I wrote a couple of months ago that I bought replacement pots for our Mule and two rings for the Multicooker. org. And she lamented that the new ring with the old pan works, but with the new one it does not want - the pressure is not accumulated, steam is poisoning all the cracks. All this time, I have been using a new ring with an old pan and today I decided to cook the broth in a stainless steel pan with a new ring. Cooked beef, set 35 min. ND. After the allotted time, the valve rose, but it began to undercut from under the cover and did not stop the flashing of the dot in any way. I decided to press the lid a little with my hand, and, lo and behold, the countdown began! I waited a little, literally 20 seconds, and slowly removed my hand. All OK! A little steam, of course, made its way in the process, but I just squeaked that it was ready.
Why am I reporting? The instructions say that the ring must be changed after two years. But I already smelled so much of everything that I would have thrown it out now. And it stretches over time. At me, it happens, under some conditions, knocks the inner cover plate to one side. You have to look and carefully put the lid at the beginning.

Marin, maybe the ring you bought has lost some elasticity, because we don't know when it was made, but you can cook it a little with it and everything will work out.

Hello Dear owners of the miracle of saucepans! Join the ranks of the admiring and delightful owners of Mulechka. Today we received our new assistant and immediately began to cook with my husband. Thanks to your joint work, we did not have to deal with the instructions and the design of the Multi, for this we thank you very much.First of all, we made a soup-kuleshik. MC, of course, well done, did everything right, but I gave a swing, it turned out too fluid and for over a lot. And when I blew off the pressure afterwards, I kind of covered it with a towel, but for some reason a lot of soup spilled out onto the rim (where there is a green triangle) Maybe this should be the case with forced bleeding? And then I put the meat to stew .... This is something I haven't eaten such gorgeous meat for a long time. Probably about 12 years since we moved to an apartment with electric stoves - well, it's a very long time to cook. In general, we are very pleased with the purchase.

About the ring. It really blows. But where can I buy it? I didn’t find it in German stores. Interestingly, rings from other mules are suitable for ours?

Marin, do you like a bowl with metal ceramics?
Marina86
Today I cooked pasta in the Navy. Didn't find the recipe. I will write. If you overlooked where, sorry))
I fried the minced meat on the frying mode, added the onion. I fried a little more. Added raw horns mixed with minced meat topped up with boiling water just below the level of pasta. I put spiral horns on VD for 6 minutes. The steam was vented and mixed and left for several minutes on the heating with the lid closed. It turned out very tasty.

I like my own bowl more, so I shore it, and I use the bronze-ceramic in full

I am reporting. This used ... bronze-ceramic bowl is thrown away money. It is even impossible to compare with the native one. First I tried to pass the carrots in it - it stuck slightly and left brown spots. Thank God, I washed myself easily. Fried chicken, such a picture. Now I just cooked rice in water - it stuck along the bottom in places, just like that. I hope it will be washed off. There was not even a hint of such things in my own saucepan. What is that kind of money for?
tana33
marinastom, Marina, I have a bowl from Lendlife, golden inside, I cook everything in it, including frying, but if I need to specifically fry a chicken, for example, I use my own bowl.

And she said to my family that in my absence I was allowed to use only a golden, dear, forbidden cup. And then I know: -I don't touch the coating with a fork, I'll just hook the meat and that's it!
marinastom
All that glitters is not gold!
And I was really very upset. I already have scratches on my own saucepan. The quality of cooking is not yet affected, but the fact itself!
L-y-y-di! Whoever hears where you can get your own pans, whistle right away!

pour pasta, you can add oil, pour water to the level of pasta, so that they are completely covered, and about 5 minutes on LP. I had normal, pre-cooked
: girl_sad: I didn't get enough of it. Cooked Italian spirals. Maybe you shouldn't have filled it with hot water? And so, there was not even a hint of gluing.

Girls, I went to read about the saucepan, I want to change it (not even a year has passed - it has deteriorated a lot, although I only use plastic spoons). Tell me, where to buy or order a saucepan and the ring generally smells unbearable. Please advise.
marinastom
I bought at the Multicooker. org. But the ring doesn't work very well with new bowls. Only now it becomes more or less. Pans with AP are much worse than their relatives.
Plastic and wood appliances scratch the AP. I work only with silicone and I have not avoided it. Device since August.

marinastom, thanks.
Another question arose: it seems that my cartoon began to cook longer, if earlier it fit in a few minutes, now it is necessary for rice, for example, 20 minutes per LP.
Maybe someone also?

