If you buy an avocado for the first time, press it with your finger, it should be soft. Do not take solid - it will taste bitter. Begin to whisk and gradually add sugar and cream.
  • I always use freshly squeezed juice, but if there is none, then I got 300ml. If you don't like the creamy taste, add juice. This makes a delicious sorbet.

I did the squiggle from the first photo like this. I put the chocolate icing in a thin disposable bag and melted it in the microwave. The temperature should not exceed 40 C. Then I cut the tip very toooooonko, and drew a mesh on the film. It is convenient to use a file that is dense in the form of a pocket. Then she folded it into a roll with the film up, hooked the edges with a paper clip and put it in the freezer. As everything cooled down, I removed the film.
The second photo shows a blister. This is a stencil with grooves. At the bottom there is a drawing with food paint. Pour the glaze, cool and the beauty is ready. In theory, the form is disposable, since the drawing is for 1 time. But I don’t throw it away. I have it, reusable. I put chaotic white chocolate stains on the bottom, let it freeze, and then fill it with glaze. If you paint white chocolate with food coloring, you can get multi-colored circles.
