Cooking method

  • I would like to bring to your attention a delicious baked tomato sauce.
  • This sauce is usually served with a kebab. But delicious with any meat and just bread.
  • If you fry a kebab on the grill, then fry a couple of tomato skewers before the meat.
  • As usual, I make barbecue in the oven (the recipe is in my profile) So I put
  • tomatoes in a baking dish.
  • Baked in an oven preheated to 200 grams for 50 minutes.
  • After cooling, I removed the skin and chopped finely. I added a quarter cut onion
  • greens, pepper and salt. You can eat right away, but cold is tastier.
