Ingredients

Homemade dough 400 g
Minced meat 500 g
Boiled potatoes 1 PC
Egg 1 PC.
Grated horseradish 1 tbsp. l
Mustard 1 st. l
Bulgarian pepper multicolored 0.5 pods
Cheddar cheese 75 g
Spicy tomato sauce 2 tbsp. l.
Wholemeal croutons 1 PC.
Dry thyme 1 st. l.
Black pepper taste
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • The pie is made from home test
  • Filling:
  • Chop the boiled potatoes in a blender or rub through a sieve. Minced meat, potatoes, egg, horseradish. Stir the mustard well .. Season with salt, pepper, add dry thyme. Cut the sweet pepper into strips and bring to a boil in a little water.
  • Roll out the dough to a rectangle 35x25 cm. Put the minced meat on the dough greased with egg white, sprinkle with grated cheese, crushed breadcrumbs and put strips of pepper on it.
  • Roll up into a roll. Brush with egg yolk. You can make decorations on the surface of the roll.
  • Bake in the oven for the first 15 minutes at 220 grams, then until cooked at 200 grams for 20 minutes. Before baking, be sure to chop the pie so that it bakes well inside.
