Natalia, it says dyking on my bowl in Orson
nata1
Yes, I have already chosen it ☺, thanks to the owner girls who answered all my questions ☺. But that's the kind of person I am, until I thoroughly study everything ... That is, we will assume that dyiking is just a different type of coating with its own name
kiara-25
Natalia, that's right, the technique must be chosen thoroughly. Our cup is already three years old, and my husband loves to pick it up with a fork in the pan, although he listens to it every time. But despite the small scratches, the bowl is still in a very decent condition. Just in case, of course, I bought a second one for half the price, while the officials have a promotion
NataLia
... and again I'm in this Temko

Hello.

Quite recently I have toiled here with a choice. With your help, I decided, according to my requests, Orson (5002) was bought for him a second bowl.
Everything is convenient, I like it, the family is fed. I'm not sticking at the stove... Thank you all very much. But! As soon as I exhaled and healed calmly, now my family wanted to eat homemade sour milk, yoghurts, sour cream, etc.

I spent the whole day on HP, in my head again another * porridge *
-at the moment Brand 5061, there is a yogurt mode, but this is a full-fledged 5-liter pressure cooker (I don't really need it anymore, I cook in the wrong volumes so that I have 2 full-fledged SVs) and there is essentially nowhere to put, but if necessary , so I'll find a place
-found also Brand 701, small and the program is necessary, but something of opinion in the reviews was divided
- well, or just buy a yogurt maker (Orson), but somehow it is not very functional

kick Please direct me in the right direction, maybe you can pay attention to something else,
I should have organized a gift for myself by March 8
Elena Bo
Brand 701 for milk is ideal. He does everything very neatly. The temperature regime has been adjusted to 5+. The native bowl will not suffer from the milk. I still have it alive and in good condition, it has not peeled off anywhere.
NataLia
Elena Bo, but as I understand it, judging by the reviews read,
that if I need to cook something in addition to the dairy, I need to get extra. bowl, it's still a full-fledged slow cooker, for sure you will want to use it not only with sour milk.
Brand 701 attracted me by the description, so I read / think, and suddenly there is something more wonderful
Elena Bo
I cook everything in it. I didn't buy the cup right away, now I regret it. They have become very expensive.

I will subscribe to every word!
If only with fermented milk, then add. no cup needed.

The programs are fine-tuned!
For a year and a half now, instead of Brandovskaya's yogurt maker, it's better than a yogurt maker. The bowl is dear, which is only for yogurt-cottage cheese, as good as new.

If you re-ferment it, it is also very beneficial. Yogurt - just put aside from the first yoghurt in a jar and put it next 2-3 times. If cottage cheese, then in 5 minutes. before going to high temperatures, open and take into a jar. But I make from leaven, and if from kefir, then I don't need to select it.

Opinions on 701 differ only on the part of the bowl. For fermented milk there are no questions, for cooking - yes, it's better to add. bowl with non-stick coating.

But! If you do not want a separate yogurt maker, namely a multicooker for fermented milk, and also use it for its intended purpose, then no matter what company you choose, I highly recommend you have a separate bowl for fermented milk products in which you do not fry, do not stew, etc. and, if possible, also a separate plate on the lid.

Or, in the same bowl, but in a jar, pour the jar on a silicone mat and pour water to the bottom. But I would have a separate bowl for sour milk, regardless of the multicooker.
NataLia
Already went, looked at the office. the site in general, the price tag is not humane
on Ozone better, but also not very happy.
Larssevsk
Natalia, if the space in the kitchen allows it and for the price it's ok, look at Philips 3095. I wrote about it on page 518 of this topic. I have been delighted with her for almost a year. On it my deviceogolism ended, well, I don't want anything else. All. Found my ideal

But this - yes
Is that on Ozone are cheaper, but still very much more expensive.
NataLia
Miranda,
well, just a yogurt maker is not very interesting to me

Thanks for the advice, I didn’t come across homemade sour milk at all, mine, didn’t ask, didn’t eat, that they ... I’m sitting here studying,
what and how, and most importantly what.

Philips 3095

You praise Phillips so much that I've been seriously thinking about him for several months now, a second bigger cartoon in a couple of 701.

Too bad there is no stock on the bowls now.
NataLia
Larssevsk, and I read about yours, including your posts ... I think
and about Philips 3060, she is generally the first one that I turned my gaze to, she fits my AF so
but in Eldorado it is not now, and where it is, I do not like its price.

