Ingredients

Dough:
Wheat flour 3-3.5 tbsp.
Milk 0.5 tbsp.
Kefir 0.5 tbsp.
Salt 2/3 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 1.5 tsp
Soda 0.5 tsp
Egg 2 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Glass 250 ml
  • For the filling, I take German Fetaki in blue packages - quantity to taste.
  • Put all the ingredients for the dough into the bread maker in the order recommended by the manufacturer and put on the Dough main function. After the signal from the bread machine, take out the dough, roll it into a rectangle. Lubricate it with melted drain. butter and spread the crumbled Fetaki thickly on its surface. Roll up roll. Cut pieces 2-3 cm high from the roll and put in a mold greased with vegetable oil. After all the rolls are laid out, give them a little distance and brush the surface with whipped yolk. You can add garlic and herbs to the filling to taste

Cooking program:

Bake at 180 degrees until tender.
