mixerby, and for which dishes do you want to use it as an oven replacement?
The bigger, the better
Basically, of course, this is meat (chicken / duck), fish, potatoes, mushrooms, charlottes. Any meat "in French" and an adequate size pizza, I understand that I won't be able to cook

Who knows? I looked with porridge and buckwheat, but I didn't hear anything about "jam" and "risotto". In theory, should match

Good afternoon from newbie
Oh, these agony of choice. Choosing a pressure cooker. The first in the family. I want it to be "all-in-one" so as not to buy a separate yogurt maker and so on.
So far we stopped at Redmond RMC-PM380 (the link is forbidden to insert yet) with a price tag of 6200ru and a 2-year warranty.
Oursson 5015 costs almost twice as much. Brand 6051 didn't like the white color, and Steba dd1 seems to break down a lot.
Lumme LU doesn't have pressure cookers. The rest were not considered.
Actually the question: tell me in the direction of which multicooker with pressure cooker function, multi-cook and turning off the heating after being ready to watch. In the range of up to 6000-8000 rubles.
Also does it make sense in this function. Or buy a regular multicooker, say LU-1445 or Redmond RMC-250.
To what extent does a pressure cooker really save time per hour, at least save 15-20 minutes?
How long will a multicooker last if you use the pressure cooker function often?
Well, are there any users of the Redmond RMC-PM380 pressure cooker in this topic, please respond to the marriage, shortcomings, additionally purchased accessories.
We read the profile topic, but as usual, everyone is fine and everything is crazy ^^.

The instructions also say that Jam is jam (time is 1-4 hours, 2 by default, temperature is 90), etc. How can you cook porridge and buckwheat in it in this case?

There is also a Philips HD3167 / 71 for a good price. As far as I understand, the main difference is the number of programs? But there are all the same Jam modes instead of porridge, etc. Moreover, in the instructions for 3167, completely different values are set for the jam mode (10 minutes by default, adjustable 5min-2h). This is more like the "Kasha" regime. But it is not clear where such a difference comes from in similar models from the same manufacturer.

With both models, the stock gives an extra cup, which is nice. The main thing is that there are no problems with the above modes.

No. In 3167, heating is carried out using the new Vita Plus technology. With this technology, the bowl heats up more evenly than with shadow heating from below. If the porridge will not cook on jam, then there is a "multi-cook" mode, where you can cook everything. In 3167, the bowl is better than in 3037. The bowls are a gift - great. On the official website of Philips, some bowls are like budget multicooker. I would not hesitate to take 3167, if I choose from these two

Multicooker Lumme LU-1447
Multicooker Marta MT-1989

This is one multicooker, and they have one manufacturer

And if not two? Budget up to $ 150.

Of the Phillips, there are also "space" 4131/70 and 4749/70 (~ $ 125 each, they look the same externally, not counting the colors, is there anything else?).
Also, now there is a promotion for Tefal RK812B32 - $ 100 at a local store. Or maybe it's better to pay attention to the Panasonic 550?
Can you advise something else? I would like to buy the first multicooker immediately good, so as not to be disappointed and in the future to buy a couple more
Larssevsk
mixerby, according to Phillips, I once closely studied the issue and was "in the subject", so I can more or less competently say my opinion. I think that apart from design, there is nothing special in "space". And the design is not very attractive to me personally. I would take 3167. I am very pleased with my Phillips and still consider this multicooker to be impeccable and ideal. I won't say anything about Panasonic and Tefal, because I didn't have them. According to Panasonic 550, at one time there were complaints about serial defects, but as far as I know, the manufacturer eliminated it. Otherwise, the owners praise it. I also respect this manufacturer.

why don't you cook in pressure cookers? It seems that she should save time.
Bes7vetrov
It saves time when cooking long dishes, such as jellied meat, otherwise there is no big difference with just a slow cooker. And besides, many people like the taste of dishes from a multicooker, but do not like from a pressure cooker.

In a multicooker, you can open the lid at any time, add something, or just out of curiosity.
In a pressure cooker, the pressure must first be reduced. This also takes time.
konfet
Bes7vetrov, that is, if it is a long dish, then you can, in principle, leave it overnight, nothing terrible will happen, I think.
Tanya-Fanya, and the benefit in time is even more leveled in the end. Reduce pressure, then dial ...
mixerby
Now I studied the lineup of Phillips in Russia and Poland. The brain is on the verge of exploding.

3167/03 Russian apparently differs from 3167/70 and 3167/71 Polish.
At the same time, the budgetary 3067/03 copy by the design of the Polish 3167/71, which is higher in the line.

On the Russian site VitaPlus is mentioned everywhere, in Polish not a word about this "technology".

Can someone be able to clarify the differences?

Or is it better not to bother at all and take 3095/03 in a nearby store for $ 25 more expensive than 3167/71 in Poland?
Tanya-Fanya
konfet, look at the profile topic about your redmond 380.
Here is one of the reviews:
Quote: Lenat

If she is the first to take 380 (easy to operate, bowl 6 liters, many functions, you want to remove the lid, you want to put on the cartoon)

Read how people cook different dishes in it. Consider what you want from this device. Someone is ready to stand by and control the cooking process. And someone (like me) needs to lay everything down and forget, so that it can be prepared "by itself", like a self-assembled tablecloth.

