Svetlana,. Maybe someone else will need the information.

Yesterday I decided to hold yogurt in yogurt in kuku on yogurt, warm it up, did not pour water, kept it for 30 minutes, because it was cold and remained and the bottom was warm, not hot.
Rituslya
Tiny, Innochka, I would also suggest a black Stadler. Such a Stadler Form Chef Two SFC.939 Black
The color is black, yes, but for me an amazing guy.
The program defines its name. If Frying, then we will fry; if Yogurt, we will prepare yogurt.
Beloved!
Anastasenok
In my ourson 5015 yoghurt is very tasty both in a bowl and in glasses. Why slander if yogurt was never made there
Sedne
Rita, oh, Rit, I'm so glad that you liked Stadler (otherwise I was worried that I would suddenly not like it, and I advised him everything), yes, he is good and as if the yogurt does not overheat there, I tried and defrosted the dough, everything is fine with him, But I highly recommend Inna's pressure cooker, she seems to have none.
Rituslya
Well yes,Svetul, if there is no SV, then you need to diversify Innochke!
I love Stadler sooo much. I know that if you need something geared towards success without unnecessary gestures, then only to him. Completely hassle-free guy.
True, my lid is seizing, but for me the omen is forever love.
If I choose cartoons and pressure cookers from the whole army, then I definitely leave it.
Rest? The rest are also good.

It's all right Svetlanochka , I don't have and never had a pressure cooker ...

To be honest, I have always believed that she, a pressure cooker, is absolutely useless to me ...

Even now I cannot think of what I will cook in it ...

But I will heed your advice and will definitely study this question ...

Ritulechka, about Stadler Form Chef Two SFC.939 Black I will study too, thank you very much !!!

And once again, many thanks to all the girls who responded !!!

Thank you for being there, my dears !!!

P.S... Something little Redmond has sunk into my soul so deeply, maybe a fix with him, with volume, we can take it, let it be), until I choose something more serious ...

Good day everyone! I have a bunch of questions.
1. Unit 1210 and Brand 6060. Both six-liter. Are their bowls interchangeable? Which are not for smoking, but non-stick.
2. Which one is better and more convenient to use?
3. I am planning to buy Shtebu XL, I read on Ozone that her bowls fit the Brand 6060. Is that so? And also to the 6-liter Philips. And to Unit?
Eugene
Please advise which model of a multicooker to buy for baking and stewing. At home there is a Brown double boiler and a yogurt maker, that is, these modes are not relevant to me. I would like the modes to be debugged and nothing to burn or stick. If we take 5 liters, then won't there be a large volume for three people? Maybe 4 liters better? But I do not know which one to choose .. I will buy in Ukraine. The multicooker will be the first and preferably not black.

Dear hostesses, I tried to read the topic "Choosing a slow cooker ...." after one hundred and fifty pages, my brain stopped perceiving and switched off. Please help with advice in choosing a multicooker with maximum capabilities and functions of cooking programs, the cost is a philosophical question, the main quality and capabilities.
I would also like to ask you about the CUCKOO multicooker.

Best regards, Boris.
Sedne
Boris, of all my multicooker, the best cookie is 1004, I'm just in love with it, if you can afford it, look about it.

A question for pressure cooker owners!
Tell me, if the mode is not declared - Baking in a pressure cooker, which is the best mode to use? Frying? or under pressure can you try?
Larssevsk
Mirabel, does not bake under pressure. It can burn in frying mode. What other modes are there? In Shteba they bake on "porridge" without closing the lid tightly

If there is no "baking" mode, then the person has a standard pressure cooker, without frills in the form of different pressures and multi-cooks. Excessive information about languor and pressure is only confused. In standard pressure cookers, if you really need to bake something, you must select any non-aggressive mode (usually porridge, soup or stewing) and turn it on with an open valve.
Mirabel

Yes, everything is correct pressure cooker without any bells and whistles, but, in my opinion, not bad.
Why do I need pastries there ... but I don't know myself .. everyone bakes, well, I go there too.
I just can't choose which pressure cooker to part with, I have to buy a bowl to Shteba, which we don't have. Another with a very nice bowl, but no bells and whistles.

