Mushroom sauce

Ingredients

Frozen mushrooms 100 g
Onion 1 PC.
Sour cream 4 tbsp. l.
Butter 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Place the unfrozen mushrooms in a hot dry frying pan, cover with a loose lid, warm well and evaporate the liquid. Cut the onion into rings and fry in butter until golden brown. Add sour cream, salt and pepper. When it boils, remove from heat. Put mushrooms and onions with sour cream in a small saucepan, stir, bring to a boil.
  • Bon Appetit!

Time for preparing:

30 minutes.

Note

You can take any mushrooms. I had frozen (I ice immediately boiled and chopped) assorted (chanterelles, russula, mushrooms).
Use with meat and (or) potatoes (pasta, rice, buckwheat, etc.)
