Yesterday I got into a "rolling ball" situation. I had to scrape along the bottom.

Pizza casserole with pasta

for a mold Ø 26-28 cm

the foundation
150 grams of pasta (dry weight), I took "spirals"
20 g butter
50 gr of hard cheese
1 egg
1 clove of garlic
salt, pepper to taste
turmeric, wig, curry - optional

filling
vegetable oil for frying
2-3 medium onions
2 small carrots
100 gr dry soy goulash
200g frozen spinach leaves
200 gr liquid (drinking) cream
salt, pepper to taste
nutmeg, dry garlic, herbal spices

100 g of hard cheese for sprinkling

Pour boiling water over soy goulash and leave to swell for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, drain the water, squeeze the goulash.
Defrost the spinach, drain the liquid thoroughly, chop finely.

Lightly fry dry pasta in butter, pour boiling water over, add chopped garlic, salt, pepper, seasonings and boil under a lid until cooked and the liquid evaporates. Cool slightly (just to prevent the egg from curdling). Beat the egg, grate 50 grams of cheese and mix with the finished pasta. Place immediately in a Teflon or silicone mold.

In heated vegetable oil, simmer the diced onion until soft, add the carrots grated on a coarse grater, fry together until golden brown. Add goulash, stew everything together. Add spinach and stew. Pour in the cream, season and simmer until the cream is completely absorbed.

Put the finished filling on the pasta. Grate 100 grams of cheese (I would take 150, but there was no more) grate, sprinkle on the casserole. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° until golden brown.

Of course, instead of soy goulash, you can take chicken or turkey breasts, any meat and sausage leftovers. In this case, use 100 grams of sour cream instead of cream.

It turned out sooooooo tasty and satisfying!
