Ingredients

Sour cream (better fat) 200 g
Margarine 200 g
Salt 1/4 tsp
Cooking method

Pour flour into a bowl and three margarine on a coarse grater, add sour cream, salt and quickly knead the dough. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Now we make the filling - boil 200 grams of rice in salted water until half cooked. 4 Finely chop the medium onions and fry in vegetable oil with the addition of butter. Combine rice and onion together. Fillet of white fish - season with salt, pepper and drizzle with lemon juice.
We take the dough out of the refrigerator and divide it into two unequal parts, put the large one in a mold, which we pre-grease with oil - now a layer of rice with onions, now the fish (evenly spread the pieces of butter on the fish and sprinkle with dill). We roll out the second part of the dough and close our pie. We make holes on top for steam to escape. Beat 1 egg with a spoonful of sour cream and grease the pie. We put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 20-30 minutes (we make sure that our pie is well browned). Instead of rice, you can put cheese filling under the fish. Grate Suluguni cheese and mix with 1 egg, lightly beaten with 1-2 tbsp. l. sour cream.
