Note

Baked goods can be stored in a jar from 3 weeks to 6 months. Sources say so.
For cans in which baking is prepared, there is one condition - the walls must be even, or have the shape of a truncated cone.

And then how? Straight from the can? : pardon: Or you can somehow shake this cupcake out of it. From ordinary glass - it is clear that nothing. You need to look for such vessels as in your photo

kava., this is like a preparation for future use For unexpected guests, loved ones, etc. Jars are special for such baked goods, but it is also possible in jars.
In Germany, such baked goods are sold in stores.
And there are many recipes for such baking. I have already tried a few, but you can't make such a "yummy"
You can eat from a can (cans of different sizes) or serve on a plate.
argo
well, you must!
kava
Natali06, thanks for the clarification, now it's clear. Cool
Natali06
argo, I was surprised for a long time, but the desire to try something new took over.

Wow! I wonder how!
Elena Chekalova suggested cooking vegetable stews and stewing meat in small jars in the oven. I prepared a portion and take it to work. And about baking - it's interesting.
Natali06
Why not?! We used to eat biscuit rolls, all sorts of cookies with a bunch of chemicals. And here is the temperature + sealing.

Natasha, I'm not saying no. On the contrary. It's great. And a cool way out in the heat. I can't stand it, I'm +25 - Africa. And so I baked jars of muffins in the cool, put them in a cupboard and give them to your favorite household for tea. This is definitely worth trying.

Yeah, the only question is where to get such jars

kot-kesha

Ksyusha, here are the jars 🔗, but now I see one size, and then a little different. I bought in Kiev, in Ocean Plaza, the same shop as the address.
Innus, but I didn't find such jars like yours
Vasilica
Crochet, I also have such jars. I bought it specifically for cupcakes in a jar, but mine did not like it. The fresh ones were cured, but the "rolled" ones did not go.

Well ... what did you taste differently?
Vasilica
Yes, it didn’t seem much different, but not that. Maybe just psychologically, you think, it stood for two weeks, no longer fresh. But frozen, even more than two weeks, flies away.

I think that a bun will not jump out of such a jar, it is expanded at the bottom ...
