Ingredients

Boiled potatoes 5-6 pcs.
wheat flour 180 g
egg 1 PC.
shiitake dry or fresh 5 large
salt pepper taste
ground nutmeg pinch
dry provencal herbs 1 tsp
vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • If dry mushrooms are used, soak them first. Shiitake "soak" very quickly, 20-30 minutes is enough. Mash potatoes in mashed potatoes, add finely chopped mushrooms, flour, egg and spices. Knead the dough and leave for 20 minutes. Then roll it into a thin, up to 2 cm tourniquet and cut with a sharp knife diagonally into small pieces, which first boil in salted water for 10 minutes, and then fry in a skillet in oil until golden brown colors.
