Mushroom quiche

Ingredients

Dough:
Wheat flour 300 g
Butter 150 g
Cottage cheese 300 g
Salt pinch
Filling:
Eggplant 1 PC. (200 g)
Thawed mushrooms (no liquid) 300 g
Bulb 1 PC.
Garlic 2 tooth.
Salt taste
Fill:
Cheese 200 g
Sour cream 15% 250 g
Butter 50 g
Eggs 2 pcs.
Wheat flour 2 tbsp. l.
Salt, pepper, seasoning taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the eggplants into cubes, salt and leave for 20 minutes. Then rinse and squeeze.
  • Knead the dough. Roll into a ball and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Chop mushrooms, onions, garlic, add eggplant. Fry in a small amount of vegetable oil until the liquid evaporates. Salt. The filling must be dry !!
  • Beat all the filling components in a food processor.
  • Put the dough in a mold and distribute with your hands along the bottom. Make a side. Lay out the filling. Pour the fill on top.
  • Mushroom quiche

Cooking program:

Bake in an oven preheated to 220-200C until golden brown.
