Recently I tried to cook milk rice porridge according to the recipe from the forum on the mode languor 5 o'clock well, in the sense from evening to morning. I didn't like the result, it turned out to be something like a pudding.
Today I cooked this porridge on the timer on the mode heating... The mode is pretty strong, everything heats up, boils and boils for a while. The duration on this mode is no more than 25 minutes, it is clear that this time was not enough for the porridge to cook completely, the cereal remained a little damp. Left on automatic heating for 2 hours, the porridge turned out to be wonderful, watery.
I took 1 liter of liquids (0.5 liters of water + 0.5 liters of milk), 100 grams of rice, 100 grams of sugar (it seemed too sweet to me, next time I'll put less), 30 grams of butter (it seemed a lot too) and a little salt. I smeared the saucepan with butter just in case.
Conclusion: if porridge is needed at 7 o'clock in the morning, set the timer at 5 o'clock in the morning and let it stand for 2 hours on heating, just by 7 o'clock the porridge is ready.

May @, have you tried it on the Quenching? I get a delicious porridge in exactly 1 hour. I regulate the density with the amount of liquid. You don't even need to interfere and I don't grease the bottom with oil either. In general, after turning off the program, I add oil and close the lid for another 10 minutes to brew.

And I cooked quite simply: I poured a pork leg (2 pieces of hooves) + chicken thighs (3 pieces) with boiling water from an electric kettle. I put it on a boil. Boiled and put on stewing / simmering for 8 hours. Immediately threw peppercorns, bay leaves, whole onion (peeled). I don't like garlic in jellied meat, so I didn't throw it away. Salted immediately.
