Quiche with tuna and champignons "Lazy"

Ingredients

Puff pastry layer
Milk 200 ml
Olive (vegetable) oil 1 tbsp. l.
Eggs 3 pcs.
Champignon 10 pieces.
Canned tuna. In oil 1 ban.
Onion 1 PC. (medium-sized)
Garlic 1 tooth
Salt, pepper, oregano

Cooking method

  • Chop the onion and garlic. Fry in vegetable oil. When lightly browned, add mushrooms cut into slices and fry until the liquid evaporates.
  • Then add the tuna, after allowing the liquid to drain and mashing with a fork. Stir well and remove from heat.
  • Lay out the rolled dough on the bottom of a low form so that the sides are obtained. Pierce the dough in several places with a fork. Spread the filling evenly.
  • Beat eggs with milk separately, season with salt, pepper and oregano. Pour the mixture over the filling. The oven is preheated to 190 gr. oven for about 40-45 minutes. until it is browned and the filling is baked.

Quiche is lazy, because it is made of ready-made puff pastry. This dish is a win-win for both an ordinary family lunch or dinner, and for dinner with guests. We love pizza very much. But so that she does not become boring, sometimes I bake such a pie-quiche. Today with fish filling. Very satisfying and delicious!
