Apparently I have different meat Neither on the lid nor in the soup there is no foam !! Everything is transparent and clean !!
And you probably use beef with bones, which give a black foam, I never cook soup from such meat!
balerian1
Tatiasha In Moscow, meat is pumped up with all sorts of nasty things ... from this, not only foam appears ... this is especially noticeable when you cook meat in an airfryer ... it seems to bake it ... I did not add a gram of water ... but at the end of cooking, drain up to 0.5 liters of a cloudy brown liquid from the bowl ...

Today I baked a beautiful manna on this multicooker, so it bakes everything.

Only here is a question for baking. I have already done baking 2 times, so the bottom dries. Maybe not 1 hour 10 minutes, but 30-40 minutes to do? I'm afraid to watch in the cooking process, it will suddenly settle. It turns out, of course, delicious if you eat it right away. And after a while it cools down and becomes dense. And the semolina is felt, although the mixer is very good. I beat well.

I am constantly amazed by the questions about non-corr. work of our MV, somehow they pass me by, so Aigul asks a question. I got a golden brown crust on the cupcake, without a hint of burning, I even increased the baking by 10 minutes. Maybe the recipes are not adapted to the MV take. I baked a cupcake according to a recipe for MV Kuku and everything worked out great in our Cinderella.
Aygul
Thank you for the quick response. I take recipes from our forum (about Vikusya). The crust does not burn, it seems to be dried too much by 0.5 cm. Both the manna and the curd casserole turned out to be dense, which is why there is a question about the cooking time.In the oven, I would add power and less time. And here ... well, it doesn't work yet.

Aigul, the cooking time in Viscount (yes in any other multicooker) needs to be customized. If the manna is a little dry, try reducing the baking time. As for the manna itself, it should be heavy, the structure of the dough is as follows (flour, butter, sour cream ...).
Although the Visonte is similar to Panasonic, the increased power makes itself felt. I cooked pilaf in 45 minutes, rice on "Plov" in almost half an hour. And I added less water to rice, not 1 to 2, but 1 multi-cup of rice to one and a half glasses of water. These are the nuances

I tried to cook soup today. First, the meat, onions, carrots were fried on "steaming" for 20 minutes, and then put the potatoes, cabbage and water poured to the top mark. I put it on the "soup" mode ... after an hour I tried cabbage and started the raw potatoes for another 40 minutes in the same mode. Cooked. Quite tasty and aromatic, only the cooking time confuses. On the stove, of course, faster ...

Quote: pfzw

Such a question: I cooked vegetables in MV with garlic and all kinds of peppers and other aromas, it turned out superb, but after washing, there was a smell, as it turned out from the gum on the lid. After a couple of days of airing, the smell still remained. The lid, as I understand it, cannot be removed - what can I do?
.

And yesterday they talked about it all evening here.... It is much more convenient for me and many others to wash the pan and the lid separately than a pan with the lid fastened to it. Moreover, balerian1 said he would show how she was filming. Why not use it?
Tatiasha
In the early days, the smell also confused me, but then practice showed that when cooking, a trace. dishes, the smell is not transmitted. I WAS NOT SMELLING FROM SILICONE ON THE LID, BUT IT HAS BEEN FROM THE BOWL.
And there is only one way to remove it: with a screwdriver, sobsno, Valery has already shown this. I will never do it, a little, by accident, I will break off a thread, nope, I will not !! And I don’t need it. I will not cook porridge any more, one failure was enough.

Tatiasha and cooked dairy porridge? or just porridge on the water? Why am I asking, because it is believed that these pots are the best for boiling porridge, they, in fact, were invented for this. This is the second head she is already a biscuit maker and a soup cooker.

foams? the milk has been cooked? oh, well, this is not news. In the Panasnaya thread there are whole abstracts about it. The fact is that the Japanese and Chinese almost never cook porridge in milk, hence all the troubles. And we have a need for inventions, as you know ... so we want to adapt everything for everything. If you have a good stewing-languishing mode (I mean not active) and most likely this is so, since the lids do not get dirty, then God himself ordered you to cook milk porridge. And it may be that your romance with porridge is not over yet. Try changing milk.

