Pie with nuts and cinnamon on kefir

Ingredients

* Nuts (any) 80 g
* Chicken egg 1 PC.
* Sugar 150 g
* Kefir 160 ml.
* Baking powder 6 g
* Wheat flour 190 g
* Cinnamon 1 tbsp. l. (or to taste)

Cooking method

  • Beat the egg and sugar with a mixer.
  • Then add kefir. Mix.
  • Then add baking powder and flour. To stir thoroughly.
  • Divide the dough into two parts, add cinnamon and nuts to one of them.
  • (pre-peeled, fried and chopped).
  • Pour the dough with nuts and cinnamon on the bottom of a greased mold.
  • Distribute exactly in shape. Then pour the second part of the dough on top and flatten.
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 180 * C.
  • Readiness to check with a splinter (toothpick) or a dry knife blade.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar on top (optional).
  • The pie is outrageously simple to perform, but this fact does not make it completely ordinary - the pie is fragrant and tasty.

Natul, tried your recipe. I made 2 servings so as not to bother sharing. In one I put finely chopped apples and cinnamon (so that the juice was not given), and in the other - toasted chopped walnuts. I shouldn't have done it. It was necessary to put the nuts in the bottom. The cake turned out to be sooo tasty - a wonderful combination of additives, but the aesthetics suffered a lot - the contrast of the top and bottom did not work out ...
