Cake Delicate

Ingredients

Biscuit:
egg 4 things.
sugar 1 tbsp.
flour 1 tbsp.
starch 1 tsp
Cream:
curd cream 300 g
cream 35% 300 ml
sugar 1 st
Interlayer:
fresh strawberries 200-300 g
Decor:
Cream 35% 200-300 ml
Powdered sugar taste

Cooking method

  • Biscuit:
  • Beat egg yolks and whites separately with sugar. Then connect them carefully. Add sifted flour and starch. Mix everything. Put in a greased form and put in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Take out the biscuit. Place on a wire rack and let cool well. While it cools down we make a cream for the cakes.
  • Cream:
  • Whip the cold cream with sugar, then gradually add the cream cheese and beat well again. Add flavorings or finely chopped fresh strawberries if desired. I just cut the strawberries into slices and put them between the cakes, smearing them with cream on top.
  • Assembly:
  • Cut the cooled biscuit into 3 cakes. (if desired, the cakes can be soaked in fruit syrup, which will be even softer). Smear with cream. Top with whipped cream and fresh strawberries, if desired.
  • Cake Delicate
  • For a change, instead of the second cake, you can put savoyardi cookies dipped in syrup.