As my experience has shown, a pressure cooker should be without any special bells and whistles, especially if there are 2-3 more multicooker with bells and whistles. In general, in discussions about multicooker, I always vote for high-quality bowls
Mirabel
LarissaThere are 2 multicooker - one with bells and whistles, the second is simple. The bowls in both are sooo cool.
It seems to me that in a hated pressure cooker, the bowl coverage is good.
Larssevsk
Vika, I've noticed for the last year that I now use the pressure cooker exclusively for its intended purpose. All the toys in casseroles, pies, cereals, different pressures are over.

came to your favorite forum for advice
decided to update my old multicooker scarlet, chose again not expensive - lumme
but I can't decide which one to take 1446 - Daikini coating or 1444 - Bowl coating: German ceramics GREBLON® CK2, otherwise they are the same,
tell me which bowl is better?
Elena Bo

1446 - Daikin coating
If you choose the most, then this one. The coating is very durable.
AnastasiaK
utya, I like the Daikin coating more, I have several of these bowls in different multicooker, everything is fine with them - they are resistant to damage, only if you look closely, there are scratches, but the cover is intact, for about 3 years, nothing sticks, washed out remarkably. And the bowl with Greblon is only in one multicooker (Marta is Lumme's twin), I like it less, there is one chip, it sticks when frying, I use it more for cooking and stewing.
utya
Thank you,
I just found a review on the daikin coating in this bowl in the internet, they write that it's just horror - maybe a fake?
but judging by your answers, daikin is still better,
Thank you
maybe not take it at all? But probably I won't find such functionality for 2 thousand anymore?

Nastya, I consulted with Marta's chef, rowing is only used at low temperatures! For high temperatures, a daikin is needed. Therefore, I have two bowls rowing and daikin.
Approximately - up to 85-95 * C and partially 100 * C - this is rowing
Above 100 * C is a daikin
He even dictated the multi modes to me on the phone, on which programs it is better to cook in a rowing or daikin. So far, I am happy with both pots, and the multicooker as a whole, too
AnastasiaK
Admin, yes, I read this message, but the fact is that the multicooker comes with one bowl! But what about those programs that are not intended for the Greblon bowl? It is not always possible to buy a multicooker at once with additional. bowl. If only in the instructions or during the sale they warned about this. And in general, the strange approach of manufacturers is to add a non-universal bowl to the kit. It would be logical if the special bowls were sold separately, and they would be bought if necessary. Therefore, I am for Daikin as for a universal bowl, you want to cook, you want to fry.
valushka-s
utya, I have Lummi SMART LU-1447, while Daikin is happy with the bowl with coating, but I do not cook in it every day, I have it "on hand". But while nothing burns and the pastries pops out. The Stadler Form SFC.002 Bowl 5L perfectly matched to our cartoon (we have a very good price for it in Technosila now, 399r), the girls and I wrote in the subject Multicooker Lumme LU-1447
Hope-selenа of the cartoon Lummy 1446 Chief Pro is happy, but the cup began to strain her. Here are the reviews of Nadezhda-selenа HERE and HERE.
AnastasiaK
valushka-s, here I am saving myself with this bowl from Stadler, it fits perfectly, especially since I have 2 Stadler bowls (native and spare). Fry - I don't want to! ...

This is apparently a well-thought-out tactic. The manufacturer forces the user of the multicooker to buy a bowl with a non-stick coating as well! Otherwise, where would they go to the produced ceramic bowls? And so they sold it with a cartoon, and got away with it, the manufacturer does not want losses.

Nastya, this is how a daikin is included for all occasions, cooking
And in the subject of March 1989, I gave detailed information on what and how to cook, programs and time, temperature - for information. And by the bowls there is my infa.
There is no moderator, otherwise I would take out all the information on the first post

So, with us ALL multicooker is sold according to this principle - painted in a different color, attached a screw on the other side - and voila! new model!

oh, hostesses, thanks! helped a lot !!!!!! I will order myself with daikin

Is the lid better white or black? which one is easier to wash? probably white? as I understand it can only be removed with a screwdriver?
AnastasiaK
Admin, I had Greblon in my kit, they are marked like that - the multicooker is the same, and the bowls are different - March 1980, 1979, 1981, etc. If I knew about their difference when buying!
utya, so you are absolutely right to clarify this point BEFORE buying. Good luck with your slow cooker!

