Mackerel with mushrooms and carrots in the airfryer (lean dish)

Ingredients

Mackerel 2 pcs.
Carrots (large) 1 PC.
Champignon 6-10 pcs.
Bulb onions 1/2 - 1 pc.
Salt taste
Seasoning for fish taste
Vegetable oil 2-3 st. l.
Lean mayonnaise 4-6 tsp

Cooking method

  • This dish really helps me out on fast days. It cooks quickly, it turns out delicious and satisfying. It also looks quite festive.
  • Cooking.
  • I don't thaw mackerel to the end. I wash it, cut it into 3 parts. (I make the tail a little longer.)
  • Mackerel with mushrooms and carrots in the airfryer (lean dish)
  • I remove the fins, cut the pieces from the side of the back, take out the entrails, spinal and large bones. Rinse again, sprinkle with salt and fish seasoning. I put it on a greased round teflon baking sheet.
  • Mackerel with mushrooms and carrots in the airfryer (lean dish)
  • I cut the peeled champignons into slices, the onion into quarter rings. I peel and rub the carrots on a coarse grater. Sequentially fry vegetables in a pan with a minimum amount of oil. (Carrots can be left raw, but often fry lightly.)
  • I put mushrooms and onions on the fish.
  • Mackerel with mushrooms and carrots in the airfryer (lean dish)
  • Then - carrots. I grease with a very small amount of mayonnaise. (In the photo it seems that there is a lot of it, in fact, I smear it well.)
  • Mackerel with mushrooms and carrots in the airfryer (lean dish)
  • I heat up the airfryer on the "Heating" program. Then I place the baking sheet on the medium wire rack and cook at high speed for 10 minutes at T = 235 degrees.
  • Serve fish with vegetable salad (2 pieces per serving).
  • Bon Appetit.

I got a plate from the last photo, please, pass it on! Otherwise I feel bad!
And I photographed something, Lenus! Straight holiday in the plate! Especially the mayonnaise in the foreground ... I would have put my finger in there!
Sooo beautiful!
Shelena
Lenochek, help yourself! Any plate is yours!

Put it in and you'll end up in ... FISH, not mayonnaise.
This camera took this dish so unusually! There is quite a gram of mayonnaise. Take a closer look at the last photo - you can see the structure of the fish pulp. Optical illusion.

Yes, I saw a fish, Lenus. But there is such a delicious mayonnaise next to it ... I just can't, how I like to bake something with it!
And then I also soak a baking dish with bread!
