Good evening!!! I really want to buy myself a faithful assistant in the kitchen, well, I just can't decide
I really like these three pressure cookers, please advise which one is better to buy? For baking, meat and fish for dinner and cereals for breakfast, I stopped so much about them, there is porridge in my head)))) and I already want to join your ranks
Shteba attracts with the number of delicious recipes, reviews about good baking and faster work, but it is embarrassing that the bowl is Teflon and that the girls stick to stainless steel ...
Orson likes his bowl with handles, but the price is almost 2 times higher ... Is it worth overpaying?
Well, the Brand attracted that they write about good functionality, though I don't understand yet what it is ...
Something like that ... Help her

Maybe Temka will be useful, I think these are one of the most popular models and many are faced with a choice

Julia, I am from Shtebi, so I will praise you Shteba)). The stainless steel bowl is just great. Something can stick to it only if used incorrectly. For example, you need to fry strictly according to the instructions - pour oil and put food in an already heated bowl, after the signal. It also seems that instant oatmeal stuck on someone. They are generally not highly recommended to cook in a pressure cooker. Well, yes, the oven in a metal bowl is not worth it. And for everything else - for soups, any meat, any vegetables, any porridge, a steel bowl is quite suitable. I especially like to cook bone soup in it and not worry about scratching the coating, and also - crush mashed potatoes right in the bowl.
About the functional. I just can’t imagine, I don’t know what I’d miss in Shteba. Why even more functional? Perhaps the owners of Brand 6051 will tell you about this. For my taste, another advantage of Shteba is ease of management. The Brand has a programmable manual mode, but it still needs to be figured out. Here, of course, I am subjective: why complicated control, if you can achieve the same result from Shteba with several buttons?
I think I know less about Orson than you)
Good luck with your choice! Either way, these three multi-pressure cookers are good. So decide quickly, any of them will give you a sea of positive)

Julia, I have both Shteba and Brand. Both are great pressure cookers. The brand is more functional, it has pressure on different programs from 30 to 70 and all this is time-controlled. There is a manual mode, three-stage. You can put bread right away for proofing and baking. Ceramic bowl with cells. Girls write that it sticks and does not wash well. I have no such problems. Brand's only drawback is a bad catchment. Therefore, water can sometimes drip from the lid onto the table. But again, this is not critical. In Brand, there are wonderful porridge, especially oatmeal, the soups are good, you just need to handle the bowl more carefully, you can scratch the bowl with your bones. Well, Shteba, first of all, has a very nice and original appearance. The bowl is made of metal and a ceramic one is also sold for it, which is very convenient. The cover is removable. The pressure is only 30 or 70. But on the other hand, on the heating, you can set the temperature from 30 degrees with an increase of one degree, which is very convenient for sous-vide. But this is only in Shtebs sold in Russia. I like both pressure cookers, I cook in one, then in the other, according to my mood. And I don't know much about Ourson, except that she stands like these two combined.

Natasha, where does the baking work better?
Can the heating be turned off at Shteba?
Is it true that Brand takes a long time to build up pressure?

I, too, choose between Shteba and Brand. Only with us Shteba is trimmed without temperature control on heating. So I think if I really need it ... Mainly for yoghurts, well, maybe Sous-vid is playing around, but how often? I don't bake in a pressure cooker.
Do Brand have replacement pans?
Masinen
RybkA, they say that they should like to bring you a normal full-fledged Shteba.

Len, I also thought that I would just indulge myself ... so now, if Shtebik is busy, I do it in KP .... there you can also tempo. set for sous vide ... never before has beef been so tender anywhere ...

Well, here))) then this process still gives results))) but what kind of KP?

I dream of pouring yogurt, close it and get it ready, and not go with tambourine thermometer around the bush)))

Masinen, I received a letter from the office. representatives of Shteba in Ukraine, and so while everything remains as it is. Here's what they wrote to me:
"Good day, Elena.

