Fruit Pie with Streusel

Ingredients

Sweet sparkling water (I have lemon Fanta or Zhivchik) 0.5 cups
Refined vegetable oil (odorless) 0.5 cups
Eggs 2 pcs
Sugar 150 g
Flour 2 glasses
Vanilla sugar or ground cardamom 1 tsp
Soda slaked with vinegar 1.5 tsp
Fruit, pitted (apricot, plum or peach) 300 - 400 gr
For Streisel:
Sugar 0.5 cups
Flour 0.5 cups
Butter 50 g

Cooking method

  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar or cardamom.
  • Add soda and vegetable oil, mix.
  • Pour in the sifted flour and soda, slaked with vinegar or citric acid.
  • The dough should be thick, but drip off the spoon.

Olga, went to measure the shape. I have a detachable 24 × 24 cm. In Prinzeska, I tried to bake once, but it burned up. There is a lot of cachara in the pie due to the sweet soda, and it also grows upward when baked. So I didn't risk it anymore. Although you can try when baking in the PR upwards, cover with parchment.
I still want to try pastries in a multicooker. But my hands did not reach, I am satisfied with the result in the oven, I have a desktop electric oven.

So, in terms of calorie content, I do not win anything, and maybe even lose. And since I try to limit it, although it turns out poorly in this, it is in calories, so that he eats a piece of a pie, that he eats a piece of bread and butter, there is not much difference.
