And I even dried the meringue in the dryer. She covered the shelves with parchment, put the meringue on it and dried it. I liked it very much.

At a temperature of 80 degrees, two or three hours, at a temperature of 65 degrees, five hours. You can start drying at 65 and then gradually increase the temperature.

There are a lot of meringue recipes, so I do not paint.
If the air in the electric dryer comes from the bottom (like mine in Zelmer), then most likely it will not work to dry the meringue. Baking paper does not allow air to pass through. Putting the beaten egg white on the bottom of the wire rack is fraught with leakage. I cut out small circles on which I placed the squirrel. Air circulates freely between the circles, and nothing flows anywhere. When the meringue was already dry enough from the bottom, I removed the paper and dried it without it.
Dried 100%, about 8 hours.

Meringue in dryer

I wanted to take a picture inside to show it was porous, but did not have time. They ate it.

Nooo, our girls will benefit from everything: they will cook borscht in HP, they will bake bread in a multitude, cook fish in PMM, and dry meringue in a dryer.
Eh, it's a pity I don't have a dryer, I didn't feel the need for it, but now I started to buy it. My bezeshki in the oven is not so hot as it turns out. Thanks for the idea.

The maximum temperature in Ezidri is 60 ° C. What do you think - will not be enough meringue for drying?
