Ingredients

Wheat baking flour (sift!) 400 g
Dry yeast 1 incomplete Art. l.
Egg 2 pcs.
Sugar 100 g
Salt 1 pinch
Any thick jam (now I have gooseberry) 2 tsp
Softened drain. oils 100 g
Milk 50 ml
On a signal, add "stuffing":
Seedless grapes 0.5KG
(or peel large grapes, preferably round)
Add the zest of half a lemon, cut into small cubes

Cooking method

  • We get a soft butter dough

  • Put the finished filling in a colander so that the excess juice will drain.

  • P.S. in general, in the baking mode of muffins, a baking powder is used when preparing the dough, but I prefer yeast. I tried it with baking powder and with "slaked" soda, but I liked it more with yeast
