Ingredients

sugar 1.5 cups
soft margarine 250 gr.

flour 3 cups
vanilla
For the cream:
oil 200 gr.
boiled condensed milk 1 can
Walnuts
For the meringue:
proteins 6 pcs.
sugar 2 cups
Cooking method

Beat the yolks with sugar. Add the rest of the ingredients and knead to a soft dough. Divide into 3 balls and refrigerate for half an hour.
At this time, we prepare the protein mass: beat 6 proteins until a strong foam, gradually add 2 cups of sugar. We take 1 part of our dough, distribute it on a baking sheet with our hands, apply 1/3 of the protein mass, "pull" with a spoon and bake at a low temperature (140 degrees).
We do the same with the rest of the test. You should get 3 cakes.
I baked in a mold with a diameter of 26 cm and I got 6 cakes.
For the cream, beat the butter with a can of boiled condensed milk. Spread half of the cream on the first crust, sprinkle with a tablespoon of chopped nuts. The same with the second cake. On the 3rd cake layer, randomly apply icing and sprinkle with nuts.
It is better if the cake will stand the night (if it survives).

So.I made all the ingredients for half a portion, but I reduced the sugar in the dough and proteins by another half. Came out with a diameter of 26 cm, a height of 4.5 cm.
I rolled out the dough thinly (kneaded with my fingers) about 4-5 mm, the whites whipped well, so the protein layer was a centimeter and a half, I also pulled them with a spoon. She baked at 160 degrees, for 30-35 minutes each cake separately. She took out the cake and meringue from the oven in a beautiful beige color, the smell was so pleasant. Cream: boiled condensed milk 1 can plus a third of the can, oil 200 gr. I cooked condensed milk for three hours, but it remained a little thin, although the color and taste were normal (I take condensed milk only Rogachevskaya), so the cream was not thick. After assembly, the cake stood warm for an hour and an hour and a half in the refrigerator, then another hour on the road. I was worried that it would be hard, but it was necessary to start drinking tea. It was cut tightly, the cakes glided over the cream, but when everyone began to eat it, there was no end to the ohams and aham, the biscuits turned out to be tender and fragile, melting in the mouth. In the morning there was only one piece (15 hours have passed since the cake was assembled). The cream saturated the base a little, it remained fragile, the meringue also remained crispy. The taste has definitely improved. Too bad there are so few left. Bottom line: I will bake more, a full portion. Roll the cakes thinly, take twice as much cream. Sweet in moderation.