Hostesses, THANK YOU VERY MUCH for your wonderful recipes - I have already tried a lot and I liked everything very much. I will add my own experiment. My family were satisfied with the dish.
Pickled vegetables Cut the onion in half rings; carrots and beetroot cubes. Salt, sprinkle lightly with sugar (a bit!), 2-3 tablespoons of vinegar, 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 3 tablespoons of water. 10 minutes ND (beetroot turned out to be crunchy), if you want softer, then either add 5 minutes or let the pressure drop by itself. Allow to cool and forward with the forks. Bon Appetit!

Is that possible? =) Here electronics are responsible for everything. Although it can be assumed that one of the heating elements of the burner burned out, unless of course there are several of them)) And what does it mean "longer" cooks? Maybe she just enters the pressure mode for a longer time, if, for example, the lid is not tightly closed ...

Happy holidays, girls !!!

Bekaras, maybe not so explained. Here's the meat - before, 30 minutes was enough for HP to cook a large piece in broth, now sometimes 60 HP minutes are not enough, it remains tough. Rice used to cook less than 10 minutes on LP, but now 20 minutes on LP is not enough.

I noticed this if, during the cooking process, the ring (already decently worn and stretched), as it were, shifts from the pressure on the plate under the lid. At the same time, it picks up from the side of the offset and the product is not cooked, although the countdown goes on and the outlet valve remains raised. Forgive me if I explained it confusingly. I tried.

Happy Holidays everyone!

It's bad without her. I still miss her. Although I already have Brand 6050. But Moulineh still liked me better.

what happened to you ??
Lerele

After I put cans of stewed meat there, I sent them for repairs, and the post office broke the saucepan. It lasted a long time, there was an opportunity to bring it from Russia, so I chose the Brand. Good, but ours was better.
Moulineh works faster, pressure release is faster. And in general, I cooked faster. Although, I repeat once again, Brand is also a good saucepan.

And what happened? What cans were, how much water, what time? Everything is fine with the cans, the stew is excellent. Canned food is great at room temperature. Stew helps a lot.

I put three cans of 750 each, filled it with water, turned it on, and after a few minutes it turned off. Then it was like this - it will stand a little, it turns on, but after a few minutes it turns off again. So I sent her for repairs, and our store on the Amazon sold them in English. Therefore, everything lasted a long time, and she came to me all broken back.
It seemed to me that under the weight something happened to the spring on which such a pumpkin is held inside, the sound was like a spring dangling.
All the same, I regret the saucepan very much, so it was to my soul.

Girls, I have a different pressure cooker, but I'm happy to use the recommendations in your topic. Thanks a lot for the advice. I decided to cook chicken according to the recipe from the book for the Mulinex "chicken Madras" pressure cooker. Once upon a time I took a can of coconut milk for a sample and did not find where to attach it. And then I wanted an experiment.
Original recipe
1 chicken weighing 1.8 kg, cut into pieces, 1 onion, 2 apples, 2 tbsp. spoons of Madras curry, 1 pinch of saffron, 200 ml of coconut milk without sugar, 40 g of butter, 150 ml of water, salt, pepper.
fry the pre-salted and peppered chicken in the Butter setting. Transfer to another dish. Saute the chopped onion lightly. add curry. Stir. add coconut milk, diced apples, water and saffron. Add chicken pieces. Cover with a lid. Cook on HP for 10 minutes.

I had chicken breasts with thighs. I opened a can of coconut milk and found there window putty, with the smell of window putty and the taste of the same window putty. It doesn't look like "bounty" at all (((The creative impulse faded slightly, but the spring required a journey, albeit a virtual culinary one. I decided))) I cut the breasts and thighs without bones into 3x3cm pieces, turned on the "chicken" mode my pressure cooker) and fried the chicken in butter (approx. 1 tablespoon) until light golden, added the onion, cut into half rings, and fried a little more. During this time, she divorced 2st. window spoons, that is coconut, putty 1 multi-glass of boiling water (160 ml). I added salt, black and red pepper, curry powder and a little saffron to the roasting chicken (we don't have a real one, we don't have a real one poured boiling water at the beginning of cooking in a ratio of 1: 1.5.Close the lid and after the end of the program, wait 5 minutes and let off the steam. Some odor of a strange coconut made its way through the familiar smell of curry. However, I haven’t been to India yet, so I cannot know , how the chicken "Madras" smells))) And the taste is very good. The rice was risotto consistency and absorbed the sauce well. The trip took place))) I added a little grated ginger to the rest. Curry, like borscht, becomes tastier the next day))) Interestingly, coconut milk is always like that

Lerele, I had such a situation several times that Mulya did not want to gain pressure right away, but pressing the lid harder and, as it were, twisting it a little, everything worked out. The main thing is to collect water in a saucepan no more than the Max mark. And three cans of 750 each - this is not the weight from which the spring could break.
Now I cook in Ourson 5005, and I left Mula just for stew, and so, to help Oursonchik.

