When the bread is already baked, you need to take it out immediately, or it can stand in the oven.
sazalexter
Olga82 it is advisable to take it out right away, otherwise if it is sweet, it will burn, and a simple one may fall a little on the sides.

dear owners of Panasonic 255!
You have a Fast mode with a duration of 1 hour 55 minutes.
Can you please tell me, in this mode, the oven heats food for 1 hour and kneads and bakes for 55 minutes ?? Or how?
Why am I asking, on my such regime is 1 hour in total. But mine does not warm.

No, in Fast mode, HP Panasonic immediately makes Kneading for 15-20 minutes, then Rise for about 1 hour and Baking for 35-40 minutes. Total 1 hour 55 min. - 2 hours.

Girls, do you make dough for pies in HP? If yes, please give me the recipe!

I make this recipe https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=18396.0 Well, very tasty! In general, I think that you can adapt any recipe, just count on the amount of flour that is suitable for the stove.

caramel
I have been using Panasonic for almost a year, and I am very happy that I bought such an assistant. Bread always turns out, everyone who tried my bread was envious. But I didn't try to cook the jam - I'm afraid it won't burn? will I ruin the bucket? Help with advice !!!
Celestine
Nothing will burn and do not spoil the bucket, only the jam is not stored for such a long time. Go to the topic about jam and read)
Rina
caramel, after all, a bread maker is a bread maker, not a jam maker. The jam can be cooked, if everything is done according to the rules, it will not burn. You just need to define for yourself a couple of features.
Jam is acid and hot sugar syrup, which, if the bucket's coating is slightly damaged, can only worsen the situation.
You cannot cook a lot of jam in a bread maker at once, that is, you should not cook it for storage on an industrial or semi-industrial scale. In addition, such a jam is not very well stored (I will not say for others, but my trial jam from HP has become moldy, so I stopped this practice).

There is a sense to cook jam in HP when you need to cook a small amount directly to the table, for example, from frozen fruits, that is, for consumption "here and now".

Girls, I need an urgent hint, tomorrow I'm going for Panas255, how can I check it in the store so as not to buy a broken one or from a service center, which buttons to press, what to pay special attention to ..... URGENT !!!!!

Well, thoroughly everything in the store cannot be checked, but you can pay attention to the entire appearance - examine everything carefully - the case, the bucket, you can ask to run a quick program - the pizza dough - on this program, the kneading starts immediately and you can see the work of the paddle and hear the work motor. In general, that's all that, in my opinion, can be done in a store.

Check the complete set (2 blades for mixing!) And the paperwork for the CP. Take the check.Anastasia : flowers: drew your attention to the main thing when checking HP.
Rina
Vikulya69 , ask to turn on the bread maker: zeros will appear on the screen. Press the "program" button several times (on mine 8 times) until the pointer on the screen is opposite "pizza", press "start / stop" - the oven should immediately start mixing. The stirrer will spin jerky - this is normal.
To stop the program, press "start" and hold it until it beeps and the screen clears. Take out the bucket. Now (there is nothing on the screen) press the "program" button again until you select "baking" (9 times) and press "start / stop", bring your hand to the tin and check that it starts to warm up. Turn it off again by pressing and holding "start / stop".
Now you can check all the buttons:
1. press "program" 1 time - different icons and numbers will appear on the screen 4:00
2. press the "mode" several times, the icons in the form of loaves, croissants and the inscriptions "bake", "rapid", etc. should start flashing alternately (simple baked goods, with fillings, fast, dough ...).
3. "size" - the pointer should jump over X, L, XL
4. "crust" - similar to "size", markers near the inscriptions "light * dark"
5. "timer" - 10 minutes will be added to the baking time indicated on the display.
6. Press "start / stop" - the stove turns on to execute the program. And turn it off again by pressing and holding the "start / stop" for a couple of seconds until the squeak and the screen goes out.

Hello everybody!!!
We became the owners of this stove a couple of months ago.
The bread is just super! have tried almost all the recipes, no problem, the stove works perfectly.
I would like to ask more experienced users what can cause grinding and scratching on the knife when baking in the "French" mode when kneading the dough ... in other modes everything is quiet ... the bucket is perfect, without any scratches! anomaly and only ...
lena18janv
People, hurray !!! Today my bread maker came to me from Amazon - Panasonic255.
Now I'm thinking about where to start
Can you tell me where to get instructions in Russian for the European model?
Admin

Start baking bread from here #
Rina
Lena, find the instructions for the CIS model, most of the information will suit you. Learn the programs that will not be described in the Russian-language instructions (Italian, toast) by analogy with those that are in both versions of HP.
lena18janv
Thank you very much, tomorrow I will study the beginner's manual and download the instructions

A very good bread maker, it bakes beautifully, minus the fact that there is no viewing window, I had an LG (gave it to my mother) and the flour must be weighed, then it bakes beautifully. If with a measuring glass, then it will not work

This is not a minus, but a plus. We already wrote about this: the top crust is baked well.

Yesterday we baked the first yoghurt bread, it turned out great, rose well and so beautiful with a crispy crust.

Hello everyone!!! I am not a baker yet, but I am already choosing HP ...
Maybe someone can tell 255 this is the best choice for today (so far I stopped at it) or there are newer and better models.
Rina
Everyone will tell you that Panas 255 is the best of the best
If you go to any other topic (brand, model), they will tell you all the same about their stoves.
If you are satisfied with ready-made programs, then you will not have to look for Panasonic. If you want the so-called "programming" then take a look at "kenwood".
Celestine
Guys, I'll erase the correspondence, Panasonic is being discussed here, not Kenwood and others. Go there, pl.

Yesterday I bought myself a Panasika too. Here I am examining him on the sly ..... studying.

I have such a question - a bucket when it falls into place as it does not stand rigidly, as it were

even dangles, unlike other models I have seen in the store. Is this normal?

Does it not rattle when kneading then?

Congratulations, our regiment has arrived! , woney!
The bucket does not rattle at all, it needs to be turned slightly clockwise, when installed, slightly. Try and feel
Good luck!

What happened to HP?

On the websites of different stores, in descriptions and forums, they appear: SD 255, SD 255 W, SD 255 WTS. Is there any difference or is it the same model?
Thank you.

No, they are the same model. It's just that someone gives the full name in the price lists, someone doesn't bother with it. Well, on the forum, they basically write only the model number, consisting of numbers, and everything becomes clear to everyone.

No test results yet.
The reason for contacting the service is that it does not knead the bun, it feels like there is not enough engine power.

Hello everyone!
So I became the proud owner of HP,
I shoveled 41 pages of the topic and did not regret that I bought Panas,
I baked the simplest bread today ... it's just a miracle, they ate the bun almost at a time ... oh, hold on to the figure))))

Hello, happy owners of a Panasonic 255 bread maker. On New Year's holidays I was also blessed with a present - a Panasonic 255 bread maker. But now there are no problems, sonny to sleep, and put the bread herself. I pamper my men, and my son eats bread with pleasure.