Miranda, and you praise Brand so much (I always admire it) that I constantly keep him in mind in case my 3-liter Binaton ever grunts at the dacha. I really like the volume of 3 liters for a summer residence
Larssevsk
Natasha, well, you really decide whether you want a baby or a big one. Philips 3060 is very malipusik. If there are few eaters for yogurt, then a small cartoon is also possible
Miranda

and most importantly what

Take a slow cooker, it's more functional than a yogurt maker.
At least in terms of cottage cheese. Since I have not met yogurt makers with a two-stage program, although I have not considered this segment for a long time, maybe there is where. It simply fermented, and then it was necessary to make a water bath on the stove.

The main thing is that the multicooker is well-adjusted with the temperature, and the step of change is small 1-2 degrees. Then it is possible in multi-brew / manual mode (everyone has a different name). Just set the desired temperature (36-39 degrees, whichever) and the right time (6-9 hours). And for cottage cheese, there are also two steps - the first is like yogurt, only 2 degrees higher, and the second - 75 degrees per hour.

And look at such a slow cooker, which would complement the functionality of the existing one. Duplicate does not make the same sense.

Is there no manual mode in yours? If so, what is the temperature step?
If you put it overnight, and the night is free from some kind of cooking, the same porridge in the morning, then you can still cook yogurt in the existing one.

Miranda, and you praise Brand so much (I always admire it)

So she is my first and only one, I have nothing more to praise in multicooker

Here in the morning the omelet is excellent, in the evening I made a bigus, now I will change the plate and the bowl - I will put the yogurt overnight. And so for a year and a half already - I run 2-3 times a day / night. The native sour milk bowl is as good as new, and the non-stick bowl is not as good as new, but in excellent condition, a spare one, bought for another 800 rubles. (now the officials have 2.7 thousand, on Ozone 1.6 thousand) I do not uncover it yet.

One thing is bad - the price has risen
Yes, everything has risen in price
NataLia
Larssevsk,

not ... I don’t want a big one, a liter for 3 maximum, SV 5 liters, I don’t need a big one, I basically have enough of it, I cook in two bowls, alternately, very good. conveniently,
there are three of us eaters, two adults and a teenager,
here the husband and the son wanted to eat sour milk, I am absolutely indifferent to her, well, the dog also loves, but she is small, she has three spoons * for the eyes *

my cat loves, and yogurt and cottage cheese, certainly just cooked, warm, and also three spoons and that's it
NataLia
Miranda,
I have a simple Orson 5002, there is no manual,
When I bought it, mine were not particularly puzzled by yoghurts, in fact they did not eat, if they did, it was very, very rare,
and then it dawned on them that you can also make sour cream, cottage cheese at home, like your own homemade, tasty and healthy they decided, but I * suffer *

I started with this, I came to the forum about the yogurt maker to read, then read about something else, the third, and so it remained

Now I have kitchen gadgets thanks to the forum - oh, and even cooking has become a lot more diverse, homemade in shock

Homemade yoghurts, sour cream, cottage cheese - really good.
Now I've learned cheese, I'm circling around butter, but haven't done it yet

But 701 was born for sour milk
NataLia
Miranda,
yeah ... thank you, I feel I will spend the whole weekend on HP, well, I'm no stranger

I also bought, sat and read the HP, it seems like nothing is needed, but as you read it, it is vital.
Shl; the question is ripe, how much homemade sour milk is stored in the refrigerator?
Miranda

How much homemade sour milk is stored in the refrigerator?

Yogurt, I think about five days, maybe six.

I can't say for sure, because everything leaves earlier. I do 2 liters, someone in the morning, someone in the evening, but at least 400ml. eaten a day, something goes into cooking. In a maximum of 4 days, everything flies away.

By the way, I used to make sour cream, I bought a special sourdough, but my yoghurt comes out sooo thick, and now I use it instead of sour cream. But on NG or others, or for sour cream cake, I do exactly sour cream.

Curd longer. If you are late - casserole, cheesecakes.
Bozhedarka
bought 2 such multicooker
🔗 , the main thing in the choice was a steel bowl, plus a second as a gift. Does anyone have a similar one? And to be honest, I never used a multicooker, as I was embarrassed by the Teflon coating of the bowls. I used rice cookers, I had to change them often because of scratches. I used it myself carefully, but you can't keep an eye on the children, just scooped up with a steel spoon or fork. Any advice please for a beginner.
Miranda
Bozhedarka, a good firm, lies on the mezzanine from them, but simple, home and did not learn which button is responsible for what, and I'm tired of translating them.