No, well, it's only ours how madras chicken smells do not knowbut familiar with the taste of window putty
Of course, this is closer to us!

All of us, both ours and not ours, were children and explored the world to taste))) I still remember not only window putty, but also chalk white for the walls, paraffin, nail polish, sand, metal swing after rain, resin from the trees ...))))))) oh, childhood))))
And with Madrasny chicken, yes, it's a problem))) I do not like to eat food prepared by unfamiliar hands, and suddenly they put window putty there))))))

P.S. kubanochka, (in a whisper, sorry for the off) is your Shinbo pressure cooker still alive?

Good day! multi-cooker - Mulinex pressure cooker - yesterday was the first test: I cooked goulash at high pressure. It began to whistle very loudly And steam poured out of the valve in a column. But I patiently waited for the start of the countdown - she gained pressure and prepared everything for me in 15 minutes! But steam was pouring out of the valve all the time !!! Then, at the end of cooking, I let him down - and he came out with an even stronger whistle and in large numbers. The meat turned out awesome. But what about my slow cooker?
irman
Qsjyu 🔗 you on our forum; and the valve may just get a little skewed, try to move it next time, it may snap into place. It happened to me once.

I got colossal stress yesterday. I put the rice on VD at 15 and went to a friend's room. The door was closed. After a while I hear a howl of some kind, you know, like in the taps from neighbors sometimes. Then, I think, I need to look, like porridge, I leave the room and understand that these are not taps ... There was such a howl in the kitchen that I was then with wadded ears. The mule took the pressure and howled, poor fellow, I don’t know who. And all this fucking ceramic-bronze bowl! I blew off the steam, threw the semi-cooked rice into my own saucepan and calmly cooked it. Without any howling.

I would like to thank the girls who suggested where to buy bowls for our multi and which ones are suitable.I bought two spare bowls from multi ARC with ceramic coating. I am very satisfied, they fit perfectly, so do not hesitate and take it, I liked the coating of the bowls, I can not say that it is much worse than my own. Let's see how in operation. I wanted to take another stainless steel bowl, but they said in the store that they had not been imported for a long time. Yes, I also bought two spare silicone rings until I tried it.
dilyarat
marinastom, Thank you. I have 30 minutes for ND

I also ordered a bowl from Arc (metal-ceramic), there are stainless steel, but did not order. They have so many types of bowls there and on the basis. multicooker models. I'm afraid to be mistaken, but metal-ceramic is written that is suitable for any Arc multicooker.

After ordering, the operator called me and offered to bring it by courier in a day, but it turned out to be more profitable for me to pick everything up at own expense, which I did. And when I saw the bowls, they seemed to me somehow small, I thought that there was a mistake .. But they ideally approached the cartoon, which I am very happy about. I took 6 liters of bowls.

Do you use with a "native" ring or have you ordered it there? My bronze-ceramic bowl does not want to work normally at pressure. With no ring. Stainless steel more or less.
Tomorrow I will try to call the nearest services about my own bowl and lid.

Did you take the cup from Land Life? I borrowed from ARC, girls on the forum confirmed that these bowls are exactly suitable for our pressure cooker. The O-ring is not my own at all, my dear one is apparently covered, because the cartoon began to bleed steam with it immediately after the pressure was set with a wild howl, frightening me brutally. Moreover, I took off this ring, rearranged it, changed its position - nothing helped. Then I took the ring from Scarlett's pressure cooker and it fit, and my problem disappeared. I haven't tried new gaskets yet, I just brought them.
At the expense of the bowls, now I will take a picture of a new bowl and my own, look and compare the sizes .. Maybe yours is a little higher ...

I think that the main reason is that the sides of other pots are flat, while the side of the native one is slightly rounded down. Mine from LL looks the same as from ARS. Where to buy a Scarlett ring?

By the way, the girls wrote about LL that it fits perfectly. Only experimental tests will confirm or deny. And then, for a specific multicooker, probably.
