Cottage cheese-apple pie with poppy-nut base (Aurora multicooker)

Ingredients

poppy 5 tablespoons
peanut 1 glass
flour 1.5 cups
egg 4 pieces
sugar 200 grams + 2 tablespoons
margarine 200 grams
baking powder 1.5 teaspoons
Apple 1 piece
cottage cheese 700 grams
potato starch 4 tablespoons
cinnamon, vanillin to taste and desire

Cooking method

  • Poppy seeds, peanuts, 2 tablespoons of sugar, break with a blender. Nuts come out without pieces. Mix soft margarine with one egg, add poppy seeds and nuts and flour with baking powder. Knead soft dough. Wrap in plastic and set in the cold for 40 minutes.
  • We take cottage cheese, add sugar, eggs, vanillin and beat with a blender. Can be passed through a sieve or meat grinder. Then add sugar and eggs later. Add starch.
  • We cover the bottom of the multicooker with baking paper, grease the sides. From the dough we make a form with sides. Put apples, cut into slices, on the bottom, sprinkle with cinnamon. Put the curd mass on top. We bake for 90 minutes.

Time for preparing:

90 minutes

Note

The recipe for this cake was taken by me on the site "". Made some minor changes. In the original, walnuts, sugar in the filling about 100 grams. Instead of butter, I took margarine, instead of wholemeal flour, ordinary. Instead of three apples, one (I thought the dough would get wet), more baking powder and added vanillin. Potato starch, but the author has corn starch.
The pie turned out to be very tasty and aromatic. Try it. You will not regret.

Original butter. I change it out of economy, and I don't see the difference.