If the question is not in the subject, send it where necessary)
A question for the rice cookers. What is the temperature and algorithm used in real Korean rice cookers? How intense should the boiling boil be during cooking, browning at the end of the program, should there be browning at all, or is this a drawback in rice cookers produced by non-Korean (Japanese) firms?
Song

Natasha, if you are talking about mv panasonic, then there is frying only on the program pilaf.
But it's just better to cook rice on the mode buckwheat.

No, not about Panasonic, he cooks great rice for me)))
I just have a rice cooker and another slow cooker (like dex and supra, only Brand is different).
So another cartoon cooks rice that is scalded: I add water according to the recipe, I reduce the preset time of 25 minutes even to 15 minutes, after 10 minutes the program is still running, but the water is all boiled away, the rice is undercooked. The mode is not touch-sensitive.
In a rice cooker, the mode is naturally touch-sensitive, but when the water is all boiled away, the rice seems to have boiled, so it cooks something there for another five minutes (or makes a crust, or simply does not react to the sensor).
P. s. And I also cook rice for a side dish, a very good little Phillips, 10 minutes after entering the mode and then on heating for 15-20 minutes. It turns out here at first intensive boiling, after entering the mode something like quenching, and then steaming on heating.
I read the instructions in the brand, so there the rice cooking technology is different: first, soaking for 15 minutes at 70, then boiling, then the temperature in the last 10 minutes rises to 115. It turns out the other way around))
In Philips 5-liter technology, the technology is not described in such detail, but the temperature there, according to the instructions, rises to 130.

So just wondering how the program is implemented in real original Asian rice cookers.
Mirabel
Natasha, You correctly noticed that in rice cookers after that. like rice is cooked, something else is cooked.
For me, a simple rice cooker makes the same and a rice cooker with programs, like a full-fledged cartoon =

Sanya the Bold
Hello! I registered on the forum only to ask a question, since I myself am far from cooking. And so ... My wife is a wonderful woman, very beloved by me, and, in principle, I close my eyes to all her eccentricities. Briefly: there are three multicooker at home. Kitchen appliances somehow change quickly, they come and go, I don’t feel sorry for money for such toys, whatever the “child” is amused with, as long as it does not ask for work. Now my wife wants her own pressure cooker. I do not mind, I support, you want to take it, only a good, modern one. She wants Cook 1010! The model is old, with its own cockroaches, the bowl for our family is clearly small. We went with her to the equipment market, I say, well, you like this company, take another one, more modern. Although to be honest, for that kind of money to buy a saucepan ... people are probably mad with fat! And the consultant supported me. In general, tin. She quarreled with me in the trash. Honestly, I felt sorry for this money, almost 17,000 for what? The second day the lips are blowing, but the food is delicious.
Beauties and beauties, give advice on what to buy from pressure cookers? Which one currently meets the following requirements:
1. Switchable auto-heating
2. The bowl is of high quality (here's the 10th wife clung to the bowl)
3. So that the inner lid is removable.
4. Energy efficient.
5. Redmond is not desirable, but if there is a decent one then okay.
And more ... Tell us about this 1010, what's wrong with it? The topic was revered, a controversial opinion has developed, and this money is not worth it. By the way, this manufacturer does not want another mv. Maybe there is an analogue, well, a similarity or something, just a little more.

Alexander, A cuckoo is a cuckoo Even an old cuckoo is a cuckoo. Well, I have more modern models 1051 and 1004 (the newest model), 1004 is just a spaceship, I like it very much, everyone likes it. But its cost is of course very, very expensive. 1051 didn't impress me much, to be honest.
In general, as I understood my wife cooks, she must choose what she likes.
