Steamed dumplings

Ingredients

How much flour will the dough take?
(not tight, but not to stick to your hands)
Serum 500 ml
Fresh yeast 25 g
Soda 1 tsp
Any filling

Cooking method

  • Warm up the whey, mash the yeast with sugar and mix with the cheese, soda in the same place (it should sizzle strongly and rise up with foam). Pour everything into flour and knead the dough. Stick the dumplings (roll out the dough not thinly, about four millimeters), and steam it (a saucepan with water on top of the gauze is attached to the gum).

Note

Our Ukrainian recipe, delicious and fluffy even when cold, can be stored for a long time in the refrigerator, reheated in the microwave, and again as fresh from the stove.

I want to raise the topic - after all, which recipe and on which program is better to use in a bread maker?
Keti
Steamed dumplings are very fluffy. I like them more than boiled ones.

It is necessary to add "yeast" in the name, because classic steamed dumplings are made only with soda. Moreover, the site has a recipe for steamed dumplings. And this recipe, so as not to get lost, you need to correct the name.

Yes? And I haven't seen the recipe for steamed dumplings yet. Probably called wrong.
