Ingredients

Dough:
Rye flour 1 cartoon. Art.
Wheat flour 2 cartoon Art.
Milk (or or broth) 4-5 st. l.
Sugar 0.5 tbsp. l.
Salt 0.5 tsp
Butter, soft
(or any other fat:
animal, vegetable, sour cream)
1.5 tbsp. l.
Egg 1 PC.
Soda on the tip of tsp.
Filling:
Chopped meat 300 g
Bulb onions 1 onion
Ground pepper, salt taste
Fill:
Egg 1 PC.
Milk 2/3 cup

Cooking method

  • Fry the minced meat with onions in a pan. If a little dry, add some water - the filling should be very juicy.
  • Knead soft dough from flour, eggs, milk and butter. Divide it into 12 balls, roll each ball into an even circle 1, -2 mm thick. Tuck the edges up and pinch, making the sides.
  • In each such "saucer" of dough, put the filling with a spoon and pour 1-2 tablespoons of omelet filling from a beaten egg with milk.
  • Bake in a hot oven for 20 minutes.
