Egg noodle dough

Ingredients

Wheat flour 410 g
Water (how much dough will take) 2 tbsp. l.
Salt
Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
Egg 2 pcs

Cooking method

  • Knead the dough when smooth, roll out thinly and cut into noodles. But ideally, this dough makes lasagna. 4 cm wide and 10-12 cm long.
  • -in the middle of the batch, when the bun is already formed, add 2 tsp. vegetable oil.

Can you please tell me if you use it in lasagna, after having prepared the layers, just dry them and put them in a mold ?! Or boil it first, and only then form the lasagne

I don't dry anything - just put it in the mold.