I will not tell you anything about yours, I will just support your choice
Good luck with learning!

bought 2 of these multicooker ...
In Russia it is a multicooker-pressure cooker. MAXWELL MW-3810 GD... Quite a decent product in terms of price-quality scale. From Miday, but they still have a decent quality of technology. Has a steam release button, two multi-cooks. One by pressure - the time is set manually with the choice of any of 3 pressure levels.
And multicooker without pressure, although the step by degrees is wide 40-160, but the degrees are the most popular. I'm staring at it myself, thinking about buying.

ne_peku, Well, thank you ! there is also a recipe directory. At least there is where to start learning.

ne_peku, wow, is Maxwell a Chinese Midea?
Or a hodgepodge of various Chinese firms?

I have 2 multi: Panasonic 18 and Redmond 300. I bought the second one because of the power. As the saying goes, everything is learned by comparison. The pastries are better in Panasonic, and the first courses in Redmond. I don't know how to explain this.
petu
In Panasonic 10 - baking by 110 * - in the large (18) a little higher, and Redmond, as a rule, higher, if there is an opportunity, then lower the temperature manually, but the baking time needs to be increased.
NataLia
Girls, help please, eh? I read, read, the more, the harder it is to decide, I thought I can handle it myself, but ...

As a gift, for cooking a child, you need a small multicooker,
to cook well porridge, soups, sometimes yoghurts, you know,
here's what to choose so that a gift is a joy
-Redmond 02
-Redmond 011
-Phillips 3060
-Phillips 3134

Zamorochka
NataLia, I asked a similar question in specialized topics for multicooker babies, after reading both topics, I came to the conclusion that Redmond is better for porridge, it is more delicate, and for frying Philips 3060, it is more nimble. The girls confirmed this by answering my question, I will go in the afternoon for Redmond 011)) Phillips 3134 with a 3-liter bowl, there is a topic on the forum about this model.

-Phillips 3134
This one is definitely not needed
Elena Gar
NataLia, I really, really like milk porridge in Redmond 02, although I have both Filya 3060 and Binaton 2116 from the little ones. In Redmond, porridge never runs, and at the same time it is smart for other things, and I like cottage cheese and cabbage casseroles in it in 30 minutes, well, small of course.
Sedne
Irinado you not like her?
vernisag
Quote: Sedne
Irina, don't you like her?
Well, if her rice program worked correctly, then nothing, you can take it, at least from behind the bowl. But when the main program (rice) does not work, on which rice, buckwheat, pilaf, macaroshki are cooked (in different versions, for example, naval). Why is she needed? To cook everything on a multi-cooker? And constantly calculating cooking times in your head?
They ruined this model, but it's a pity, the bowl there is good and the size is convenient.

-Redmond 011
Or 01. For cereals and soups for a child.
NataLia
Girls, thank you so much
that is, I stop at
Redmond 02 or Redmond 011,

011 and 01 there is only a color difference, right? The gifted one also has a wish, a multicooker in black

In one of them I read the cover not removable, is it not scary?

It is still easier to choose from two than from four.

Manna
At 02 I have a Milk Porridge program with an active boil. 02 also has a non-removable lid.
vernisag
And I have a very active one and baking is on fire. I like the rest of the programs
Elena Gar
I don't know if mine is actively boiling, I only cook rice porridge in this one, but the lid is always clean. Baking yes, active, but I only make small portions for breakfast in it: cabbage casserole https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=229001.0, curd 🔗, omelettes, I do everything for about 30 minutes, omelets are even much faster and I like the nimbleness. And I bake the usual big biscuits and stuff in ordinary, large cartoons. And, for example, Panasonic gave it away only because it is very slow for porridge, because we do not like rice porridge on a delay, and in the morning every minute counts. And I cook all the other porridge in slow licks. And, in this Redik, I also liked porridge made from whole oatmeal: I put it on stewing for 2 hours and heated until morning, 1 to 5 (milk + water) But now I cook this porridge in slow dishes. However, I did not use other programs.
Pelener
Tell me please. The old 6050 brand does not last forever, although it is very loved. I don’t know what to replace, brand 6051 doesn’t praise the cup. Recommend a pressure cooker.
