again.

and what recipe did you make borsch? my mother wants to try to cook, I'm far from cooking borscht
fronya40
here on the forum there is a cool recipe- TASTY BORSCH... Well, very tasty and everything is described in detail. It was my first dish in CF and then I realized that the purchase was worth it !!!!!
but how can everyone have their own amendments - I have fried beets, carrots and onions on the stove, and I throw them there. I like it so. And pour half a liter of tomato juice.

A stainless steel pot for baking is not very suitable - it has a different thermal conductivity. In stainless steel, it is better to cook soups or stew something, otherwise they have already complained in Temka about spare pots. that stains are covered - it is impossible to overheat the stainless steel strongly.
By the way, at Kidstaff a couple of days ago there were replaceable pots with a ceramic coating - the hostess wrote. which is suitable for both Auroras and Orions. With ceramics, a baking pan is probably more suitable.

Judging by the functions, it is similar.

Magio is said to be an improved Aurora, with new features (milk porridge) and some Magio models with a ceramic bowl.
MinIrinka
A friend of mine bought Magio 412. I have Aurora. The main thing that I like about my Aurora is that in the "cooking" mode, when the water boils away, it turns off, so I cook buckwheat, rice, pilaf, potatoes. But Magio - only the time on the modes is set - from an hour! That is, if you need 20-30 minutes, then stand and be on duty, otherwise everything will burn out. That is, the main difference between these MVs is precisely this for me.We have already called the service center, we were also confirmed that the MV does not turn off automatically
elfree
In addition to the standard bowl of the "Aurora" multicooker, I purchased a bowl from the "Polaris" multicooker with a ceramic coating, without handles (there are bowls with handles). The bowl fit perfectly.
sima12
When you try to fry in it (in ceramics) then please unsubscribe, does it stick or not?
Aurora left me for the loggia only for the reason that I can't fry anything in it, I use Dex, and compared to him, or rather to his saucepan, Aurora is just awful. Can someone tell me a good spare tire, like in Dex
versia12
No one will tell you what other bowls are suitable for Aurora? Found interesting quotes, but I doubt it ...