Hello everybody !
We have been using the first unit for 4 months and the second one for a month now. Both multicooker work differently. As mentioned above, I had to customize everything and cooking times and recipes. But, in general, everything pleases. True, now we are facing the same problem - how can we lose weight here if everything is so delicious. And even if the baking process ends at 12 at night, you can’t refuse the sample — it’s some kind of trouble. Here again the cottage cheese "smiles" and invitingly looks at the croissant. Since my Panasonic cartoon left for warranty repair, and without it, oh, how bad it turned out (and how I used to live without a multi), today, as a second multi, the Visconte was purchased.

I chose it by reading the reviews here on the forum, on the principle that there was milk porridge and programs that were as close as possible to Panasonic. This thread contains the most positive reviews and I made up my mind.

What can I say, I got the model with butterflies (by the way, on the official website the drawing is similar, but still different), with the added baking mode.

Outwardly, a very pleasant product, immediately cooked rice with carrots on pilaf mode did not disappoint either. In principle, so far the impressions are positive.

The only thing that is alarming is the smell. I felt the smell as soon as I opened the lid. By sniffing all parts, wiping and rinsing the bowl, it turns out that the bowl (bucket) smells, and the outside smells stronger.

Panasonic did not smell at me. What could this smell be associated with? As I understand it, someone here also had a smell, and then left, is that so?

Hello everybody! I firmly decided to join the camp of the lucky ones with a multicooker. I can't decide what to take. Panasonic SR-TMH10 or Viconte VC-600. Korella, I would very much like the opinion of a person who used both that and that!
Confusing in all this is this:
1) The dimensions of the Viconte are only 4 cm larger than the Panasonic, and the capacity is already 4.5 liters. I'm not sure what I need so much, I live most of the time alone.
2) power consumption Panasonic 450W, and Viconte 700W. At the same time, in the characteristics of another multicooker, Maruchi RW-FZ45F, with a power consumption of 700W, I read "The main feature of this multicooker is its low power consumption" Does the economy depend on power? Or Panasonic is the most economical, but they forgot to write about it?
3) and again, I would very much like to hear the impressions of a person who has tried both of these multicooker.
Thank you!

Valery, thank you, I was waiting for your answer, to be honest. The smell is very strong chemical. Sharpness is similar to acetone, but more poisonous.

Yesterday I made pilaf, did not eat, I tried it, the chemical taste on my lips. Today I set the steam cooking mode for an hour without anything, the smell does not go away yet. I have a Japanese dishwashing detergent, it washes and removes odors remarkably, but here it is powerless.

Therefore, I naturally had a question about the unsafe use of the product for cooking.

Well, I'll start with the fact that my little Panasonic multicooker left for warranty repairs, having worked for only 1.5 months. Basically, I originally wanted a big Panasonic, but my husband got it wrong and gave me a small one. Therefore, it is more logical to compare the Visconte with 18 Panasonic, they are the same size.

I can't say my opinion about using these two multicooker yet, because because of the pungent smell of Visconte, I just can't cook in it. I believe that cooking products cannot smell THAT in principle.

Now I am in very upset feelings, because I don’t know what to do right, continue to wash the pan further, return the cartoon back or give the pan for examination. The most offensive thing is that it was bought as a second one instead of the one that was being repaired, and then to the dacha, but I cannot use it for its intended purpose, that is, for cooking.

Yes, in principle, I can give you a lift, of course. I live in Tushino.

The thing is, I just read about Xylan and QuanTanium and realized that these are very good coatings. Rather, the second, which, presumably, I have, is even just wonderful. Yeah, I got it. Toka two stops by metro, from Skhodnenskaya to me, three minutes further.

On the trail. a week, no earlier than the middle, I can get out to you.

Right now I went to the kitchen and smelled the cartoon. The pot is dry after washing and does not smell either inside or outside (yesterday it smelled especially strongly outside when it got wet). I put my nose inside the multi, the smell is now felt most of all at the bottom, where the "hat" is on the spring and on the lid in the area of the seal. The smell is no longer as strong as it was originally, but just as strong. Well, that is, weakly sharp. We continue "airing" and "weathering".
