A portion for 2 eggs was just what I was looking for, only my apple was not juicy and the filling was not enough, but this did not affect the taste at all. At first I weighed everything on the scales, when I made the dough it seemed thick, my flour absorbs a lot of moisture, and forgive me I added 2 tablespoons of kefir from myself, as you can see in the photo everything is ok. I made it in a silicone mold d-24 cm, height 4 cm. I made it in a De Longhi FH 1394 multifryer.