Not everything is good that cooks quickly and saves time

Multicooker today has good programs for long stewing, and a relatively low temperature, which is very good for stewing meat, for example.
And the finished product turns out to be much tastier than cooking the same for 1-1.5 under pressure.
And then, in a multicooker, I can always control the actual readiness of the product, dish and correct it in time and continue cooking. And the resulting dish, cabbage soup, porridge will never be overcooked, and much tastier. Is there a difference in overcooked cabbage in cabbage soup, or when it is whole and tasty?

For example, MARTA1989 has
Simmering / 95 * С / 2 hours
Russian stove / 80 * C / 10 hours
Roast beef / 65 * C / 10 hours / which allows you to cook "sous vide"

And besides, in MARCH there is an opportunity DURING COOKING to adjust the time and temperature - which is very good

And there is a boiled pork / 140 * C / 1.20 in time.

Well, there is a lot more - a practical multicooker

Help with the choice!

I have a cartoon Panasonic, model 18, very happy!
And then a friend asked to help her in choosing. She wants the same features as mine, plus a pressure cooker.
Which model is popular?
Larssevsk
Natusichka, for me - so Panasonic 18 is very good with its sensory programs - cereals, pilaf. I love Panasonic for them and for porridge. Pressure cookers with touch modes, at least I don't know. Perhaps someone knows. Let it enlighten
So, let a friend choose - either a pressure cooker (now there are also programs without pressure) or a multicooker with touch modes - Panasonic or Philips
Natusichka
So it’s just that you want the baking to be decent (like, for example, a biscuit at Panasonic!) And so that there are other programs: what, stewing, frying, steaming, and a pressure cooker ...

All of the above, except for the "pressure cooker", Panasonic mhs 181 does with a bang! I love this cartoon. This is my self-made tablecloth. Especially when, in the topic about 10 Panasonic, the girls showed and taught how to cook two dishes at the same time on touch modes (at the bottom there is a side dish, and on the top there is meat).
Ask your friend what she's going to cook in the pressure cooker? Does she really need her. If she often cooks jellied meat, then she is undoubtedly needed, maybe something else that will greatly save time?

And DD1 bakes well - biscuits, honey cakes ... I won't lie about the casserole, I haven't tried it - the portion is too big for us. As for the honey cake, I do it better in Shtebe than in other multicooker. In DD1, we all bake on the "Porridge" mode, pressure 0.3.

Well, I bake the best Shteba and Panasonic 10, maybe the Big Panasik is just as good, but I haven't baked in it yet, a little worse than the cuckoo and the Stadler, I don't like how it bakes at all (now they will beat me, maybe even feet)

Natusichka, I saw that you are from Ukraine. If you decide to buy Shteba, check with the sellers for the characteristics of the model. Earlier, DD1 was supplied to Ukraine with reduced functionality (without delayed start and the ability to change the temperature on "Heating").

Svetul, but I don't have any favorite biscuit recipes, because it always turns out to be so-nakos.

In-in,Crap, I no longer have 1 warehouse, but whole warehouses!
Biryusa
Rituslya, Rit! Then we urgently need to update the list of equipment! And then you have only 6 cartoons there. Disorder!
I also have two covers from Shteba. I accidentally set the first one on gas and immediately bought a spare. Two years have passed, and my first melted one plows and plows everything ...
Natusichka
Girls, thanks for the advice. If anything, I will ask.
Wildebeest
Biryusa, Olya, still the lid would not plow after such a severe tempering.
Biryusa
Sveta, after I stopped cooking milk porridge at Shteba, the problem of the smell from the lid no longer bothers me (I just stopped sniffing it). And before ... three silicone rings were in use, for each type of dish.
Wildebeest
Biryusa, Olya, sometimes a light trace of the prepared dish remained in my pressure cooker, then I cooked the next dish, it did not have the smell of the previous one. For example, after the cabbage soup I cooked milk porridge into a light one, the porridge did not transfer the notes of cabbage soup.
Sedne
Rita, yesterday I baked a sponge cake Perfect, in Shteba at 110 g for 50 minutes and 30 minutes on heating, I did not open the lid, it may not have risen as much as other girls, but it was so gentle, airy, straight breathing (I forgot to take a picture). The first time I did it, before that I only made Chocolate from boiling water from chocolate.

Girls and boys! Has anyone used the Rotex RMC860-W Multicooker?
If so, enlighten what kind of thing ...
Nata1500
I reread many topics according to different models, and, of course, I myself cannot choose. Soon there will be an opportunity to buy within three weeks, so you need to decide exactly. There are three small multi's: Panasonic, Filia and Toshiba. I need a bigger cartoon, but I doubt 5-liter ones, probably a bit too much (although I'm considering it anyway). I choose between:
- Toshiba 18
- Panasonic tmh18 (1) or tmj181 or tml500,510,520
- Panasonic 5-liter (530,540,550)
- stadler form shef two
- or some 4-liter phillips
I like sensory programs very much and do not like fried rice at all.
Girls, help me decide!
I cook everything in multicooker: frying, baking, and soup.
I really don't want a pressure cooker.

Irlarsen
I don't see any difference at all in the sizes of 4 and 5 liters. They are standing nearby, and it is impossible to distinguish which 4, which 5. Although once I wanted exactly 4 liter, as it seemed that 5 liters is a lot. After long-term operation, I do not see any advantages in the size of 4 liters, everything that is prepared in a 4 liter stadler is prepared in the same way in my other 5 liter cartoons, I would now buy a 4 liter one only if there was a significant difference in price.
