Good day.
For many days and nights I have been thinking about buying a planetary mixer. But as always, the question of choice has become a wall!
A little about myself: the question of buying matured in the second year of maternity leave, when an intolerable desire to bake appeared, which is limited to a recently burned out Scarlett mixer and an old and tired blender with a whisk attachment. I'm a green novice in baking, I only baked biscuits and cookies, I knead the dough on dumplings and noodles with my hands.
Watching the video about cooking, I really liked the work of the planetary mixer. And so I was on fire with a purchase! My choice fell on the Stadler Form Mixer Three. But it is no longer on sale, production was stopped. And then went searching and reading the forums, I want to buy within 20,000 rubles.
Now I'm choosing GEMLUX GL-SM4.5G, but I haven't really found reviews for it, can anyone use it? And who can advise analogues of the Stadler Form Mixer Three?
And, of course, I sleep and see how I buy BORK E810)). Stops the crazy price! 45,000 rubles.
And now I am thinking ... Buy a mixer for 15-20 thousand rubles so that it burns out and throw it away ... or go broke once, but take a bork that will be useful to me in the future? And in general, can I just buy a new powerful mixer and start my journey as an amateur cook with it? The thirst to develop in baking and as a pastry chef is.
Help with advice!

I believe that if you can afford an expensive one, then immediately buy a good and expensive one, just not Bork, but Kenwood or Kitchen, well, I don’t think that Bork costs 45 thousand. For this money it is better to take Kenwood or Kitchen. Let me explain that Bork is a bare mixer, and Kenwood and Kitchen are kitchen machines with a bunch of attachments that you may not immediately buy, and then buy in addition.

IMHO, either take something like Kitfort, for which a warranty year and a price of 6-13 thousand, or Kitchen for which 5 years of warranty.
And you can't guess about "burned out". The price here is not an indicator, the same bork obviously has a huge markup for the brand ...

Kenwood also has a 5-year warranty.

Are there any lucky owners of Kitfort 1324?
We need an inexpensive mixer - accordingly planetary
Kitfort's choice and analogues. The price range is 4-6 thousand.
For 4 t r - bosh with a plastic bowl
For 6, there are several options with a stainless steel bowl.
1000 watt power
This is Kitfort 1324, Gemlux 1, Xingbo

I ask for advice in choosing a planetary mixer. Requirements: protein-cream, liquid dough, not heavy type for pancakes-pancakes, minced meat for ham. For a heavier test, there is HP.
So far I stopped at Gastrorag 3470 (7 thousand rubles), Gemlux GL SM600B (5 thousand rubles), Gemlux GL SM 5.2 GR (7 thousand rubles). There is a second-hand option Kenwood KM350 (5 thousand rubles.)
I will find a permanent place, weight does not matter (the heavier, probably, the better - there will be less jumping).
Please advise.

Chose Kitfort1324
1308 -600 watts. decided that it would not be enough
1325 - 13 t p - for a metal case - decided that it was not global
I tried whipping 5 eggs on a biscuit so far. Whipped with dignity.
Whisked continuously for 15 minutes. Then he stopped.
But the quality was fine.
Of course it's not Kenwood. But I understood this immediately.
Strong. Pleasant to the eye and handles. Nozzles - aluminum - lightweight. It's very unusual after Kenwood.
Let's see how he stands the test.
The husband will use it. I was chosen for him.
I use Kenwood. And for him I chose a simpler mixer - but more reliable

My husband was making a dough for whitewash in Kitfort 1324 - also great.
Yes - I chose a cream color. I looked at turquoise - a very delicate and beautiful color - but it would be very different from any other technique.

Who is looking for a planetary mixer, now the action for the Electrolux EKM 3400 mixer is 10990 rubles (in the set of attachments a jug-blender and a meat grinder). It can be bought for 2t. R. cheaper - you need to register and 2 tons will fall on their virtual card. r., that is, a mixer can be bought for 8990 rubles. IM Technopark.

Zvezda askony, good afternoon, how does the mixer behave after a year and a half?

Hello!

I choose between two models:

gemlux gl-sm312 1200w and 6.5l bowl and

STARWIND SPM7169 1600w and 5.5l bowl

The difference in price - Starwind is 1.5 thousand more expensive (this is important enough for me).

Tell me please. By firms, if we compare, at what level are they, which is considered more reliable? My interest is: creams, mousses, marshmallows, biscuits. The dough is rare - there is a bread maker.

You need to choose urgently.
Hope for advice.

Here's another
Bomann KM 398 CB Titan showed up. It is still a plus for 1t. expensive.

We have them now available for $ 95. Some company bought a large batch, but sales are not going, because many more powerful ones have appeared.
He has a bowl of 6.3. For marshmallows, Belevskaya marshmallow is convenient

If you knead a small amount of dough, for 650 - 700 g of flour, then I was very pleased with Bosch MUM 4855. He coped well with yeast dough, pancake dough (there is a blender for it), any creams, the meat grinder in it is small, but smart. There is a nozzle for shredding / rubbing, there are 3 discs in the set and the ability to buy 4 more discs. The whisk is very good, the dough hook (despite the fact that it is thin) kneaded everything with a bang. There is also one whisk of six twigs, they also beat the cream perfectly and, it seems like they can beat the minced meat, but I knocked the minced meat with a hook. For 20 minutes it worked for me without a break - everything is fine, did not burn, did not turn off. Worked for 7 years faithfully. But it was difficult to knead the dough on Easter cakes - a bowl of 4.5 liters. Therefore, I bought myself Kenwood, and Boshik is waiting for the dacha use on the mezzanine)).
