Mushroom okroshka

Ingredients

Boiled potatoes 1-2 pcs.
Boiled egg 1 PC.
Fresh cucumber 1-2 pcs.
Dill 1 bundle
Champignon 5-7 pcs.
Oil for frying mushrooms by consumption
Serum by consumption

Cooking method

  • Finely chop the potatoes, eggs, cucumber, dill (the cucumber can be grated on a coarse grater).
  • Cut the champignons into bite-sized pieces and fry in hot oil, add salt and pepper during frying. Refrigerate.
  • Mix everything, add whey, add salt, pepper, cool. It would be nice at least two hours.

interesting composition of okroshka - you must try! I heard about mushrooms in okroshka, but about boiled ones, with fried ones, you get a completely different taste ...

Here's a still cold soup with mushrooms I cook, but with fried taste and smell is completely different than with dry ones.
