DonnaRosa, there are no Italian and Sandwich modes in "Russian" stoves. Instead, they made Jam and Pelmeni. Therefore, I apologize, I do not know which mode is suitable for your stove.
Can you tell me the jam mode step by step in minutes?

I already bake some bread and I can't understand whether we have boning or not? Or do we have one continuous rise?
I didn't find anything about it in the instructions, but the stove works soooo quietly that the first time I almost missed the batch! I can't spot boning

Today there was bread and olives, so the dispenser worked and everything was quiet, I think what the hell is this? What all? Separate bread, olives separately? I'm in the instructions - there is nothing ... while I was rushing about, the stove started kneading again - I exhaled ... in general, it never ceases to amaze me)))

Bread maker Panasonic SD 255 (part 3)

To me, personally, it tastes well, very tasty! You can talk about GOSTs for a long time, but for me this recipe for Rye Zavarny is like Borodinsky.

But I just can't understand why many people don't like the Rye Bread program so much? It turns out so tasty and fast! I'm glad that I didn't save money and took the 255th model.
Rina
Fish, confess, what recipe turned out so cool on the rye program ??
RybkA
Well this is from the instructions!
Bread "Zavarnaya"... Rye Bread Program at 3:30
Only I baked with pressed yeast, gave 8 g.
Rina
Exactly, as in the joke: "If after all the above operations, you still do not succeed, READ, FINALLY, INSTRUCTIONS!"

But I just can't understand why many people don't like the Rye Bread program so much?

I am also satisfied with the rye program, I never get rid of the pizza modes, then the proofing, etc., I cut in the rye and everything works out great.
Vanya28
Why do many people so dislike the Rye Bread program?
Because if you bake Rye bread only on rye flour,
and not from a mixture of rye and wheat flour,
that from the instructions for the HP Panasonic,
and this is not the same thing, then:
- equalization of temperature forces you to be close to the bread maker
thirty to forty minutes waiting for the start of the batch,
since the dough is only on rye flour,
HP Panasonic independently, without help,
cannot mix;
- baking time 60 minutes is not enough, it takes 90 minutes,
and when trying to bake bread in 60 minutes,
it is necessary to reduce the amount of water when mixing,
which leads to overheating and shutdown of the Panasonic HP mixer;
- the rise time of the rye dough,
for sourdough bread lovers,
often not enough either.
This is briefly why.

If the recipe is correct for the stove,
then the stove will knead everything on its own.
Everything is designed by the manufacturer as it should be.
There are specials. scallop mixer for rye flour.

My opinion: rye bread for the manufacturer of HP is exotic. Lovers of black bread seek their own taste, therefore the baking technology is selected individually to the recipes and taste. And the fact that bread will turn out on the Rye program - no one argues They will argue about the appearance, about the crumb, about the taste and about the baking program
RybkA
Vanya28, and no one talks about bread on pure rye flour!
So far I have baked only the recipes from the instructions - everything is fine! The whole family is happy with the result! What more could you want? Why find fault?

Why is there so much confidence in the words about the fact that he will not be able to knead and overheat? Do you say this from your own experience?

Vanya28
Well, I don’t want to believe, don’t!
To guess why, about the manufacturer, the correct recipe and a scallop.
Well, a good manufacturer so what?
If HP is rye dough of the required consistency, it does not stir independently, either with or without a comb, it does not stir. You need help and you have to dilute it. We are writing about this and personally verified by me, it is not useful to repeat, the motor may burn out.
You take bread, bake it personally and rejoice at the result.

With assumptions, I believe, immediately and feel better.
And it is not difficult to bake pure rye itself as a whole in the end, if you don't rely on a scallop for example.

Read Temki about rye bread and how easy it is.
And which recipes to stop at is of course a personal matter.
And the point is that you can easily bake whatever you want, you just need to know how.
So we help, share our experience. Reading the experience of others!

RybkA
We are writing about this and personally verified by me, it is not useful to repeat, the motor may burn out.
Nobody is going to repeat such experiments.

I have no need to bake pure rye, the bread that I have tried is not yet tired.

At first I was also worried about this.

But I bake bread. It turns out delicious.

Just in case: there is a difference in the programs.
The Russian version has a program of jam and dough for dumplings,
and the English has Italian bread and sandwich.
Olga82
What's better? Is the jam good?

No jam. I make dough for dumplings and dumplings using the "pizza" program.

I will most likely take the Russian version, I need to make dumplings and it is unnecessary to bother with the language

A scallop on a mixer is still needed.
The dough from rye flour is not the same as from wheat.
I tried it without a comb. Bad without him.
The mixer turns, and the dough hangs in the air and does not mix.

Of course, you need to choose what is more convenient for you personally.
But the Panasonic 255 itself is great.

What's better? Is the jam good?
Somewhere on the forum they wrote that jam cooked in a bread maker is not stored for a long time.
It is better to use the stove for its intended purpose.
Rina
My opinion about jam:
If such a jam needs to be prepared for the table (i.e., not for storage) from frozen, for example, fruits, then it can be cooked in a bread maker. Due to the short cooking time and one-time heating, such jam is more lively in taste. But you need to use it "here and now".
If the jam needs to be cooked for storage (and these are usually quite large volumes), then a saucepan / bowl is better and over regular fire.
My bread jam (cherry) quickly became moldy, so I stopped the experiments.
SchuMakher
I cook small portions of frozen cherries to the table at once ... the toad smothers that kind of money in the store ... Everything else is in a copper basin, according to all the rules, this is a ritual ... and then we are not jam-eaters, children a couple of times they will eat and forget, but it costs, sour ... I still have jam 8 years ago, we will not eat everything
Olga82
I bought a Panasonic SD-255 today. Now I put it on quick baking, then I'll write what happened.
And you can make cupcakes in it, but I can't find a recipe

Here at this link I baked a cupcake.
A great. I took flour "Extra", that is, grains.
The flour of the highest grade turned out to be simpler.

A similar recipe is in the English version of the instructions for Panasonic 255.
For all the recipes from the instructions, I make all the cupcakes perfectly.
Olga82
Thanks for the links!

And I don't have recipes in the instructions. Maybe I missed something, but they should be in a big book?)

Yeah ....
Olga82
The bread is baked !!!! Yummy
I found the recipes, the stove will cool down, I'll try to make a cupcake, only there is a recipe without adding raisins, but how can I do it with the addition, on which program?
And another question, I don't get a knife from the stove for some reason ...

Make the dough quickly with a mixer. Pour into a bucket.
Everything is written in the recipe.
Set the Baking program on the timer for 60 minutes.

Soak the knife, it may stick with the dough.
Olga82
When should I add raisins to the dough?
I probably completely tortured you with questions
SchuMakher
When you make the dough by hand, then put it down, only after that do not beat with a mixer, otherwise the raisins will grind
Olga82
