Thank you! I have a mobile Internet now, I won't post pictures! First remarks: the cartoon is positioned as with 3D heating - this is not the case, only the bottom is heated.
Vadim said somewhere that the heating from above is very weak, like, for drying condensate on the lid. But the condensate still drips off. So ...

The extinguishing function is not correct: the table says that the temperature is kept at 95-100 degrees, but in fact it heats up to a hundred, but only holds 70 - I checked it with a thermometer.
70? So this is practically languor, not extinguishing

Hooray, it worked! But 3 hours ...
Some sad review came out

I was also unlucky for baking: the mode was over, I opened the lid and condensation dripped from the lid on the charlotte, it was sad.
just about - and I have a very strong condensation on the charlotte. You have already found the answer for yourself, what to do with it?
IRSh
I made a casserole in baking mode for 50 minutes on one side, then 15 minutes on the other side before opening the lid, after turning off, I waited 5 minutes each time, the condensate did not drain. but in my opinion baking, as such, does not work, because only the bottom heats up, it turns out better and faster in the oven, the temperature is low, I will try on other modes. after all, you can not turn over all pastries ...

low temperature
Well, it was reduced so that it would not burn ... And now it is small?
Nevushka
Maybe just add baking time? And I don't see the point in turning it over - you can lay out the baked goods with a light top down or mask it with cream, even if the top is browned for a long time on heating.

Now I am carcassing meat and potatoes on the buckwheat porridge mode, I turned it on after I had kept this dish on the stewing mode for 1 hour and 30 minutes and the potatoes remained raw. I'll see if I can succeed .... The buckwheat mode keeps the temperature, as in the table: first 100, then 90 degrees. Hooray, it worked! But 3 hours ...
Good day.
I see a clear discrepancy between the operation of the "Extinguishing" mode. The temperature indicated in the table is the normal operation of the mode. If the temperature reaches 100 degrees, and then drops to 70, it is not surprising that the potatoes remained raw in 1.5 hours. I recommend contacting the service center, the addresses of service centers can be found on the Brand website.

did you open the valve while waiting?

in fact, the first time I baked the biscuit, it was GORGEOUS. The fact that the top is white - and who cares?
never went up so cool in the oven. But later, for some reason, condensation began to appear

I answer everyone in turn: I don’t want to go to the service, otherwise it might get worse, I didn’t open the valve after turning off the mode, I just waited 5 minutes and opened the lid, there was no condensation! about baking, thanks for the tipofiu, officially it's hard for me to say thank you, you need to open a new tab! today I canned the juice, heated it up in a multitude, I had to do it at 80 degrees, but I didn't find that temperature, I warmed it up at 70 (languishing mode), we'll see ... it's bad that you can't set the time from the beginning of the mode, I needed only 5 minutes, stood over cartoon ...

I bought this slow cooker, I use it and a number of questions arise:
1.There is no steaming mode, which mode to cook?
2.stewed vegetables, everything was overcooked, and why not manually change the time, 2 hours for vegetables is a lot?

This is Elena's answer to your first question:

We recommend changing the "steaming" mode with the "Preheat" function.
And about the stewing time ... Why not stop the program earlier, when the vegetables are already cooked? It is not at all necessary to extinguish them for 2 hours Or, you can try other modes that turn off after evaporation of the liquid ... Buckwheat ... Rice ... Multicooker Brand 37500