Unfortunately, a multicooker with a delayed start function and temperature control during heating has not yet gone on sale.
There are also no non-stick bowls available.
There is no information on the delivery time yet.
The multicooker commercially available is marked "Steba DD1 Eco".
What is the difference (and is there any) with a multicooker without the "Eco" prefix, unfortunately, we cannot enlighten - there is nothing to compare

Yours faithfully

Good day! I will subscribe to the topic, since I myself choose from these pressure cookers. Girls, can I ask? Can anyone measure the heating rate of water up to 30-32 degrees with a volume of 5 liters of water from Shteba and Brand? The water is just cold, 12 degrees. For me, this is very necessary information and it depends on which one I take. Do these pressure cookers overheat the set temperature? Is it possible to turn on the heating function separately from the programs? And what is Brand's temperature step equal to? And if I remember correctly, it has an initial temperature of 30 degrees. Thank you who will respond.

But on the other hand, on heating, you can set the temperature from 30 degrees with an increase of one degree
And when I read it, in the review it was written from 25 degrees, it turns out that the initial temperature is still 30 degrees?
Laslovna
I don't have Steba, but I can experiment with Oursson 5005 Brand 6051. What mode should I use to heat the water? How much water?
For me, Oursson 5005 is better, it is more reliable, the only drawback is the maximum 3 liters mark, although this is not little for meat, but not enough for the first one for my family. There are some difficulties in the operation of Brand 6051, I will not leave it unattended while it builds up pressure. I personally had two cases that the SV did not gain pressure on the auto SUP until I opened and closed the lid.
xoxotyshka
Laslovna, thanks for the help. I am interested in 5 liters of liquid, the initial temperature is 12 degrees. In what mode I do not know, the main final temperature is 30-32 degrees. I need to heat the milk to a certain temperature and to keep it and not overheat.
eva10
Is there any CB with an initial temperature of 12 degrees? I have not heard of this. And you can't pour 5 liters of liquid into a 5-liter CB - anyway more than 3.5 is undesirable. If only Moulinex - there is a saucepan of 6 liters.

5 liters of liquid, initial temperature 12 degrees
I have Moulinex for 6 liters, there is Scarlett for 5. I'm interested in exactly tem-ra, I don't need to cook such a quantity of liquid, just heat it. Heats up quickly on the stove, even on a small burner and low heat. Maybe in SV it will heat more slowly, I don't need a slow cooker.
Laslovna
The initial temperature is 16.5 degrees. In the Heating mode up to 30 degrees, I gained in 5 minutes 20 seconds in Brande, there were 4 liters of water
xoxotyshka
Laslovna, Thank you. Maybe someone at the Shteba will measure it.
Oksana, tell me, please, but if you leave it for a certain time, the temperament will hold on like that?
Laslovna
Will definitely fall. In Orsonchik, the temperature rose to 17.4 degrees to 30 degrees on the Rozogrev pod in 7 minutes and 30 seconds. Also 4 liters. The temperature regime may be different.
xoxotyshka
LaslovnaI like Orson better. I mean, if you leave it on the warm-up for 30 minutes, will the temperature stay that way, or can it rise? When I read the review on Orson, it was written that the temperature starts from 40 degrees. And he somehow disappeared from me, since temperature 30 is needed.
Oksana, tell me more, please, what is the step of tem-ry in Orson?
Laslovna
In Brande, in the Warm-up mode, the initial tempatup 16.5 to 30 rose in 4 minutes 55 seconds.
In Orsonchik, heating is turned on only automatically after the end of the program.
Tanyulya
And I have all three, and I really like all three. It's hard to choose.
Laslovna
Tempature will increase. In Orson on the "Your choice" mode, the step is 1 degree. If you need a stable temperature of 30 degrees - + 3 degrees, you need Brand 502, but this is not a CB, but a multicooker.
Linadoc
In Shtebe I tried it twice: on Heating and Roasting. Initial data - volume of liquid 3.5 l, stainless steel, outgoing T 12.5 *. Result - on Heating 30 * after 6min30sec, on Roasting - after 5min 50sec.
xoxotyshka
Girls, THANK YOU VERY MUCH. Now it will be easier to decide.
