Rigatoni with minced meat in Oursson pressure cooker

Ingredients

Rigatoni pasta 220 grams (boil for 12-15 minutes)
Boiling water
Butter 10 grams
Salt taste
FOR FARSHA
Lean pork 2 pieces of loin (can be replaced with minced meat)
Butter + vegetable 1/2 tbsp. l.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Cherry tomatoes red 6-8 pcs.
Salt, spices taste

Cooking method

  • Put the pasta in the pan of the pressure cooker, add butter, salt, and boiling water enough to almost completely fill the paste with water, the tops are slightly visible.
  • Close the lid of the pressure cooker, insert Porridge mode, time 20-23 minutes, pressure 0 (liquid evaporation)... Bring to readiness. The time depends on the degree of cooking the paste.
  • We will get these macaros: boiled, soft and not boiled at all. The water has completely evaporated!

  • While the rigatoni is boiling, I'll make the minced meat dressing. Thinly cut the meat into strips, then into small cubes. Heat the mixture of oils in a frying pan, fry the onion with meat, then add the tomatoes, cut in half, simmer a little until soft. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Put the finished rigatoni in a pan (there will be no water in them) to the minced meat, mix and heat.
  • Put the pasta on a plate and serve with a green onion.

Note

The cooking time for pasta in a pressure cooker depends on:
- pasta cooking time, recommendations on the package
- how much you need to make the paste softer during cooking, adjust the cooking time in the pressure cooker
- on the amount of water during cooking, it is important to learn how to "seize the moment", to find the correspondence between the amount of paste and the amount of water.
- it is better to use boiling water when cooking pasta, cooking will begin faster.
In general, you need to try options

And yet, perhaps you should not chase after a complete evaporation of the liquid, it can always be drained, it is important that the macaroons are completely cooked and become soft. Well, this is if we just boil pasta.
If with minced meat, then, of course, you need to select the conditions to get "dry" macaros

You can cook rigatoni in reverse order. First, cook the minced meat with onions in a pressure cooker in BAKE or ROAST mode. Then pour boiling water over, and cook on the Porridge mode, as described above.

Exactly so - in the reverse order and on the porridge mode I cooked 🔗 in the Brand pressure cooker and more than once. It turns out great and, most importantly, quickly.

: hi: Today I cooked the spirals on PORP mode for 25 minutes. Cooked perfectly. Then I switched to the BAKING mode for 20 minutes with the lid open. 10 minutes before the end of the program, I put circles of doctor's sausage on top of the pasta. I covered it with a lid. The pasta has become dry, with a beautiful pink crust. Sausage in the form of a shell. I was in no hurry, fried pancakes in parallel. So two dishes were ready for dinner at the same time.Everything works out. Thanks for the recipe Tatyana.
