It seems to me that there is something with the temperature regime on the heating. If it is more than 40 degrees, then the yeast stops "working". Try the Yogurt mode. There is about 40-42 degrees. I don't know what the temperature is during heating, but I think it is much higher.

What I don’t know, I don’t know. But I stick to my version. If the dough rose well before the dough, then something happened to the yeast, or it is cold, which is better, because the dough will come up, but very slowly, or hot, then the dough will not come up.
If you try again when heated, do not close the lid, just place a towel on top.

That's what I mean. I measured the temperature in my measure, it turned out to be 41-42 degrees, although the manufacturer claims 38. But maybe it's in mine?

It seems to me that I am normal. Height 6 cm. It turns out the same in the oven.
Your differences are obvious. But they are both good. The main thing is not the height, but how it loosened inside.

I agree with ang-kay, I also think that the height is not important.

and regarding adhesion, we have already determined that in auroras, as well as in perfezzes, the coating of the catryulka leaves much to be desired. highly recommend parchment paper. I discovered it for myself and over the past two days I baked three Easter cakes in my cartoon - everything is fine.

Dear ones, tell me if it is possible to cook pilaf by analogy with a Panasonic multicooker: put raw ingredients, pressed a button and after a while delicious crumbly pilaf. If possible, in what mode? And then I made a gift to my brother, Aurora, he says I want pilaf, but I have MV Panas and that says it all. And the second immodest request, what if someone has a selection of good recipes with descriptions of modes and comments? Share, good people!

Dear owners of the multicooker Aurora, if Aurora and Orion are identical models, then why is it all the same?
Orion just started selling. The majority of members of the forum of this thread did not have this choice between the two MVs. There was a choice between Perfetsa and Aurora.

I do pilaf in the "cooking" mode.
As for me, the instructions contain a fairly detailed description of the Aurora modes. If it is not enough, then you can read the instructions to Lakuchin on the forum and read this thread from the very beginning, there basically only the modes were discussed.

I fry meat, carrots and onions separately. I fill up everything in the MV on top of rice and liquid and on the Cooking mode for 1 hour. The pilaf is delicious.

Hello to all owners of Aurora!
I cook pilaf in the same way as the previous author, I will add only about water: I pour water above the rice on my finger (about 1-1.5 cm), and the "cooking" mode - everything is fine.

I have CF quite recently, I tried to fry potatoes on the frying-vegetables function, it worked out well, but I liked it more on the "baking" mode. I've tried a lot of pastries, always great!
In general, I'm testing. Very happy with my Aurora

I think it's not about the timer.
try to do it under supervision until a consistently positive result is obtained several times.

as for running away ... there may be bad milk, there may not be suitable cereals. say what you cooked from.

now it is already warm enough, the milk could just sour during the night, so it "went for a walk" during cooking.

Finally, my slow cooker has arrived. She made soups, pilaf. With the latter, I smiled, added a bit of water, and it turned out to be delicious rice porridge. But I still haven't figured it out completely. In the process of cooking rice (I put it on cooking, the time is 1 hour), the cartoon turned off a couple of times, "beacons" ran, because of which the cooking was turned on again. Tell me, good people, what did you do wrong?

On "Varka" you will have beacons running in a circle. This is how she works in this mode. The countdown starts 10 minutes before the end of the program. The program is not fixed. Depends on the amount of food and water. Although it is about 1 hour.
With a small amount of cereal, it does not turn off on its own at all.

The fish turned out to be soft, the bones fell apart. Delicious. But for my taste I need another fish, not herring. Better to take mackerel, I guess. There is some kind of smack. The herring may not be of very high quality, although it looks very fresh without red spots and defects.

no, we are cooking .... now I will put the pea soup on stewing already once I tried it, I liked it very much ... the peas are boiled, the broth does not boil, beauty.
I also report about Baba from Celestina ... finally everything worked out, the dough rose normally, I put it not on Heating, but on Yoghurt, as you suggested. well, and then the pastries. Cool! only raisins for some reason at the bottom turns out
And YESTERDAY I received a uniform from Natasha - I want to bake a "woman" already in the oven.

I also cooked borscht in a cartoon on Stew, put everything right away, and added onions, fried with carrots and tomato juice, half an hour before the end of the program. The taste of borscht is mine, dear, only soft cabbage .. and I love crispy borscht, now I will lay cabbage before the end of the Stew.

in general, all class !!!

And I recently baked potatoes in the Crust mode. She laid out layers of potatoes, cut into circles, fried meat, onions in rings, in general, everything that was. Filled it with beaten eggs and sour cream. Sprinkle with hard cheese on top. I turned off the MV after an hour, and that was an hour and a half too much. The bottom turned out to be ruddy, but did not stick. The potatoes are completely baked.

Yesterday I baked a cottage cheese casserole. It turned out very well, did not stick, although in 50 minutes. the bottom is well reddened. My daughter complained that he was burnt - she doesn't really like my fries.
I tried to bake a cherry biscuit, it rose well, and then fell. As a result, it turned out to be gloomy. Maybe she was tricky with the recipe.

Girls, hello everyone !!! Yesterday I made my favorite charlotte in the cartoon, I liked it with my daughters, but my husband rejected it. In the oven, it turns out to be drier, and in the cartoon it is like a "loofah" when pressed, and the top is light. I added minutes (I set it for another 30 minutes). Since we liked it, I will do more in different variations.
Tatyana81
The simplest recipe:
Beat 3 eggs with 1 glass of sugar and 1 bag of vanilla sugar as on a biscuit, add 1 glass of flour and beat more, at the end of 1 tsp. extinguish soda with vinegar and there, and also with a mixer. It turns out the dough like thick sour cream. Peel the apples, cut into slices, put in a mold, sprinkle with cinnamon (if you like), pour the dough over the apples. Oven in the oven at 180 gr. approximately 40-45 min. In the cartoon I set it to 1.20 minutes. If you wish, you can add different berries to the dough, I added raspberries. And we also love it with blueberries, currants, plums. I smeared the cartoon with margarine before baking.
Simple but fast and tasty.

Multicooker Aurora AU 250
I had less cottage cheese by 300 grams and 5 eggs. Starch added a little more (she was reinsured). She baked for 1.5 hours on the "Baking" mode (it could have been a little less than 10 minutes). The casserole did not rise as much as in the original. But from experience I know that cottage cheese casserole should not rise too much. The rest did everything according to the instructions.
I didn’t like the casserole, although my "overage" nephew came and approved. The household has not yet eaten. I like the taste of a traditional casserole with semolina and raisins better. This casserole needs more sugar and probably less chocolate. While this is all relative, everyone has their own taste. Maybe I did something wrong? Maybe I didn't get it as it should. But ... These are my conclusions. Most likely I will not do it again. Maybe someone else will try to do it or did it already?
